This hotel is part of the Q hotels group. We stayed for a long weekend. From the minute we booked in to we left. It was a friendly and excellent service. Even though we were on the 2nd floor it was on the same level as reception. The car park was down in the dip.
The meals were hot on hot plates , breakfast was a excellent choice if you got in early. On problems were on Saturday night when the kitchen were busy mistakes were made.
Overall a good weekend away feels like we stayed for a week. So relaxed will be coming back.

We visited for a spa day, the parking was dreadful and did not make for a relaxing start. We were told a conference was on but is this any excuse. Gym was OK but limited for free weights and if one person is doing free weights it makes it very difficult for others. My gym locker broke and had the wrong key. The saving grace was the staff the massage was very good and relaxing and the member of staff In the restaurant was excellent

We booked an upgraded kind bed room 5 months in advance as my brother had a wedding at the hotel but when we got there I was shocked to see that the king bed was 2 single beds making 1 bed and was the most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept on. The next morning we complained to the manager by the name of Sasha. Her response was that the hotel was fully booked and we can only be moved into a standard room as that is how their king beds are. I explained that my family who also had similar rooms booked had double beds and not 2 singles pushed together. She was adamant even though I showed her images on the hotel's website that does not show 2 beds making 1.
Overall, the worst sleep ever and very unprofessional manager which made our stay at the hotel terrible. Will not be staying there again or recomend to anyone.

Excellent short break for two nights. Welcoming and professional staff, and hotel well maintained and spotlessly clean. Room was a good size, bed very comfortable. Yet to try the pool and spa.

Favourite hotel Ever ... quaint decor .. looking a little shabby at the moment but the actual building is inviting .. staff are wonderful ... food is impeccable ( drinks are hotel-usuall sky high ) rooms are comfy tho again looking a little drab since oversized cushions and coverlets removed but it takes nothing away from their comfort

Not too bad value for money but as per standard with hotels like this, the food is poor in comparison to the lodgings... Over priced food and lacking quality whereas the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable

A large hotel in its own grounds. The room was ok but hot. Food was good but in the third night there was a very long wait, enough for some to walk out. Could do with improving their service as, other than the room cleaner, no one seemed particularly interested

We booked a long weekend here with a spa day. The spa facilities were clean and in a relaxed atmosphere with a small pool and steam room for use. We had a lovely spacious room that was bright and airy. Breakfast had a good choice available and wasn't too busy considering there was a wedding party here at the same time. A most enjoyable stay and would come again.

We had a conference and party here in early Dec 17.

The daytime facilities were excellent, including the restaurant food and snacks.

The hotel was lovely and accomodating and the rooms spacious. Maybe it was a really chilly night and I had an end room, but I just couldn't get the temperature right during the night (it snowed that night!)

I didn't use the facilities enough, I.e. gym, pool, but they looked decent enough.

I look forward to coming back next year.

Very well appointed hotel with extensive range of conference facilities. Plenty of space with a very good atmosphere in the bar and conservatory area. Nice refreshment offers but could do with offering speciality coffees for conference guests

Lovely location with plenty of places to go walking, with dogs or without. It's located close to warrick, Leamington Spa and Stratford upon Avon. We explored Warwick Castle and went on a Shakespeare tour. Room was extremely spacious, nice flat screen TV and huge bathroom. Reseraunt was pretty good too.

Nice place. Rooms were clean and tidy. Slightly disappointed that my mother's standard single room was nearly the same price as our higher standard family room with 4 of us in it. Nice small pool and gym although the pool was busy with kids swimming lessons.

Kid time in the spa area (pool) starts at 4 which was a hour after cheak in and finishes at 7 then they close it at 9 so that was a bit disappointing as when you book a spa weekend away you expect to be in a quiet relaxing place. It would have been nice if they closed the spa area later then 9 Apart from that the hotel is reslly nice.

I was in Othello all day for a programme, staff were very helpful when I was looking for a quiet place and really polite. Cant fault the food options either. Great place for a venue.

Upgraded to a Junior Suite that was newly refurbished. Felt like we were in a 5 star hotel. Downside was 5 coach loads of elderly guests so restaurant was closed in the evening and breakfast was somewhat chaotic. However our evening meal from the bar was most acceptable and service was friendly and attentive.

Loved it. Was here for a Christmas Party. The staff, although sometimes a little confused, we're all smiley, attentive and super helpful. My twin room was spotless and absolutely lovely. Hoping the party organisers book here again for next year.

Despite all the covid 19 regulations we had a lovely time. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome under very difficult circumstances. The the food was good. Breakfast was table service because of the restrictions, but better for it. Our waiters and waitresses were amazing. We eat in the bar on the first night and the food was great. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful the river Avon runs by and there is a nature walk down to it. Our dog was made welcome and enjoyed the grounds too. There are plenty of trails and we were able to go running one morning. Our rooms were comfortable and despite very hot weather cool enough with the air con on.

When I got to the room it was cold as the heating wasn't working. Going back to reception sorted that within minutes with the addition of a portable heater. Room and shower both very nice. Breakfast also good in the morning. Overall, no complaints.

Ok
