Puls sent a tech over the day and time I requested to look at my Maytag dryer that wouldn t start. The tech took over an hour to diagnose the problem by taking the entire dryer apart. Unfortunately, the repair would have cost about the same as buying a new dryer, however, the $80 charge was well worth it. If it would have been a smaller problem we would have gotten it fixed. Very pleased with the company and will use them again if we have another appliance fail.
