I purchased my car at Putnam Lexus, but after getting a horrible service from the service man, Richard Nguyen. I'm going out of my way to avoid doing any business with Putnam Lexus. Richard was condescending which I could put up with as long as I received right technical advice. But, he played cat-and-mouse with my questions, evading my questions he, for whatever reason, didn't want to answer and giving advice that wasn't convincing. And, his advice turned out to be wrong in the end, making me call Lexus emergency service again costing unnecessary towing fee for Lexus and making me lose half day's work. Condescending attitude and wrong advice, they are not a good combination when dealing with a customer.

I reported the incident to Lexus headquarters and Putnam Lexus. Lexus headquarters responded with an apology but Putnam Lexus didn't respond. That's when I decided to take my Lexus service to another dealer. Now, I drive extra 30 miles to take my car to another dealer for repair/maintenance service; Putnam Lexus is the closest dealership from my home. It's an inconvenience, but it's worthwhile since it gives me a peace of mind that I am doing the right thing.

At the time, I had a pending Lexus feedback invitation for another service I had received at Putnam Lexus. That service was from a different service adviser and was uneventful. I used that feedback opportunity to give a feedback on this unpleasant service. In the feedback, I think I made it clear that my experience was for a different service. I hope that the service adviser did not get any undue treatment because the feedback was tagged on him.
