Quality Inn & Suites, Lancaster, PA Review

I stayed here on July 3rd and was very happy! the room was really clean and the employees were nice, they even allowed us to check in early so we could allow my 4 yr old to take his afternoon nap. in the evening they allowed us to set off a few sparklers in the grassy outside the building. The breakfast was great, they had make your own waffles and real scrambled eggs and sausage. We will stay here again when we come back for a wedding in August

This place is very nice and the staff members are so very caring, and considerably kind.remodelling is fantastic.

Better than most Quality Inns I've stayed at. Staff was amenable, accommodations were good given the price point. I didn't stay for breakfast though I heard they had waffles if that matters.

We stayed here out of desperation for a bball tournament. It's the absolute last time we will ever do that. The outside of the hotel is shabby looking, there were bugs in our room, bathroom ceiling leaks and general dilapidation. The front desk folks were the only good thing about this place. They deserve better!

The hotel overbooked and canceled our room half an hour before we arrived, stranding us late at night without a room.

Don't stay here. It is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. They also have people living in it. Someone down the way from us had a party and drinking all night.
Staff was friendly. They blamed the room cleanliness on Covid because no one wants to work. The manager should clean the room then.

Bathroom tub needs updating and checking out,took a long time rang the bells 4 times and still had to wait 45 mins

well well well, look what this is. A bed bug! Cleaning people just slide blanket between mattress and swap towels. That's it. They NEVER replaced bed sheets and did vacuum during my stay. Front desk lady argued that it's because first floor is pet friendly, so it may happen. Anyway, she got me different room and funny thing is even she was in doubt if new room is free from bed bug. We went there and checked together during 4AM lol. what a joke.

Walked in and walked out. Staff had no class nor did the building.

We spent our Easter weekend at this hotel it has three floors its loud they are trying to remodel I took a shower in ankle deep water not to mention the shower curtain was so long I was stepping on it they need to invest in a new cleaning staff cause they are lazy and don't speak English our floors hadn't been mopped in a long time I had to sweep just cause someone has a pet doesn't mean we live in filth and to be honest I felt dirty being there breakfast room is very small
The trash outside door was running over all weekend cigarette buts every were I was afraid my dog would get sick and the blankets had big stains on them

Was clean but housekeeping walked in twice without knocking. I've never been to a hotel that does that.

Rooms are very cleaned and the hotel is near all kinds of attractions. Very pleased

Very rude Indian lady at the front desk very filthy roaches , bugs, crawling around she try to charge me for an extra night

Had issue with check in. But, the rooms were nice and so was breakfast. Also, the breakfast lady kept it very clean and organized. They have waffles

Was there 5 minutes had to run out when arrived back to the room key wasn't working and found out someone entered the room and went through our belongings...manager was not very helpful and very accusatory

My company booked a weekend get a way for an employee and his family. After booking the stay online, the actual hotel was contacted directly information was verified. Upon arrival at It was anything but pleasant. They were held up due to "Verifications" which was taken care of at the time booking .....Had it not been 9pm at night And if it would have been for me personally I WOULD HAVE LEFT and found a nother hotel....I would highly recommend you find a Hilton branded Hotels.....We have never experienced such a poorly handled situation....and you cant blame your employees for that

Clean, comfortable...front desk personnel very personable

When we got there with a reservation, they were booked. They were looking for a room to put us in. In our room the ceiling in the bathroom had a hole in it. Supposedly the room above us left the water running which in turn had water not only on our bathroom floor but it came under the wall and soaked my sons bag. Pieces of the ceiling had fallen down as well. I was told they would give me a refund. What they did instead was charge me AGAIN and then refund it. So I still got charged the cost of the room. Yes, the people at the desk were nice but that must be part of the game plan!!

Great price. The rooms were cleaned. Breakfast was really good. I had some very loud ppl next to us , other than that, I would recommend this hotel. The location is convenient and close to many attractions.

You know what you're getting. It's pretty clean, animal friendly, simple breakfast. They had friendly staff as well.
