The hotel in appearance looks great but it is very old. Analog old tele, old and noisy air conditioning, old power plugs and that get inside or fall or leave your room, old shower step for better times, the door system has sometimes failed the lights of the room They have problems due to lack of maintenance the beds a new mattress would be an improvement etc. Room service say it is 24 hours, but they do not respond to calls.
