Poor Service, Poor Communication & Staff with attitude. Paid Peanuts for a property manager and got Monkeys. Don't make the same mistake I made. Any positive reviews for this mob is likely to be from their friends or family. Raised concerns with Russel about the poor service from Cavell but no response. Don't trust them. My house was brand new when I took on Pure Rentals in Sept 2016. I gave them specific instructions to keep all the manuals for the new appliances in their files as I live interstate. I now found out from my new property manager that the manuals I instructed Ryan to file are not in the files. With a brand new house and good tenants, you would think that my house would be a breeze to manage.
