woow guys. all under one roof. soo many varieties you can go there by using public transportation services. And easy access from the high level road and a train station nawinna. 24 hour bus service is available there. But 5.30 it's gonna be closed.

They advertise 10-15 years warranty for mattresses. Inferior quality foams. Warranty claiming process is disgusting. Not responsive. Trying their best not to attend for warranty claims.

This is a place where you can buy almost everything under one roof. We had been shopping from here for years and over the years it has grown bigger and improved tremendously. There was a time, the Toilet facility was outside and it was as filthy as any public toilet in the country. Now the facility has been shifted inside the Mall, things are better.
I feel that they can still improve Customer Experience more, if they invest more in their staffs.
Yesterday afternoon we were there and the girl who was at the Fresh Veg and Nuts section was very unprofessional to say the least.
She was handling sugar with her bare hands than using the given scoops for that and later I understood that they were very new to the job there. The question is then why a senior was not placed along with them to oversee their level of competency.
I mentioned this at the Check out to one of the Floor Supervisors' and I am sure she must have dealt with the situation promptly.
I am glad the that we walked out happy finally, thanks to the lady behind the teller.
She was very professional and you should look after such staffs well. I have mentioned this to the same Floor Supervisor but all she could do was to smile.

This little bit big supermarket. Inside this they have coffee shop, roots and another fast food outlet. They have big parking area. They accept the VISA/MASTER/AMEX Credit and Debit cards. You can bring your kids and totally safe for them. Staff also very friendly. I can recommended this plase for your day to day grocery needs. Difficult to enter and exit at Afternoon and morning on weekdays due front road traffic.

They never answer for the telephone, it's very difficult to contact Sales person. Bad Customer Service.

Arpico is one the leading name in consumer goods space and happy to say the prices is affordable . The selection at the supermarket is excellent . The rubber items has always been there strong hold . The staff is always on hand to help . The parking is plentiful .

3 July . This time visit the store explained to electronics . You have try to keep away from the bakery on the second floor , it smells to nice ! The staff is helpful . I would make a note sometimes the items are out stock not only one item but several , may it's Friday they haven't updated . Just keep in mind if your on a Friday .

One of the best finance companies in Sri Lanka according to my experience. Does annoying things sometimes but overall okay.
