The receptionist was lovely, the room spacious and clean, the bedding very comfortable. On the other hand, we were very disappointed by the view (on the ring road, instead of the Seine, which was promised by the offer), as well as the room service dinner, served late and cold. The worst was yet to come on this Sunday. We ordered our breakfast at 10am using the Skeat app. When explaining how it works, the receptionist promised us a service in 30 minutes, but we waited 3 hours! The morning shift, relaunched several times, never called us back. We had to go down to reception several times (happy Valentine's Day ...) to try to figure out what was going on. So, we were guaranteed a service within 10 minutes, a period that had to be multiplied by 6, even 7. We should have been transparent and said that the staff was overwhelmed (reason given during the service), instead of lying to us. . That's not all ... since the platter served did not correspond to our request: cold milk instead of hot chocolate, a multi-fruit juice (to which I am allergic! It is quite difficult to put customers in danger, right?) instead of squeezed orange. A total fiasco. It is really not out of kindness that I submit this notice. We must be fair and salute the quality of the room and the kindness of the reception on Saturday evening, but objectively the service this morning was very disappointing. Really a shame for a 4 star ...
