room ds the standart of a hotel of this category. Super breakfast. Located in Bercy village that must absolutely be done. Many restaurants and cinemas.

2 steps from the Bercy Village, the area is quiet outside the opening hours of the Village where you can eat. The entrance is sumptuous, the staff has a sense of service, special mention to the waiter bar, attentive provides good advice in terms of consumption, and makes you spend a unique moment. A ping pong table in the hall for the enjoyment of young and old. The fitness room is efficient and the breakfast is ok. Small flat for room service where the dish arrived cold.

I do not recommend the suite for more than two people, as the top is a bed with only a screen, a toilet, no room to hang even a towel, and there is no closet above.
And the hall is beautiful looking, but very hot if you leave the curtains, and the lighting is not enough.
The restaurant is good but needs attention to packing, waiters are not well served.

Staff very friendly, listening to the customer. Clean room, spacious, comfortable. We sleep well.

Solid hotel, very accessible despite being off the center. But this is what one can read at the bottom of the confirmation email, buried in 12th position: The Pullman Paris Centre-Bercy hotel is being renovated! Transformation work will take place during the day from February 12 to June 18, 2018. This will not affect rooms, just the convention center and lobby.
So when one arrives noise in the lobby makes it hard to hear the (friendly and super patient) staff. Bottom floor is a succession of claustrophobic corridors and only two elevators work which can cause long waits. There are pictures of a very nice pool but it is not built yet. Use caution until end of June, recommended after that.

A major hotel group in France, a luxury hotel in Accor. This area is safe and environmentally friendly, and is recommended as a honeymoon destination. It takes less than 15 minutes to get to the Opera by Metro line 14. Since the vehicle is an automatic computer operation, this line is moving even when the strike.

My favorite hotel in Paris: elegant, neat, comfortable and well located. Delicious room service + special mention for the welcome and kindness of Romain as well as the quality service of Manon.

There is no problem except that the electricity in the room is dark.
Amenity is also perfect (cotton, cotton swab, sewing set, slippers, bathrobe, 2 kinds of water without gas, no gas, refrigerator, pot, coffee, tea, etc.) near supermarket, restaurant area, very convenient. Breakfast delicious but same every day. Same all year round.

I used the service of the concept of the room for half bath, but the staff was very kind and the interior including the reception was very pretty. I also made a place to rest in the garden alike, so it was nice to have a simple meal there. The room was also very clean and above all the bathroom was good. The bathtub is also spacious enough for one person.

I stayed four days in May 2017 and had never been before, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall efficiency, service, facilities and rooms, no complaints in any way and many facilities of all kinds. The area is very nice to know, the park, the cinematography, the coemrcial and restoration venues, well communicated and with taxis at the door

Well placed, lovely staff, quiet and immaculate room.
Compliments to the chef for the brunch which is amazing and to the maids for outstanding cleanliness.

Very good bedding, nice bar with original cocktails, but restoration not up to par.

We look forward to it when the renovations are finished

It is comfortable. Because the station is near and there is in Bercy district, it was convenient to go out for a meal.

I didn't sleep in this hotel, however we had an event and the place was great, nice decor and reception, great food and service experience and they have a beautiful yard, close to transportation and a shopping area.

So much to offer and the staff are fantastic.
Just a short wall to the metro station, and within a few stops your connected to all the popular city sites.

Hotel that has 4 stars and which is equal to a 5-star hotel, the services offered are really worthy of the hotel, the swimming pool that has just opened is superb. The rooms are clean and the staff is really competent.

Good quality of service, the rooms are of good size and well soundproofed. The bathrooms deserve a facelift.

A very modern and elegant hotel near the Bercy bus station and right on the Seine. The subway station is not a 3min walk away (line 14). Lobby is relatively spacious, reception is of unusual design. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large with some direct or side views of the Seine. The absolute highlight is the breakfast buffet. There is really everything here! The gym is a bit small but it is ok. Sauna (women and men separated) is also very good. Overall a wonderfully successful stay. Easily away from the city (35min to the Eiffel Tower via Bir Harkaim Station).
