It was the best accommodation. If you take bus No. 24, you can go to Notre Dame Cathedral and Orsay along the Seine River at once, the tourist attractions are close, the surrounding streets are clean, the Bercy district is beautiful... the hotel itself is good and the bedding is comfortable, so I had a good night's sleep.

Nice hotel with real efforts from the staff to be nice. Good full breakfast. Spacious room, with fast hot water and good evacuations (too often the black dot in many hotels). Convenience products may need to revisit especially allergenic substances like alphamethylasiosione, normal American products. Good experience overall.
Metro line 14 and C line of RER pass near the hotel, and it is a place where it is easy to go to a famous sightseeing spot. There is also a supermarket at the exit of the station, so it is easy to get groceries. There are also Japanese employees who can also respond in Japanese Equipment and services are also good.
THANKS ... a weekend without children in an exceptional room on the 10th Floor, this afternoon after an incredible sweet / salty brunch, we went to the SPA there was only us, the only one in the world ... Magic !!! ! As for the staff hat appreciable kindness and ax small care for us so again thank you !!!! You have participated in my sweet and wonderful weekend.
A great hotel with a wonderful welcome, the beds are very comfortable and everything is already present in the room (towels, soaps etc.) In addition there is available tea and coffee!
The best customer service in the world. Every single employee I encountered spoke to me and made me feel welcomed. I am amazed with how pleasant my stay was. Hamid is fabulous!!!
Carrying your bag to the room by yourself.Room service menu is limited. No massage treatments; they bring someone from out with portable to do it in your room. Room Furniture is not good. Free WIFi. Fitness center is limited. Mini bar is empty.
The welcome at the hotel super nice, Housekeeper service correct, Bar super friendly and good service parking more expensive than the public parking, for breakfast the bread too hard (Old) and it often lacked food (cheese, eggs, bread, ....) At the time of departure nobody took care of my luggage or to clear the cord behind my car
Just returned from a weekend in Paris and the Pullman was one of the highlights of the trip! We stayed in a suite and it was amazing! Views across Paris were fantastic with floor to ceiling windows that spanned both floors of the suite! The staff were really helpful and spent time advising us how to get around Paris and recommending places to go! The Pullman Paris Centre Bercy has a gorgeous shopping village opposite with loads of places to eat and some lovely shops and the metro that takes you to central Paris in less than 10 mins. We were especially impressed that because the hotel knew we were there to celebrate two of the groups birthdays they left a platter of treats and balloons in the room with a lovely message wishing us a great time in Paris! I would highly recommend the hotel and will most definitely be visiting again soon!
Attention to detail and the quality of the hotel in many respects matched a five star experience - despite the hotel being a 4 star with 4 star prices. Would have been great if the hotel had a swimming pool. Wifi was excellent - check in and check out experience was first class and the staff were attentive and friendly. Excellent room size for a Paris hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Staff was great. They went above and beyond. We were in Paris to memorialize my friend's mom. Hotel aided us in giving her a beautiful tribute. The room was great and the room service food amazing. Great Location! Beatriz the guest relations manager was the best staff member of any hotel I've stayed at. Love her! Give her a raise.
We ate at the restaurant. It was good, however the hotel is under construction we had the unpleasant surprise of having a paint smell at lunch time value a bit high
Gorgeous, modern hotel outside of the main tourist areas of Paris. First class experience without the pretentiousness of some other luxury brands. We felt welcome the moment we exited our taxi from the airport to the check out. Also, the hotel is in quick walking distance to Bercy Village, which certainly adds to the overall experience. Now if they will only tell me where to buy their signature perfume...
It was great staying at the Pullman Bercy! The staff is always available and provide an outstanding service! it was our first time there and we will definitely come back! Thank you to the whole staff! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. You made our stay in Paris a wonderful experience :)
Superb hotel worthy of a 5 star. Very nice home. Very clean hotel. The superior room is spacious and very pleasant with excellent bedding. The breakfast is fabulous. There is something for everyone. Sweet or savory qualities with attentive hostesses. We had a small inconvenience following the reservation of the hotel via a reservation platform. The managers of the hotel made a very nice gesture to us when the inconvenience did not come from them. If you want to spend a stay with attentive staff this is the place to be.
Hi-tech room with an iPad to order everything. Except that the iPad was not in the room on arrival. Small problem quickly settled. Nice view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. Some problems with room service, the ordered dishes do not correspond to those delivered. Nice and helpful room staff. Good stay overall
My personal experience was not good The place view is bad and my room was awful I also had a bad experience with the reciptioniest and. lunch assistant. best choices with the same price are there, including Shangri-la., Hayatt Park and the four seasons
A smiling and very adjusted welcome. A much appreciated upgrade. A splendid junior suite. A quiet stay with peace and space. A very soacuzus bar with original cocktails alongside standards. A refined set, without excess. Very simply and pleasant. To come back quickly.
We stayed here for a week in June 2014 and loved it. The location was great for us from here our excursions by metro station
The Pullman Paris Center Bercy is recommended. It is modern and clean, you sleep as in Abraham's lap and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. We will be back.
It was the first time I slept at the pulmann, I am very very disappointed; My entry card did not work when I returned. (my suitcase inside) I went down three times to the reception then a technician intervened; I waited, waited ...... 1:30 (yes yes) to finally be able to go back to my room! LAMENTABLE.
Just arrived from an international flight and wanted to check in. Plenty of rooms are available and was asked fro 92 Euros early check in fee. Need to wait 5h in the lobby - this is disrespectful to customers. Don't come to this place with an international arrival unless you are prepared to pay the additional fee. Not competitive and never happened to me in over 10 years of frequent international travel.
IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE, EVERYTHING IS MAGNIFICENT, THE SENSATIONAL ROOM, THE EXCELLENT BREAKFAST, THE AMBIENCE OF THE FIRST STAFF. MY BONUS AND I WERE VERY CONTENT IN THIS HOTEL.
Our hotel room was very clean and the staff friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet had a large selection and was by no means modest! Delicious! If you want to enjoy a stay in the upscale ambience (including the door get stopped, worn suitcases, small attentions, etc.), this is right. However, if you are in this hotel on spa and fitness is set, you will be disappointed. 2 saunas, one was off. A small gym with treadmill and 2-3 devices, that's it. 37 / day for the parking lot we find very expensive. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay and would stay there and stay in the room or explore Paris again.
Very nice hotel at high prices - nice hotel with accelerated prices
A very nice hotel for Paris - clean, large rooms and friendly, courteous staff (who also speak English). Fantastic continental breakfast. The bed is super comfortable and the pillow menu is fantastic. There is also a small fitness area. The cocktails at the bar are recommended, but are in an upscale price range (which in turn makes them average). We also enjoyed a very delicious (pre-ordered) lunch in the restaurant - a larger number of participants. So if you are willing to spend that much money you will get good service.
Regarding Paris, a very nice hotel - clean, big rooms and very friendly & caring staff (who speak English). Fantastic continental breakfast. The bed is super comfortable and the choice of cushions is fantastic. There is also a small fitness area. The cocktails at the bar are recommendable, but you have to pay accelerated prices (which makes them anyhow standard again). We also had in advance ordered lunch (bigger group of people) at the restaurant, which was very tasty. So if you like to spend a certain amount of money you get what you expect.
