Where do I begin? The staff are absolutely lovely, and nothing was an issue for them - even if we had silly questions. The food was delicious, the drinks were amazing, and the vibe was just pure relaxation. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, it was phenomenal!

Beautiful resort ambience and landscaping with modern room amenities and facilities but the FnB department can be improved in both categories of quality and variety.

Awesome place to stay. Great relaxing atmosphere. Staff are lovely and very accommodating.

Pool, friendly staff, great breakfast. We did have cleanliness issues with our swim up room 188 being not up to par for a 5 star hotel. The managers did a great job in sorting any issues we had Fast, we moved to a 2 bedroom penthouse room with roof top courtyard and spa..the grassed court yard is sensational if you have very small kids. I would definitely stay here again.

The facilities of the hotel are really great! Beautiful pool area, very nice restaurant and a really yammy cocktail bars. Room was species and very clean. This we truly enjoyed! The downsides are WiFi is not for free, minimum packages is for 7 days! This is a basic service which I would not expect to be paid in a 5 start hotel... the other down side we faced was a bad smell in our room.. this was due to the moisture season but still should not happen in such a resort..

We arrived at the Sea Temple Resort on the 1st August 2014. After travelling for 12 hours the resort was an oasis of calm and tranquillity. The reception staff were friendly and efficient and we were shown to our apartment within 10 mins of arriving.
I could not believe my eyes when I saw how massive the apartment was...all this room to ourselves. The soy melt glowing in the room gave a wonderful fragrance and we were instantly relaxed.
The grounds are immaculately kept and everywhere is clean and tidy. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Every day the room service staff would come in and tidy up our apartment, make the bed, replace the towels etc and these helpers were so efficient and couldn't do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Every staff member was polite and friendly. The restaurant is a little pricey but the food is amazing and again the staff attentive , friendly and helpful.

The pool area was sparkling clean and the area swept everyday so no soggy leaves left hanging around. Having the entire grounds smoke free is also awesome as you don't get smokers using the whole place as their ashtray.

The Spa facility was out of this world and I went there 4 times in 8 days. Again the Spa therapists were amazing and each treatment I had was fantastic...the products they use are wonderful as well, I did bring some home.

I cant praise this place enough, we were there for 8 days and I cant fault it. Sea Temple was luxury accommodation, a heavenly place to spend time in and I would thoroughly recommend anyone wanting to go there.

Excellent resort. Right on beach, stunning accommodation and lively pool . Great family resort. Breakfast expensive but aren't they all. So stupid really, if they charged reasonable prices they would get so many more people.

We had lunch here a few times and the food was so delicious, we kept coming back. The produce was so fresh and the food was cooked perfectly. The pool area was incredible and the kids loved the spa area. The location is the only concern as you need transport to get into town. This is a special place and ideal for families.

Have stayed here 2 times and its very relaxing and amazing pool, good equipment in the gym and all the staff are friendly . A must book and stay we will go back again.

Disappointed that private plunge pool isn't heated.

Various scenarios throughout our 4 day stay have brought me to rate this resort so poorly.
We returned to our room at 4pm one day to find the room had still not been cleaned. The cleaners even managed to put dirty plates back into the cupboards on one occasion.
The Sea Temple Salad I ordered by the pool was missing several key ingredients that were mentioned in the menu.
There was no WiFi included in the rate which I found to be unbelievable. Even when it was apparently connected it was unusable and only really worked in reception.
Our checking out bill was incorrect with items magically appearing on it.
Beds were very comfortable but overall I felt that the rooms were dated with very poor styling.
Breakfast was good, pool was good, weather was decent and I slept well overall.

Great resort, family freindly, everything you could need and hope for. We will be back.

A few issues with the room and food for xmas was subpar.

Underwhelming.
$1450 for 4 nights at the penthouse and the decor was outdated, spills on the floor, tissue box was empty on the second day and never refilled even though I've put it on the bench so housekeeping could see.
Breakfast was average. Overall the pool was nice and staff were friendly but certainly not worth the price tag, which is a shame as it was our babymoon and we were happy to spend that money. Sheraton would have been a better choice.

Fabulous hotel. Magnificent pool wraps around property. Stayed in villa with its own pool, but swim up rooms are also worthwhile. Good restaurant. Will return.

Nice place..but lacking niceties to take it to 5 Stars..even though plunger available, only Nescafe in rooms and even after asking not forthcoming, even given it was an apartment stay...I think calling it a Pullman and then having the typical 'no frills' serviced apartment as only service option is the wrong move. Its not a Pullman.

Everything was 5-star except for the ant outside the rooms at reception they send maintenance to clean I guess that's how it is in tropical weather

Babymoon disaster- Whilst trying to make a reservation with our accors membership the only room we could book for the week was the most expensive in the resort ...go figure!! We decided to book without using our accors complimentary night or membership we didn t particularly want to spend $3000 plus for 5 nights stay just to get a free night. Don t bother requesting an early check in, you ll still be made to wait. FYI check in is at 3 pm, so bring a book . Oh and if you think spending $300 per night for a room includes the average buffet breakfast than you re mistaken. A small charge of $39 per person to dine in if it s not included... If you decide to stay here, bring your pillow!

My experience attending for a corporate event was fantastic. Rooms were immaculate, staff were very accommodating. Only complaint would be the wifi speed, sub 2Mbit, be prepared to bring your own source of mobile internet.

Very bad service. I booked thinking it was free cancellation and they haven t refunded me my money. Very poor service would never go to this place.

Did our babymoon here and absolutely loved it. We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment on arrival which had a full kitchen and massive living room. The pool is as big as it says in all the adverts for the hotel and is great for just relaxing in. The on-site restaurant was a bit average, we only had one meal there on arrival for lunch and it wasn't bad but was not up to the standard of the hotel. Overall though very happy and very impressed by the way we were treated and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay in Port Douglas.

Great location, feels very private despite being a resort, staff are friendly, rooms very clean and welcoming, pools is brilliant anf lots of room, for adults its great to have space from the kids. Highly recommend this for your next visit to Port Douglas.

One of the best pools I have ever been to and I have been to many in the world. The restaurants are also world class.

Amazing resort with excellent facilities for you to relax and enjoy! The pool, restaurant, pool bar and rooms are beautiful.
Only downside is a lack of free wifi which seems strange in 2017.

Really nice stay in the golf view penthouse. Clean and modern. The pool and resort is contemporary and well maintained. The only let down was the terribly run breakfast buffet. Tainted an otherwise excellent resort. None the less I would stay again.

Stayed in a private room,(could do with a bit of upkeep) 10 min drive into town,nice pool,gym facilities,restaurants decent,nice tidy place as you would expect in pt dougie! Cheers

This hotel is the best Pullman hotel I have stayed in Australia. The swimming pool is very comfortable and spacious. The hotel room is clean, tidy and large enough. The front desk staff is enthusiastic, actively helping to solve problems, and providing sufficient care and meticulous service. The price of the restaurant is reasonable, the serving speed is relatively fast, and the service is very good. Overall very satisfied, I would recommend staying.
It is the best Pullman in Australia. The staff provided the excellent service to me and the environment is very good. Will stay again and thanks again for excellent service from the reception and the restaurant.

My partner and I shared such an amazing experience. The staff gave immaculate service and were very professional! the facilities were to standard. I highly recommend this place, however, stay away from the Vie spa. They are a separate business attached to the Pullman. There are better spas elsewhere with proper masseuses.

I am so glad that I stayed here for a week. A very relaxing holiday. Fantastic customer service and communication by Juanita and Mark. Top-notch facilities and amenities especially the main pool is breathtaking. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Only downside I think is that the main town is not within walking distance and it's not possible to swim on the beach next to the resort (may be possible in dry season). However, I would definitely stay again and highly recommend!
