No no no. Do not use. Steer clear. PULS feels VERY scammy. Resolving issues that don't go as planned is next to impossible. They started asking for payment before the service was completed, almost 5 times a day until the service was finally complete after two tries and trying to charge us twice. No exaggeration. They don t know how to work with other businesses as far as accounting protocols go.

Do yourself a favor, do a simple Google search, or Yelp, and call one of the many, many, many very qualified local appliance technicians to do your appliance service. Any hassle you find working directly with local vendors pales in comparison to the unnecessary trouble PULS puts you through. Being able to deal with the technician directly regarding payment and problems that arise is worth it's weight in gold.
