If I could give no stars I would. I Called corporate. There s not ONE employee on site.

Rooms were never cleaned.

Hotel employee left at 8 am after working by herself for 18 hours.

Corporate cannot get in touch with property owners. Manager. NOTHING. My moms s room key deactivated in the middle of the night. How would she have gotten back in if my key didn t work. Hotel front desk key was still on the desk that probably opens all the rooms. Computer was wide open. OPEN. With ALL customer information.

Oh and another guest s room was left open yesterday. OPEN!!!! Yet the room was NOT cleaned.

I ve called the cops.
