Pure Real Estate respond to my tenants request promptly and the majority of repairs or issues are addressed immediately and most importantly cost effectively. This is a win for the tenant and a win for the landlord

Ryan at Pure Rentals helped us find a good tenant for our property really quickly. Dealing with him has been a pleasure - returns all calls and emails promptly and is very professional.

Poor Service, Poor Communication & Staff with attitude. Paid Peanuts for a property manager and got Monkeys. Don't make the same mistake I made. Any positive reviews for this mob is likely to be from their friends or family. Raised concerns with Russel about the poor service from Cavell but no response. Don't trust them. My house was brand new when I took on Pure Rentals in Sept 2016. I gave them specific instructions to keep all the manuals for the new appliances in their files as I live interstate. I now found out from my new property manager that the manuals I instructed Ryan to file are not in the files. With a brand new house and good tenants, you would think that my house would be a breeze to manage.

I would not hesitate in recommending Pure Rentals. They are professionals of the highest calibre and have excellent systems and processes in place.

Over the time I dealt with them, I found them very friendly and helpful including great knowledge with the industry.
- Payment system great always on time
- Servicing great
- Only downer was Xmas time closed but we all need a break at some point.
- Listings and open house very fast.
- I never had a problem
- Now we don't deal with them, business decision made sense to me and helped me out as well, obtaining localize agent contact for my investment, which are great as well so two feather in the hat.

So as business goes I feel they had done right by me but like all business there is the 99% happy and 1% not thats normal acceptance.

I would recommend them with the flat rate costs is the way to go. More money in your pocket.

My property was 'managed' by Pure Rentals for over 2 years; throughout this time the communication and service was terrible. I would not re-let my property with this business.

The only positive is the cheap fixed fee - 'You only get what you pay for'

Promise everything & deliver nothing. Service is non existent. Just there to take their commission

Having dealt with Russell and the team for over 3 years I have found them to always be professional and go out of their way to help - not many property managers offer to come help you clean up late on a Saturday afternoon when a pipe bursts but that is the kind of property managers these guys are.

Russell has been excellent in the management of our properties. Russell has a grass roots common sense approach and property management style with support staff to match. Where issues have arisen they have been matched with a solution and care taken to find the best outcome.

The fixed cost management fee has been a real eye opener we have decreased the management cost on properties by between 3.47 % and 4.36 % this equates to $947 and $1,097 per year that flows into Our Pocket. In a tight rental market where you can decrease your costs like this, it is effectively the same as a rental increase.

PureRentals payment system; the rental payment system has the ability to pay landlords weekly as compared to the normal monthly. This is great for cashflow and so important to those landlords with non-deductible mortgages, this point is so often forgotten.

We have been dealing with Russell and the team at PureRentals for almost 2 years now and have Had A Dramatic Increase in the Service Level across our rental properties in the locations that PureRentals cover and dramatically reduced our costs, thus increasing returns.

Russell has also gone the extra mile in a recent insurance claim taking on a project manager style approach. We feel that the Queensland and wider Australian property management community would do well to benchmark themselves on what the team at PureRentals putting into the market and achieving.

We have been using Pure Rentals for the last couple of years to lease our apartment. I have found them to be very professional and competitive on price. I could not fault their service over the years.

Have been leasing a property from Pure rentals for over 3 years. Very friendly people and most importantly very prompt to solve issues. Latest one was this morning, no hot water at the beginning of a long week end! Tradesman attended within 2 hours and problem satisfactorily solved. Warmly recommend them.

My landlord is absolute crap, but Cavell and his team have been incredibly helpful. They do everything they can to get any issues sorted as quickly as possible. I highly recommend him.

We are current tenants and have been renting through Pure Rentals for 3+ years. I have found the staff to be friendly, helpful and professional in all my dealings with their office. Our property manager, Alisha, has been fantastic regarding our recent maintenance issue with the hot water system. Tradesman on site within 1 business day and a temporary system in place until the replacement is approved by owner/body corp for installation. We are very happy with the team at Pure Rentals and cannot speak highly enough of the great service they provide.

I was using another property manager who has been nothing but dissapointing. Thankfully I came across Pure Rentals who not only helped me with the process step by step but they found great tenants in a short period of time. Pure Rentals have managed a number of properties for us since their early days.
Russell and the team are always willing to go the extra mile.
The fixed cost management works out fantastically as a number of our properties are over the median rental rate for Brisbane, this works out cheaper than a % management fee.
Would recommend to anyone looking to get a property managed without the hassle.

Worst real estate EVER dealt with, in my years and years of renting. We moved into a filthy house, had drama after drama to get anything done as I've never had so much crap with 1 house or so many RTA calls (which I've never had to use before). Rip off real estate who are so dodgy. Glad to see the ass end of them !!

Had over 5 properties with Pure Rentals - biggest mistake ever. Was good at the start but now they are complete rubbish - you get what you pay for.

You don't want a single inspection of your property done during an entire tenancy, these are the people to look after your property. Worst agents ever.

Pure Rentals is an excellent property management agency. I have been using Russell and his great team for four years to rent properties. They give great service and look after tenants well.

I rent through this agency and they are a joke. Half the time the team have no idea what is going on, don't talk to each other, don't follow up on requests and the staff have the worst attitude. Do yourselves a favour and steer clear

Anna was very good in following up and organising fixing up the storm damages at my house at Stafford. She looked after the whole process well and i didn't have to worry about it.

You get what you pay for, half the cost half the effort. Inspections not complete, miss-leading exit reports, unjustified invoices for trades and then run in a time of a owner/tenant dispute. Nothing to do but write a bad review.

The experience we had with Pure Real Estate (previously PureRentals) was amazing. We rented through this group for just over a year and had no issues with them. The genuine customer service we experienced and personal advise that was given to us, particularly by Russell Peter, has restored my trust in real estate agents.

The assistance and service we have received has been excellent. They arrange repairs and maintenance on our behalf efficiently and manage the tenancy arrangements well.

I found my experience with Pure Rentals to be extremely professional, helpful and satisfying as property managers for my apartment in Burleigh heads, QLD. Within a week of speaking with Ryan Holman he had arranged all necessary paperwork to secure a tenant and after the first open inspection a tenant was secured at the price I asked. Ryan was very helpful, answering all queries as soon as could, he worked well with my real estate agent and was very honest and up front about all fees and charges. Pure rentals were the most competitive price wise and even recommended me to a property conveyancer making my very short settlement run very smoothly. I will definitely use Pure Rentals again in the future!

Very disappointing experience.
Post the tenants vacated the property there was no thorough inspection to review the property, luckily we did a surprise inspection and reported all the issues.
Even after reporting the issues not much was done to the property, we ended up returning to our previous property management team.
We are so disappointed by the whole experience that writing a review is the only option left.
Nothing was done to mend the issues or the relationship; very unprofessional team.
If you want to pay for team which is highly disrespectful; this will be your best bet.

Just to place on record that dealing & interacting with Ryan has been a pleasure, Ryan s communication has always been very clear, professional and personable, which we really appreciate.
He is extremely professional in his attitude and his quick responses are excellent and tidy.
