My expectations were not met. Noisy air conditioning in the room and in front of the window. No shower. Long waits at the lift. Breakfast buffet was plentiful.

Nice hotel with attached mall. Porter's Pub is great for partying with live music. Of all suitable for smokers, one is allowed to smoke while drinking

The best price/value 5* hotel in the whole of Abu Dhabi. Highly recommended.

Good hotel In Abu Dhabi. There is adjacent MALL Lulu. You have passage to the Mall from the hotel building.
Good Buffet breakfast complementary.
Reception Lobby is almost all time crowded in the weekends.

Hard to give 4*+ stars as service level is quite weak. 3-4 calls to House keeping, concierge or reception and than still no assistance. Seems hotel staff not considering those who is currently under quarantine as a valuable clients. A/C in the room is so noisy, that it is bothering whole night.

Waiting for check in 2hr and then at 5:22pm( check in starts at 2pm normally) being told that the room is not ready... Booking was pre paid booked confirmed and regardless of that - the worst check in ever...2 staff at the reception who clearly behaved like not prepared for busy check in..
5* experience ?! No....not even heard "sorry for waiting"....

The people there are lively and makes u buy more, they welcomes me very humbly and gives me a second choice of what I want to buy. I love them

Poor dysfunctional bad service being promoted as luxury 5 star hotel.

Imagine staying in a 5* without internet. Checked in at 9pm and was told the internet isn't working and the technical team will look into it tomorrow. The room was noisy as well and the staff are rude and not trained well. Never gonna stay again in that hotel.

We visited in Ramadan for Iftar, the hotel and food was very good, staff also was helpful and smiling...

Very very bad call center operator.
It was an emergency and I wanted to reach my friend's room. I called the hotel and the operator kept transfering the call to the reception with no answer. For 40 min and over 7 calls I could not manage to reach the reception or the room.
The female lady in the call center (operator) of the hotel stopped ansering and transfer me to a non-answering extension. (very unprofessional and rude action).

The operator lady name was hesna or hosina (not sure).
The calls were in Feb., 9th at 15:00 to 15:40.

This is a very nice hotel for a reasonable price. It is very clean and the staff are professional. Excellent service all around. I stay here frequently and they never disappoint.

Room was just ok. The hotel shouldn't be a 5 star hotel it should be 4 stars max. The parking is really stupid as If those guys never heard of a card reader , plus there is no nice view one side is facing the very close two towers and on the other side there is the sound of the chillers of the mall. Bathroom was not clean there was hair on the the hair dryer and the toilet paper holder was out of place. Even entrance from the parking to hotel lift lobby was painful they (again) dont have a card reader (please for God's sake put card readers) and a poor guy has to sit in the parking in the extremely hot weather and wait till guests come to open the door for them (yes he sits outside not in the air conditioned lobby) how inhuman is that !

Excellent hotel we are staying in for 6 nights for the Grand Prix. First time in Abu Dhabi and I really like it. Staff are friendly and rooms are always clean. There is a swimming pool and restaurant on the top floor (31st) which looks really nice. I would definitely bring my family here. Thanks

Most of the time, Swimming Pool is busy with many kids and family. Pool located top floor and they close at 7pm.
A lots of muscle training machine is available in there Gym. And female training room is also available separately. Get hot shower will takes long time and should wait for a long. Gym Located 2nd floor.

What an amazing hotel!!!! Super highly recommended! It definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff are very friendly and smiling all the time. The views from the room window are amazing! The beds comfortable, the bathrooms magnificent. I had a little bit of problem with my bathroom (leaking ceiling and leaking water hose and insufficient towels) but they were all fixed immediately with apologies. I'd definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Abu Dhabi.

Nice location in thr heart of Abu Dhabi there is an exit to al wahda mall without leaving the hotel where u can shop everything friendly staff the pool in top so cool and there is a nice night club down of the hotel

If you can have an apartment go there it's beautiful

I stayed in Grand millennium Al wahda on business trip to Abu Dhabi. The hotel is located in center of the city and is next to Al Wahda Mall. The location is easily approachable and almost all the major business and tourist attractions are close by. We were checked in in to 27th floor club suite. Check in and check out were smooth but little lengthy. The room was spacious and neatly furnished. There was an interactive television which allowed connecting to the internet for browsing and checking mails etc. The room service was delayed. The hotel has a huge health club and spa area. There was also a club lounge exclusively for the guests staying club class. The lounge served all day tea and coffee and on the house cocktails at evening. However the information about the drinks timing in the hotel guide were wrongly mentioned, which we had come to know once we visited there with our guests. So that needs to be amended.
