Called in on Sunday about my refrigerator not cooling. Jawaan, who took my call was very understanding and helpful. Told me exactly what to expect. My appointment was set up for 1300-1400 same day. I received notice that my technician would be Reggie. Reggie called me to make sure it was okay for him to come earlier. Reggie arrived and began the diagnostics. He was very professional, methodical in what he was doing, and took great care with my appliance and my home. Reggie explained every step he took in layman s terms. How refreshing! I had not heard of Puls before this day. I m totally impressed with the person who assisted me on making this appointment and with the professionalism of their techs! Thank you, Reggie!
