Beautiful old Manor house with a modem hotel and spa attached on one side and conference rooms on the other, and a restaurant and bar at the back. All the facilities are first class, the food and service are perfect.

Attended my works Christmas party here, the hotel was nice and clean and the staff were friendly however the bar wasn't well stocked and was very over priced and I was not impressed with the food or lack of!
Large rooms with kettle fot tea making, nice outside seating area. Only let down was an error of meal order which meant my partner eat his 15mins before. mine arrived, but was offered money back or value in drinks. Nice breakfast.
Good hotel. Stayed a few weeks ago. Appalling receptionist staff- tall, white dark haired girl. Spoke to her colleague whose on training still in an unappreciative manner and demeaning way. If you guys ever approach Karisa or something like that. don t bother asking for help. You ll get no help and certainly no respect. For a 4* hotel this is unacceptable
Great place but lack of signs made it very frustrating.. and only disabled friendly in parts due to steps here and there. Also the hand rails on the steps were very flimsy and felt like I I leaned on them too much they would come off the wall... staff seem lovely and helpful though.
Chesford Grange hosted my club's annual ball / dinner. Unfortunately the main course was not up to the expected standard of such an establishment, although the chicken was seasoned nicely and succulent the rest of the dish was poor. Particularly the vegetables were overcooked. Courteous staff. Drinks prices were high, but expected and not any different to similar establishments. The quote for whole event was a good price according to the club's organisers.
It was well set out, the food was lovely especially the lamb. It could have done with more bar staff for our event though as service from the bar was very slow.
Stayed there last week , where to start, on check in ,felt staff very very vague, didn't know much about the area, cost of taxi into Leamington, I asked a few question about the area, got no answers. Bed room nice and clean but very bland. Breakfast is a nightmare, large dinning room, drinks on one wall, hot breakfast one another wall, bread on opposite side of room. I walked more trying to collect breakfast, it was so stupid, by the time we had collected tea , toast and food It was cold, management should try it. Bar staff were very slow, nice but hard to order a drink
Great room, good food. Was very busy but still great service. Spa was a little disappointing, expecting a little more than a small pool and a steam room, not enough loungers, and the plastic ones are not at all comfortable.
Beautiful house. Lots of little areas for a sit down and a cup of tea. Bedrooms are very modern with lovely views. Dining room has a large seating area outside and on the lawn. Staff very polite and helpful
The staff were really friendly stayed for 3 days 3 nights . Really welcoming and food was satisfactory not much menu choice . Breakfast is Average wide choice . There is a children's menu . Swimming pool . Sauna. Spa . Gym . Rooms are excellent right near Warwick Castle and just a 15 min drive away horse and donkey sanctuary .
Went to Chesford Grange for a society ball. Three course meal was delicious. Event entrance was a tad confusing to get to, because of the lack of visible signage. Music was good, but the live music was part of the society. DJ music did not suit my tastes. Cocktail bar had a nice selection of drinks, at an okay price.
Always out of the lamb shank. Menu is limited. Room on the whole was good, everything is catered for. Nice gym and pool. Some staff can be irritating e.g. ask for money s before one has eaten or even sat down to eat, may be a newbie.
Charming location for a variety of events. Had some issues however, firstly the entrance seemed quite complicated to use and many drivers gave up and used the road to drop off and pickup passengers. For myself it wasn't the end of the More
Nice hotel although the pool was smaller than it looked on the pictures. Room was lovely and the staff were lovely. We didn't eat there but we found a beutiful place not far away called the saxon mill.
Stay here regularly on business. Staff are welcoming and efficient. Rooms a decent size and clean / comfortable. I generally order room service and again good food and portions. Nothing really that's negative to say. .
Great value for money. We had 3 massages, 2 brekkies, 2 dinners and 1 lunch over a weekend. The hotel was very clean, tidy and spacious with helpful staff everywhere. My only slightly negative comment is that I would like to see a slightly larger pool area with a couple of Jacuzzis and a sauna. That would make it perfect!
Best hotel we've stayed in for ages. From the moment someone came out to help us park the car (unprompted) when we arrived, to the glittering smile of the reception staff on departure, this was a really memorable experience. The leisure area was welcoming, the beds comfy, the room spacious and clean, and the breakfast stunning. Well worth every penny.
**Highly Recommend** Stayed in a upgraded family room as we had brought along our two children. Room was clean, extremely spacious with a mini fridge. Also we had TWO very comfortable double beds, therefore all four of us slept very well. We heard not a sound through the evening (may be due to the room being positioned quite a way from main function rooms). Breakfast was very good with lots of choice!! All staff very friendly. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again should we ever pass that way in the future.
