Amazing facility and great spot. Be warned if you book off a 3rd party website ie stayz you cannot order room service

Firstly don't stay in a private room as the resort doesn't want to know you and will not help you And even when you want your bed changed the private house keeping will not come and change it .. one of the worst places we have stayed at when it comes to customer service ! It's all about money for this resort

This is a beautiful place to stay, great facilities, close to everything, very good for families and friendly service. I love this place and I plan to come back again because it's a beautiful place.

My husband and I recently got married here on the 2/9/2017. As soon as we arrived we felt so so special and were treated like royalty from all staff. The photos on the website still do not do this place justice.. it is even more STUNNING

I cannot fault anything. Housekeeping were great, each and every member of the bar staff and restaurant staff were great.

Excellent resort with a beautiful pool, great tasting food and a laid back atmosphere. The staff were all friendly and helpful and provided great service. In terms of the rooms, there was plenty of space and the interior was clean and relatively well kept, which coupled with comfortable beds and 3 1080p TV's made for a great experience.

Paid $40 for a buffet breakfast with flies and insects walking allllll over the food!! Couldn t even see the cheese it was that covered. So gross!!
Also waited 20 min for 1 pancake to come out of the machine, by the time it was finished a staff member told me I had to leave in 3 minutes and to hurry up. Never one to complain but for the money you pay here you expect quality.

Beautiful environment for families with children to have time out. Love that it's away from mainstream but Mossman Gorge and Daintree are so accessible.

Room can't be faulted but it's so noisy!! Music blaring from the apartment below and other apartments are very close by

Stayed in privately owned unit, so no mention can be made about room service. However, facilities were great and in an excellent location

Would definitely come back. Only thing annoying was slow service at restaurant/bar.

Great Family getaway where everything including the pool is at your front doorstep (Literally). Great place to be if you wish to getaway from the hustle & bustle or great easy access for sightseeing to Mossman Gorge or North To The Daintree or South To Cairns.

Spacious rooms - great restaurant - and the pool is just a great spot to relax - a bit of a hike into port Douglas- but it is a quiet spot and has beach access

Great location and will be back but the facility is a little run down and needs a little makeover

Poor Foxtel reception and interrupted constantly
Very small gym with one equipment
Congested car park with no allocated one for each unit
Plunge pool never cleaned despite asking few times
Forgot to clean the room on first day and then asked for cleaning up
Pricey for what you get

Went for breakfast. The staff were great and so was the food. The atmosphere was so inviting. We found it very difficult to leave.

Exceptional service.Breakfast with Patrick at the Aluco restaurant makes your morning delightful.

Excellent resort. Only downfall is that it has only one restaurant and very expensive. The pool is fantastic.

This is one of our most favourite places on earth. We've been here a few times now. The food is amazing, the service is amazing, the staff are gorgeous. Cannot wait to come back!!! We will be back April 2021!!!

Loved everything! The pool, the rooms, the staff.

Toilets do need a little bit of a renovation and more cleaning and the port cot was a quite old and dirty but I was still so impressed with everything else!

Stayed here 4 days and was an amazing experience. The service was impeccable and the view was beautiful!

i have not even arrived yet and i am already wishing i chose a different hotel they lost my membership application on 2 occasions got made out to be a liar on the phone after proving that it was there fault.

Not once did they try to offer anything in return to say sorry i am really considering cancelling as this is a very special occasion am scared it is going to be ruined. i will most definitely be cancelling my other reservation at Xmas for twice as long and for nearly $7000

Two nights in a week loud music coming from the function room. Unacceptable when you are paying $500 per night.

I just spent a week at this resort for a wedding. The place is amazing. Its the ultimate 5 star facility. HOWEVER. The aqua restraunt is terrible, and the room service food is so bad you wont even believe it. Like 30 dollars for spaghetti that tastes asif out of a can. Everyone I spoke to agreed. Please pullmans sort your chef out. But the facility is awesome, and cocktails are good. I say again, the food is really average and not any flavour. Ou would expect a better presentation from a hotel like that. but it doesn't matter the experience was amazing.

A lovely resort. The location for us was a little bit to far out of the main hub. If it was located closer to town we would stay again. It was hard with children not being able to pop down easily to shops etc. The pools are fantastic and excellent set up for children. I see it more as a family resort. We stayed in room 128 which is a great location for little children as the water is shallow. Being honest the food is not up to a 5 star experience - breakfast each morning was excellent however apart from that everything else was pretty average at the restaurant. We had room service a couple of times & each time it took a couple of days for tray/dishes to be collected even though staff would walk past & see it sitting outside. Maintenance and a clean up of gardens/resort is needed for it to be rated 5 star, also the apartments in my opinion are not 5 star at all. Two of the restaurant staff at breakfast were fantastic along with the pool bar man however many others seemed unmotivated and almost a hassle if we asked anything. House keeping were EXCELLENT. A lovely holiday with our family. Prices are also a tad excessive for the swim out rooms however it was great to have.

Great hotel, although note you need a car to get to the Main Street of port Douglas

Great Hotel! Rooms are large and very beautiful. It has very good restaurants inside it is a bar in the middle of the pool. I think we just missed a shuttle service because we have to pay a local shuttle every time we go downtown or take any tour. Other than that, hotel note 10! Highly recommend!

Spent 5 nights in the private plunge pool to die for. The place is amazing $1,000 per night worth every cent. Beautiful food and pools. The rooms could be more clean.

Aqua is the restaurant attached to the Sea Temple resort. The restaurant has indoor dining or outdoor overlooking the pool. Every second night the chefs present a themed buffet like Mexican or carvery nights. Lunchtime dining is light and simple.
The resort is a big plus when it comes to cleanliness and professionalism. A very relaxing environment.
We tried the 7 course degustation menu with wines on our last night. It was a big disappointment. I just don't think some restaurants should attempt this unless they have the staff & the produce to make it special. There is no point dumping food on a table and letting patrons try and work out what they are about to eat.
I will forget about the last night and rate the rest which were pretty good.

Absolutely disappointed for many reasons. Stayed there for 3 nights as part of our engagement holiday. Many things was wrong from beginning to end. As a AccorHotels Member I travel around world but because of COVID we can t go Overseas and also want to support our country I decided to pay most expensive property in Port Douglas in AccorHotels website. I wasted our money and they ruined our holiday. Of course we shared our experience with friend and family and they decided to NOT stay at this hotel.
When we checked out I talk about some problem with a guy call Harry on front desk. He stood up silence and right to the end said I m sorry do you want to talk to General Manager? I said not now he will read my survey soon. As a upset customer of course they didn t send me survey because they knew I bring their NPS down with my feedback.
Any ways they only nice thing we enjoyed was chatting with restaurant staff she was South American I think her name was Maria. She was so honest and sweet.
We will go back to Port Douglas with all friends and family but definitely not to this hotel with this service. Shame.

Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort provides excellence in: Guest Facilities (Room quality, Swimming Pool/Lagoon, Gymnasium, Guest car parking); Staff service; Surrounds (eg landscaping); Location (especially to 4 mile beach). Ideal stay for families seeking a higher level of comfort and service. Rooms are serviced everyday and have all the comforts. Very clean and tidy. Staff have been very welcoming and helpful. In-house restaurant provides excellent quality food.

Lovely resort. We stayed in a studio-spa room and it was clean and very comfortable. The staff were fantastic. Julie in particular, who was "training" was great. Very attentive and lovely to deal with. My wife and I had massages, which were great. The resort was also incredibly accommodating when we had to leave a day early and provided us with flexibility and assistance. Would definitely recommend, we had a great time.

Great facilities, just very tired. Needs to be renovated or a coat of paint and new furniture. Looks like they have moved the furniture around a lot as most of it has knocks and scrapes in it and the walls show where it has been knocked and scraped. Restaurant is closer to what you would expect from a 3 star resort, not a 5 star resort. They also need new cleaners, the current lot don't do a good job at all. Reception staff have been good and they have attended to issues quickly. What has been good is the ability to open the door and go straight into the pool, this makes up for all the downsides. Fix the other issues and it would be a terrific place to stay.

With out question this is one of the best and well managed resorts I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The rooms are always extremely clean, the customer service is next level and the whole experience is just divine. Special mention to the bar staff at aqua who mix an incredible drink and truly know what it is to engage the clientele.

The most relaxing and enjoyable resort in Port Douglas. Something for everyone.

Grabbed one of the smaller rooms when they had a sale going a bit back and didn't regret it. Beautiful resort, easy access to the beach and to town.

Brilliant place to stay and relax. All the staff are so friendly & helpful. We stayed in the Jacuzzi Penthouse. Was so spacious and had everything we needed. The pool is big enough for you to find a quiet place to relax . And the Spa staff are wonderful.
My treatment was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious. We didn't want to leave.Will be back again.

Clean room. Great pool, with a bar. Great restaurant, though the limited all day dining menu, due to covid, became repetitive after 3 days. Very polite and friendly staff. We also enjoyed the spa facilities.

I forgot my swimming bikini there when we checked out. Called in the flowing day and a girl said they found them and will post to me. I couldn't remember my bank card number so had to call back to pay for the postage. Rang back a few days later, the one picking up the phone said will double check and give me a call back which I never get a phone call back. I called a couple of weeks later, a guy picked up the phone said the same thing that will call me back which I didn't hear back from him either. I had to call the fifth time, again said will call me back. Finally I've got a call back on the following day, however been told they can never find them anymore which there is nothing he can do. This is so ridiculous. Is there anyone take the responsibility looking after the customer? Is this the right attitude for a five star hotel? No one looking after the lost property? No compensation not even a proper apology? Really bad experience ever.

Resort is amazing, we had a room with access to the pool. Was very handy with two todlers. Special mention to Patrick and Youme for there floorless service in the Restaraunt. If there was one fault it was that the wifi should be free with the cost of the room. Not extra.

Would have been a 5 star review if Acqua restaurant was not that bad and if the wifi was working! Extremely disappointing... I would recommend a stay at Pullman Port Douglas but definitely go somewhere else for dinner.

First day here and already wonderful. Just having a drink on the balcony of our apartment on the second floor overlooking the huge pool. Truly idealic, highly recommended.

Beautiful resort close to town and food. The pool was absolutely amazing! Wrapped around the entire resort. Stephen, our room manager, was extremely accommodating, easy to contact and very friendly! The staff are so lovely here. Would very much recommend!
