PULLMAN PARIS BERCY Review

The receptionist was lovely, the room spacious and clean, the bedding very comfortable. On the other hand, we were very disappointed by the view (on the ring road, instead of the Seine, which was promised by the offer), as well as the room service dinner, served late and cold. The worst was yet to come on this Sunday. We ordered our breakfast at 10am using the Skeat app. When explaining how it works, the receptionist promised us a service in 30 minutes, but we waited 3 hours! The morning shift, relaunched several times, never called us back. We had to go down to reception several times (happy Valentine's Day ...) to try to figure out what was going on. So, we were guaranteed a service within 10 minutes, a period that had to be multiplied by 6, even 7. We should have been transparent and said that the staff was overwhelmed (reason given during the service), instead of lying to us. . That's not all ... since the platter served did not correspond to our request: cold milk instead of hot chocolate, a multi-fruit juice (to which I am allergic! It is quite difficult to put customers in danger, right?) instead of squeezed orange. A total fiasco. It is really not out of kindness that I submit this notice. We must be fair and salute the quality of the room and the kindness of the reception on Saturday evening, but objectively the service this morning was very disappointing. Really a shame for a 4 star ...

Once again a very decent stay at the Pullman hotel in Bercy!
The staff, by their kindness, makes us forget that we are in a hotel which has a very large number of rooms and the service is individualized at the reception and meets the requirements.
However, as with every stay, special attention is lacking in the room. Lots of hotels do, but at Pullman de Bercy I never had any attention related to my loyalty program status.

Upgrade without requesting it with the Accor card, no problem for late check-out either!
This time I had a Deluxe corner room on the 9th floor (903) and the layout is much nicer than the rooms that are not on the corner of the floors. The brightness is much more important. Nothing to say, very correct services.

A problem with the television which has difficulties to receive certain channels despite the intervention of a technician! The room-service ordering service via the app which does not work (and no one informs us of the malfunction), we wait stupidly, thinking that the order will arrive. But it didn't shock anyone ....

The hotel is at the cour saint emilion exit of the subway No. 14 and it takes about less than 5 minutes to walk to the hotel. The surrounding environment is very good. It feels like a French place. Check in at the front desk. The room is very large and comfortable. Lively, you can definitely book here again next time

Very nice hotel on the outside of Paris. Only down side is parking is not included and quite expensive at around 35- 40 per night/24 hours

We stayed one night in this hotel our coming being planned for an event in Bercy in partnership with the group, no schedule of events and refusal to print them upon arrival at the hotel. Following this a request made at noon for missing and faulty business in the room, return at night in the room nothing changed. A breakfast with a lot of choices we appreciate intolerant / vegan options, however very noisy places. Staff helpful although unprofessional in customer relationship. Hygiene of the toilet of the reception to be reviewed as well as that of the rather clean rooms on the surface.

I only put two stars, not for the quality of the food offered or for the welcome because at this level it is really great, but at the level of the quantity / price ratio, it is not worth these 49 .

To flee!!! A shame! I forgot a pair of new sneakers during a seminar with my company, I called two hours after my departure from the room, they asked me to call back later, even chorus at night, I had an answer that the next night after 4 calls from me, to tell me he had found nothing! Thieves! And they dared to tell me that it's maybe my colleague with whom I was in the room! Since no answer except for the sorry we have nothing! Ashamed for a band like theirs !!

As for the room, the state of the furniture is disappointing (chipped chair, impact in the wall, perforated and stained curtain, ...) and also the cleanliness (traces of limestone, dirty bar glasses left as is in the room afterwards. cleaning, bathrobe stained and not replaced the next day)
Another point, impossible to connect a recent iPhone to the speaker station and impossible to connect to hdmi on the TV

Very nice service, small but cozy sauna, comfortable bathrobe, clean room, royal breakfast! Nearby: shops, restaurants, a cinema etc. Ideal for a relaxing weekend!

Always a good stay - proper hotel designed from the ground up.. my only comment to the hotel... put dimmers on the lights in the new bar.. its not casual and relaxed, it feels like your having a drink in an operating theatre.

Duplex suite just great, overlooking Paris impenable (even from the bath!).
Staff available with a sense of service quite rare.
Huge breakfast .... I dare not even imagine the Sunday brunch.
Only downside non respectful customers who had smoked in the room ... but the staff is put in 4 to minimize the impact and remove the smell .... thank you for the small dej offered in compensation

It is nice to have free Wi-Fi in your hotel, it is a pity that there are no Turkish channels among the television channels, there could be only one or two Turkish channels when there were so many channels.
There are very few types of cheese for breakfast.
It would be nice if there were Turkish speaking staff among the staff (at the reception and among the waiters).
The employees are concerned and friendly.

A good hotel, however.... the WiFi was very unreliable while we were there and that s a key feature for foreign travelers that depend on data.

Breakfast was also a significant issue. While most of the staff was lovely and accommodating, there was one significant exception to this and the experience we received from this one staff member was consistently and incredibly rude.

Rather than politely ask us not to sit in certain areas she would lecture us and criticize us for not knowing that the area of the restaurant was being prepared for lunch, lecturing us about what color napkin meant what and impolitely demanding that we move or even went so far as to physically move our things without communicating what she was doing or why.

On another morning we were lectured for being in the breakfast room past 10 am, while she pointed at our watches rudely.

If there was an issue with either of these thing, the people greeting us at the door and checking our names off as guests who's breakfast was included we re certainly not communicating anything to us, the guests, of what we should or should not be doing.

Frankly, it's an awful way to being your day and having a positive experience in a hotel, especially in the morning is a hallmark of a quality hotel.

Fully renovated by the architect Tom Dixon, the reception area, bars and rooms are extremely pleasant. The pool and spa area are incredible. The service is very good and friendly. Public transportation is close by to bring you in minutes to the very heart of Paris. The hotel is the meeting point for professional sportsman and woman with possible adapted massages in the spa.

New hotel. Clean. Beautiful. Very good for families. Breakfast excellent. Loved the location. Close to shops like FNAC to buy tickets, from Carrefour to groceries, from the rest. Italian Vapiano bars, shops, and the train to get there very quickly to the Louvre, Notre Dame etc.

It has been a wonderful stay in bercy. The hotel is in walking distance from st emillion metro. Comfy bed, nice decor. The only thing they lack are vegan options (not to worry, paris has a ton of good restaurants)

Since the renovation of 2018 everything is again very nice. I love the new atmosphere. The rooms are always very nice
