great hotel. Unfortunately too far away from Palma. Everything is closed in November around the hotel.

Such a fantastic hotel and stay. 5 stars of the extra class. We felt very comfortable here. We will be back definitely. Service, food and the quality have us excited. Surrounded by the great hotel is a golf course and just a stone's throw from the beautiful beach. Mallorca in a unique way to spend your holidays or just to relax a few days. Thanks to the entire Steigenberger Camp de Mar team.

We are currently flying home from our one-week vacation at the Steigenberger Hotel and have nothing to complain about. Seldom enjoyed such great service. The complex was well maintained and nice and quiet. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone. And the mojitos were perfect. That was definitely not our last stay in a Steigenberger hotel.
PS: the fire alarm also works perfectly

A very excellent hotel, far above the Malle average! Large rooms with XXL bathroom, great pool (indoor and outdoor) and great restaurants. The icing on the cake is the top staff. Nice, friendly and it is mostly German spoken! A clear recommendation for Mallorca without Ballermann!

This hotel really impressed me, from reception to departure a dream. That's how I imagine holidays and time off. The total compensation for the flight chaos which was brought to us. The staff is very accommodating, the rooms are very spacious, modern and above all clean. We had a great view of the sea. In the morning we expected an incredibly rich breakfast buffet, also a compliment to the attentive staff, lactose-free hot drinks were available immediately. Also gluten-free we found on offer, very pleasant, if you do not have to worry! In the spa area we were warmly welcomed and the treatments were very professional. In the outdoor area and the pool area we found enough moorings, but unfortunately there are always guests, the beach chairs for hours with your towels reserve without lying on it, too bad. At the pool bar is opportunity for snacks and drinks, all outstanding, friendly and clean. Unfortunately, our break was too short, we would have liked to stay longer. My friend and I stayed a week at the Steigenberger Golf and Spa Resort Camp de Mar in Mallorca. We had a very pleasant stay with the resort. The spa services were great, the food was absolutely amazing, with timely and friendly service all throughout our stay. The breakfast had a huge variety of options, and particularly the dinner was absolutely delicious each night.

The room we stayed in was very nice . The service in general was of great quality and the facilities very calming and enjoyable. A very relaxing week I would highly recommend.

Second time in this hotel service well tidy. In the village not much to do so a little further there it is livelier and cozy. Breakfast well available. Book again if we go that way again.

Very picturesque place with some spectacular tees. Challenging tracks that require tactical skill. Great green fee offers. Exclusive catering, which you can fully recommend. Very nice ambience with professional and friendly service. Top!

Very very bad management! Dirty old towels in a 5 house
Bed linen is changed after 3 days at 36 degrees outside temperature only after asking several times, and the manager is too arrogant to apologize properly!
Here you are neither special nor can you expect a 5 star standard and if there are any complaints you will be questioned as a guest. Outrageous!! Never again!!!!!
Conclusion: Find something better if you want to be pampered and want to experience hospitality.
One star goes to the other nice guests in this hotel, only a few have reserved beds and everyone was friendly.

changes over the years apparently the owners, from Sofitel to Dorint to Steigenberger ... at least very good address, nice rooms, good staff, great food, lovely kids club with Victoria, a bit off the beaten track but well connected by motorway, Andratx around the corner - spectacular views on the drive there

Where should I start? I have rarely had such a nice holiday, which was to a large extent in this hotel and the staff. The hotel itself looks very large at first glance, but you did not even feel like it was crowded or something similar. Even if all the pool chairs were occupied by the pool, which was the case with the terrific weather daily, you always had a sense of privacy and the perfect relaxation and tranquility. Our room was really perfect, both in terms of decor and service. The whole hotel was just as wonderful. Everything looked so consistent and loving, but above all I was amazed by the lobby. Every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner) was terrific. Highlights were clearly the funny man from the breakfast, who made the pancakes and eggs, and the cook in the evening, who can cook by far the best noodles! Alone the food would be reason enough to visit this hotel again anytime. A big compliment goes to the staff. Always friendly, accommodating, attentive, funny and really very polite. Such a staff you can only wish for. All in all, I am really more than happy and happy to have been a guest of this hotel. You only realize what vacation really means!

Quality of the food at the pool dinner Italia. Especially the pasta and the seafood only very average.
At early arrival on Friday, 28.06.2018 refused the welcome request and instead breakfasted. Was calculated smoothly with EUR 25, - per person. Since we would have been very happy about the small gesture of an invitation.

Top service. Top hotel. No mass processing - even in the summer holidays.

The hotel. Staff. Service. TOP. There is nothing to complain about. Above the hotel, the existing forest including mountain is removed, this site is of course unmistakable. Building sites Noise is barely audible in the building as there are mainly corridors in the direction of the mountain.

Great service, good quality and very friendly staff who can nearly all speak english, german and Spanish. Quality was very good in everything and everyone was helpful and friendly. It is a bit expensive but an enjoyable experience

We got married in 2007 there and it was spectacular.

Poor service. Wouldn't recommend staying here if you are used to five star hotels and five star treatment - this really is subpar. However the facilities are lovely and if you dine in the restaurant in the evenings the food and setting is very beautiful.

The stay was once again just outstanding. The employees at the reception immediately make you feel welcome again. The staff at the breakfast service and in the hotel bar are also very friendly and always attentive.

For me as a golfer, the location of the hotel is ideal. Right on a challenging golf course and not far from many other beautiful courses.

The great thing is that if you don't go golfing too late, you can still enjoy the sun by the large outdoor pool in the afternoon and cool off in the water.

My room was very nice and spacious with a spacious bathroom and had a great view of the sea and the 18th green of the golf course. When I came home from breakfast, the room was cleaned by the maid every day and was always very clean.

In this hotel everything is just right: great staff, delicious breakfast buffet, the beautiful outdoor pool and the proximity to the golf course. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. On arrival we were greeted warmly and treated very courteously. The rooms (2 beautifully renovated double rooms with connecting door, since we are traveling as a family) are also a dream. It is really comfortable here! I would also like to highlight the loving furnishings down to the smallest detail. The decoration is wonderfully coordinated and little things are also taken care of, such as fresh water has already been poured into the coffee machine in the room so that you can get started straight away. Thank you dear hotel team.

Despite 5 * a wonderfully relaxed and uncomplicated hotel, where we as a family of 4 with the children felt very well and very welcome. Staff very polite and courteous, especially to the children. That's why the decision for the next family vacation has already been made. We will be back.

All luxury, great spa and gym. Heated pool and large golf course

Very nice hotel. The rooms are relatively spacious. Enough space for your own things.

The bathroom is a bit old, but absolutely clean and functional.

What is not so great: ONE SINGLE socket in the whole room for the guest. This is definitely no longer possible in the age of smartphones, tablets and the like. There are nice solutions such as USB charger on the bedside table or a practical solution such as a power strip on the desk. The hotel urgently needs to make improvements.

The area is very well-kept and the pool area is well-kept and makes a good impression. There are drinks and good snacks at the pool bar.

The bar is in the main building and has a cozy design.

The breakfast offers a large selection and enough space for the guests.

The staff is very warm and you feel welcome from check-in to check-out.

The hotel itself is located in a small village with a beautiful beach. From here you can also take good walks towards Port Anthrax or Peguera.

Those who like to play golf: the course is right next door. The Italian restaurant next door (Campino) is also recommended.

Extremely friendly staff. Top breakfast buffet. Very pleasant mood. And the location: Most guests do not leave the pool - too bad, because it is a 3 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach with a perfect bay.

Rooms are well renovated. Staff is very nice, but it is a joke that you have to pay in the restaurant for 2.50 per cutlery. It is shameful.

This hotel is just a dream! I felt spoiled all around. Very nice big rooms with a lot of comfort. The service staff in the restaurant was always very friendly and accommodating. The selection of food and drinks was very good. Nice plant right on the sea. Quiet and clean. I'll definitely be back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. "Old-fashioned" solidity! Breakfast very extensive. A pity that during this period the restaurant was only open 1 in 2 days. Tapas (decent quality at very reasonable prices) available.

Great Location and Pool, very German, Top Gym, super double rooms, good breakfast

Horrible experience - at checkin I provided 2 passports and was requested to fill in address information twice on an old wacom tablet that doesnt take finger input but requires pen clicking 1 digit - so slow and extremley frustrating. Room was not ready and asked to wait - which is normal as it was early. I was told I would be contacted as soon as the room was ready and I shared that I would be there in the lounge working. After 2.5 hours I went back to ask about the room, it was ready and nobody contacted me. I was handed 1 key. I then asked for a second key for my wife - remember I provided 2 passports and filed out the wacom twice for each. A phone call lasting a few minutes for the desk clerk to authorize a second key. It was approved and we went off to the room. It was mentioned that the mini bar is included and I thought that was nice. A few hours later I was called to the front desk to sign a paper that acknowledge I needed to pay an additional 45 euros per night because I had 2 people - I have paid a similar at other hotels no issue - we had 3 interactions where it should have been brought up and i complained about the lack of attentivness. The next day the room was made up but with 1 towel, no refresh on the 2 water's and no refill on the coffees. Went to the front desk to ask for it to be fixed and the towels were added. Went back again for the waters and coffee - it was fixed. My wife ordered room service dinner - 2.5 hours later she called and it was delivered to the wrong room. The person said it would be delivered and no charge. On check out early morning the manager reminded me that I had signed the paper for the additional charge and I agreed, yes that wasnt an issue. He could not figure out how to add the charge and took him some time but finally (10 mins) was able to add it. When we mentioned the food was not to be on the bill because it was more than 2 hours delayed, he absolutely could not do anything about that.

That is the story of why I would not recommend - in response the hotel did refund the additional charge for the second person - which is not something I ever had a problem with.

After a nice welcome at the reception we were invited to a welcome drink at the bar. And this friendly level was maintained by the entire workforce throughout the stay. The facility is absolutely top! Wonderful spa area and excellent cuisine have rounded out the stay. The hotel restaurant is for dinner really highly recommended. We will be back!

In the years 5 * hotel, which at least in part its own standards and the name Steigenberger not fair. We were there in October 2019. Our room was filthy on the cover (black hair on and under the sheets), the toilet was dirty and the veins of the (not working hair dryer) hung out of the wall ... The front desk has in the subsequent (photographically documented) complaint only once shrugged and let the room clean once - it was allegedly fully booked and could not forgive another room, which was proven to be wrong. There was also no excuse for the dirty room. For 5 * unacceptable ...
In general, it was noticeable to parts of the staff that the end of the season was and the desire for guests was rather decreasing. The food in the restaurant and the breakfast, however, were very good.

Everything great!!! Hotel, service, golf course, rooms !! We enjoyed it!!! But the ... only 3 stars are because of the environmental protection ... I think it can not be that the breakfast buffet, butter in small plastic packaging is served (8 gr) ... that would not be necessary ... so much plastic garbage Nochand on top of that comes the butter from Germany, "Oldenburg" ... is there no butter in Mallorca?

Just 5 * ... It has remained relaxed. No crowds, class. Clear: not directly on the sea, Camp del Mar is really quiet, but golf course at your feet, great pool spa garden area. Great breakfast whether brunch buffet or room service: 5 *

We always come back every year to this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We always eat in the hotel's restaurants because the choice and quality of the food is great. The atmosphere at the bar is very cozy and with live music especially nice. I can not comment negatively.

Excellent hotel with spacious rooms, breakfast buffet as in comparable first class hotels. Right on the golf course Andratx. Currently (October 19) next door construction site, which was barely noticed. Parking in underground garage or free parking near the hotel. Large indoor pool. Outdoor pool probably not heated. A few minutes walk to the beach. There various restaurants and bars. For me a real recommendation.

A great hotel! The hotel rooms were very big and beautiful! The breakfast and the food in the hotel restaurants was also fantastic. I can only agree with the previous reviews, the service and the friendliness of the staff are looking your very same. The only smear was the construction noise, as behind the hotel a new building in the mountain is milled. In addition, we would have been very pleased about a small tour (as we know from other hotels), as the hotel area was much more spacious than at first glance recognizable.

Well accessible, beautifully located golf hotel in Camp de Mar with parking in the underground car park & car service. Varied breakfast that could be a little more on German offer / claims. The service was very attentive and the front desk staff have always been extremely committed with remarkable friendliness. Overall, a hotel, in which you feel comfortable and invites you to the booking repetition.
