Scheduling was easy and convenient. The tech showed up during the time expected and completed the repair with no issue. Pricing was fair and the whole process was seamless. I would recommend their service.

Aliaksei (aka Al) did a great job fixing my 25 year old clothes dryer. Was always on time and provided an accurate estimate of the work needed for repairs. Super job and will definitely consider Puls for any future repairs!

A drum in Samsung dryer has been damaged and needs replacement. The part costs ~$250 and installation labor is about one hour. For that one hour labor I was quoted nearly $800 -- subsequently reduced after my consternation to about $600. I think that a brain surgeon doesn't get such high labor rates.

Steven did a great job. He was punctual and cleaned up after as well as respectful. Will be hiring Steven for the final work. Mary F.

James was detailed oriented and let me know exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. Got parts that were needed promptly. Then when he fixed washer he explained exactly what he did. Very courteous and careful to put washer and dryer back to where I wanted them.

Their tech, Nathaniel, was on time, polite, clearly explained the problem and solution, and fixed it without a hard sell. All scheduling and payment are handled via text messaging. Convenient. Great find! I didn t know where to go when my washer broke! Found Puls through Google and they had a good rating so thought I d give them a try. They came out on a Saturday, diagnosed the issue and scheduled to come back with the needed part. Michael returned at the time set and fixed my machine. I got courtesy notes letting me know on way etc, notified of price and then a text link to make payment after all done - an overall great experience - would definitely recommend.

Reggie was great! He arrived right in time, communicated very clearly the problem and took care of things completed. I will definitely request Reggie by name next time such service is needed.

Alexander was excellent. He listened to our story and made us feel that he understood the problem we had with the almost almost new malfunctioning LG refrigerator. He convinced us that he would resolve the mechanical issue, but had no solution for the odor problem, which will lead us to donate or discard the 3-year old $3,000+ refrigerator.

Abel was excellent. I enjoyed him and I felt safe with him in my home. He was very knowledgeable working on my washer machine. It was a pleasure meeting Abel. I am requesting him to do the follow up work and I would definitely recommend him and Puls to any and everyone who needs service on their appliances!

I loved Joseph my man who came out. He was so. Know and also told me exactly what was wrong with my machine. He was funny and actually really nice. Will call them again. They texted me all the time for updates and also they have a map to show You where they are when they are coming !

Gerrod, was very helpful and professional and did a great job of both diagnosing and fixing a refrigerator which was determined to give us riverfront property in the kitchen and balmy temperatures instead of cooling. He fixed the leak and returned the refrigerator to appropriately frigid temperatures and was able to clearly communicate the problem and what was needed to repair it. And the price was much lower than I would have imagined.

October 8: Now for an edit. Turns out, once I got back home, that the refrigerator wasn't fixed after all. After I complained, they sent another repair person the next day who expected me to have ordered parts and have them waiting for him (really? I was supposed to even know what parts to order? And to order parts when nobody had said a word about it?). I tried calling Puls back and they had turned off their answering machine and I couldn't even leave a message. Several days later they still haven't contacted me, even though they know the refrigerator isn't working. I tried several times to call and leave a message asking what to do next. I finally contacted somebody else.

Ignore all those stars. I can't figure out how to remove them. I really did appreciate the first repairman. But everything after that, when the problems were more serious, was a problem.

No no no. Do not use. Steer clear. PULS feels VERY scammy. Resolving issues that don't go as planned is next to impossible. They started asking for payment before the service was completed, almost 5 times a day until the service was finally complete after two tries and trying to charge us twice. No exaggeration. They don t know how to work with other businesses as far as accounting protocols go.

Do yourself a favor, do a simple Google search, or Yelp, and call one of the many, many, many very qualified local appliance technicians to do your appliance service. Any hassle you find working directly with local vendors pales in comparison to the unnecessary trouble PULS puts you through. Being able to deal with the technician directly regarding payment and problems that arise is worth it's weight in gold.

Horrible company. I had a water dispenser problem and after giving them over $500 dollars my refrigerator was in the same shape it was when I called them. They changed parts that didn t need changing, wanted more money to fix the problem and refused to give me a refund for work that was unnecessary. Not sure if the tech was incompetent or fraudulent but either way I would NOT, NEVER, EVER use this company again.

Puls sent a tech over the day and time I requested to look at my Maytag dryer that wouldn t start. The tech took over an hour to diagnose the problem by taking the entire dryer apart. Unfortunately, the repair would have cost about the same as buying a new dryer, however, the $80 charge was well worth it. If it would have been a smaller problem we would have gotten it fixed. Very pleased with the company and will use them again if we have another appliance fail.

Dwight showed up on time and took care of the problem quickly and identified another issue that he was able to fix quickly.

While I didn't get the appliance repaired, due to its age, the estimate for the repair was done with great professionalism, explained easily allowing me to make the decision to go shopping. The tech had knowledge of the appliance, cleaned up well, and arrived at the specified time which allows me time to look for a new refrigerator.

Reggie came out and fixed my dryer and he was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me pointers on extending the life of my washer and dryer and Puls is very affordable. I m definitely a customer for life!

Needed quick action on a mis-behaving refrigerator. Was coming up empty with most of my calls. Googled weekend appliance repair and Puls came up so I gave it a try. Tech was early, told me exactly what was going on, helped me understand my options and it didn't cost an arm and a leg

My tech Anthony was very informative and efficient , and did a great job .

They rescheduled the appointment twice. Then they canceled the third appointment. The only way I discovered it was canceled was by calling them to ask them why they were an hour late. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The super could only call me back at some estimated nowhere time. This company is ridiculous. I should have read their YELP reviews before calling them.

Ruben was my tech today, he was on time and He helped me take apart my old washing machine and gave me and my mom some tips for my new washing machine, this is my second time using Puls and I m very satisfied!

Jia was very knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem (ventilation clogged) and he was courteous to show me what the problem really was. I will definitely call Puls Appliance Repair in the future. I'm also happy they were able to assist me the same day.

Dwight was great explained the problem with my dryer. Very respectful and clean can tell he has been doing work like this for years. Would recommend puls to friends for sure.

The technician showed up on Tuesday and looked at my washer. He said it needed a pump and that it was available. They scheduled a return visit on Thursday between 11-12. I waited until 12:20 and called to see where the tech was. I was then told the part wasn't available until Saturday morning. Gotta wonder when they knew that.
I will write another review when they complete the job. I am hoping that it will add another star.

Called in on Sunday about my refrigerator not cooling. Jawaan, who took my call was very understanding and helpful. Told me exactly what to expect. My appointment was set up for 1300-1400 same day. I received notice that my technician would be Reggie. Reggie called me to make sure it was okay for him to come earlier. Reggie arrived and began the diagnostics. He was very professional, methodical in what he was doing, and took great care with my appliance and my home. Reggie explained every step he took in layman s terms. How refreshing! I had not heard of Puls before this day. I m totally impressed with the person who assisted me on making this appointment and with the professionalism of their techs! Thank you, Reggie!

My tech, Garland, was amazing! Knowledgeable, curtious, professional and timely, he wanted to thoroughly diagnose the problem before jumping straight to parts. I d use PULS and Garland both again!!

This was in DC, not San Francisco! Antenne was prompt - even a bit early - but his GPS misled him so he had a bit of trouble finding my place. He kept me informed until he showed up at my doorstep. He was very polite and even took off his shoes so my floors would get dirty. He fixed the problem with my oven quickly (the temperature sensor needed cleaning) and so the bill was reasonable and much cheaper than a sensor replacement would have been. I called three places before I found Puls because no one else worked on a 30-year-old Crown gas oven. I'm very glad I found them.

Reggie came to look at my fridge gave me some good recommendations for how to proceed. I'll call them in the future .

Aliaskei came to my home to fix Microwave. He found the problem in less than 5 mins. It was a broken switch that did not allow the fan to turn off. He gave some tips for MW maintenance and he was done i less than 30 mins. Very professional job and very courteous. Well Done

This was the best service I ve used in years. My washer is running like new again. The technician Armine cleaned up after the repair and took pictures of each phase to show us how the differences before and after the repair work.

Technician (Jon) was very courteous, prompt, and professional. Opted not to go with the repair due to their price for repair was a little high.
