Just finished an amazing Rabbit pot pie prepared by Chef Michael Roszell. The pastry was so light & flaky, with lots of meats & veggies. The spices & poached pears were delicious. Will definitely go back.

Hotel very cute. Great restaurant priced just between $ 15 and $ 30. I ate moose, very tasty. Hotel follows a decoration of the Indians of the first nations. There is a beautiful lake at the front which during the winter said it freezes. Around the hotel there is a golf course, I do not understand anything about golf but some other guests have said it is a very good course. There is also a heated swimming pool. Rooms have direct door on the lake. Small and functional, the rooms do not follow the decor of the rest of the hotel, being very similar to other hotels in Canada.

Great atmosphere and lovely location with friendly staff. A key stop over point when driving across the mountains. Food is good too.
Notes for disabled travellers. Wheelchair accessible in the main hotel and restaurant so disabled friendly generally . The restaurant main terrace is not accessible however due to steps albeit there is a ramp to the outside gardens and friendly staff to assist. The walk in showers are not wheelchair accessible and not very easy to use for a disabled person ( regrettably an all too common problem).

After you park your car in the parking lot for golf. They already have a golf cart ready for you to put your clubs on the cart and a cooler for your drinks with ice already in the cooler

Staff is amazingly kind. We brought our dog on a getaway weekend. People were so excited to see him and were so supportive of us walking him around the property. When we got to the room there was some dog treats and a bowl waiting for him. I love d rhe attentian to detail. There were multiple garabe can but they also had a really cool recycling van to sort recyclables! They have the health of the land in mind!! Beautiful artwork everywhere you look. The food in the restaurant was so fresh. Every meal we left stuffed. Very unquie dishes too! The front desk staff went above and beyond helping us make the booking. Thank you for a lovely weekend!! 10/10 will be back.

The rooms nice and the view is great. The hotels check in took around 35 minutes with no line up, but the agent was a nice guy. The rest of the interactions we had with the hotel were unnecessarily rude and hostile, the staff may have been having a bad day, if that wasn t the case though, I would not recommend staying here.

I am always impressed by this place by how they feature native american arts and philosophy. The hotel is clean and modern looking. Has a nice walkway to a private beach. I used to live near by and was often going for supper where you could find unusual dish such as trout cooked in clay and wild meat. There were also wine tasting, wild game festival etc. Not sure if they still organize such events but i always thought how clever and inspirational those were. The native culture is so deep rooted in mother nature and is so worth sharing it with us

Everything was clean. Lots of people from Alberta during Covid. Food was good in the restaurant. Lots of boats coming onto the beach? We stayed in one of the King suites and unfortunately the people on the third floor above us could be heard walking back and forth, opening the balcony door until 2 AM. They were not being overly loud but the construction of the building did not provide adequate sound proofing as you would expect from a higher end lodge. Bring ear plugs is you stay under anyone.

This is a top notch golf course. Really nice condition and an interesting and challenging layout, but not too hard for beginners. The Restaurant at the lodge is really nice. Fine dining in a casual atmosphere. The bread course is Bannock and it is delicious.

Great spot on the water nestled in the woods.

Was told the brunch on Sunday would be until 1pm (which meant all breakfast items), but was incorrect (only breakfast till 11am). The smorgasbord was absolutely delicious and including coffee and dessert, not a bad deal for $24.

On our road trip across BC this was a super stop over. Friendly staff, clean hotel, great rooms, well priced and in a very relaxing location close to great family activities; rafting, zip wire.. We extended our stay..

Awesome location! On clear nights the most amazing sky full of stars! Great half-way stop on the way between Vancouver and the Rockies. Friendly staff, good Rooms, good food and amazibg athmosphere. The Lake was frozen when i was there and the staff (mostly first nations people) know all the myths and legends about the region. Just awesome!

This is on par with a +$400 a night establishment. I will DEFINITELY be returning. Very informative as well. Too early to golf but I can safely assume this would be a top pick. Lake is gorgeous.

We attended our nephew's wedding here!! The golf course was excellent even at the end of September!! The Sunday morning buffet was a foodies paradise. The restaurant features a line up of in season traditional native cuisine, as well as the all the favourites. The golf shop had beautiful golf clothes & equipment that were all very affordable!! The native gift store has some of the nicest array of native artisan collectibles!! One of the most amazing places ever!! It was on the Little shuswap lake with the most breathtaking views!! Overall it was unbelievable!!

Honestly, the service was terrible. We waited for 45 mins for someone to even take our drink order. Staff walked by us probably 30 times. We finally had to ask for service. Food was mediocre at best, and way overpriced. I doubt we will ever return.

The hotel and grounds were great. Food was okay. Service in restaurants was not. The first meal we waited over an hour for our food to be told they would put the kids food in first, in other words they hadn't even started our order. It was 90 min before we saw food and all the kids were crying at this point.

The next day we had to flag down the waitress a few times to order and to get refills on our coffee. Next time we would eat elsewhere just based on poor service.

The restaurant is amazing. However if you are planning to go, ensure you grab the lunch menu, really good snacks!

Amazing. Stayed and played for our anniversary. Lost a very special club cover and nobody turned it in. Would've been nice to get back but really not the course's fault. I would most CERTAINLY stay and play at this course again. Thanks!

Great

Went there for the Sunday brunch that everyone raves about. We were not impressed. Paid 27 dollars per person for average food. The service was great but I would not rush back there for the brunch.

We visited Quaaout Lodge for 3 nights for a wedding and loved every minute of it. The venue was beautiful, the staff were delightful, and everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. I would recommend Quaaout Lodge to anyone. Thanks for taking such good care of us!

The hotel belongs to an indigenous tribe, comfortable, warm, heated pool, jacuzzi, very good to face the Canadian winter. One of the sites shows an indigenous hut and tells traditional stories of his tribe.
