Comfortable place, nice location. Needs a better 24x7 food options like other Accor properties.

The SPA of the hotel is a pure wonder, whether it is the hammam, the sauna, the swimming pool or simply the massages carried out by the professionals who work there, the place is just perfect to relax and clear your head in this period more than difficult. The staff are very warm and caring and the relaxation area is particularly pleasant. I highly recommend !

The hotel was relatively uncomfortable due to its size. The room rates are heavy. Our visit was only possible as part of a package holiday.

A pleasant service, a lovely place, next to Mitro station, a minute walk ... very clean and of a high standard ... a satisfying breakfast .. a pool and a wet, dry, dry ... in a nutshell justifies its price.I am sure if I return to Paris I will return to this hotel.

Front desk takes a bit of getting used to, but the hotel is very charming and there are many opportunities for good food at the nearby shopping strip.

Super brunch with children on Sunday: free entertainment, balloon sculpture. Quality of dishes and quantity for a reasonable price.

This hotel is amazing. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable. I loved the bathroom and complimentary tea, bathrobe and slippers. However the best part of this hotel is the night time swimming pool that is open until 11 pm. Which is great because even if you are exploring paris all day you will have time to visit the spa area. This was important to us because we wanted to unwind after a long day of walking. The pool was the perfect temperature and had a beautiful romantic lights. The sauna and the steam room were great as well. I don t usually post reviews but this hotel really surprised me and deserves 5 stars.

I live comfortably, there is a Bercy village on the side, there is a movie theater and there is a supermarket.

Hotel up to the benefits sold. We almost wanted to tip all the staff but alas. Staff attentive, accommodating and very helpful even at night. The rooms at the top, the toilet nickel. Only breakfast was not expected, do not go there at the end.

Encountered a good checkin, very engaging service - nothing was too much trouble for them and there was a great sense of welcoming a valued customer, irrespective of your nationality and language barrier.

I was issued a keycard (used to operate the lift and power room) and pointed to the lifts around the corner.

Thought the room was very good, large and spacious equipped with plenty of power points: beside the bed were a combination of UK, Euro and USB sockets (definitely had the international traveller in mind) with more below the desk. I'd prefer if they wall-mounted the phone, there's no reason it should take up so much bedside cabinet room!

Bathroom was clean, warm, functional, bright and nicely-styled - can't fault it. There's some pleasing views out the front but little noise; I had a pleasant night's sleep all nights.

Definitely a great stay away and I'll certainly welcome the opportunity of stopping here again!

Here for an event - excellent service & rooms. Bedding, bathroom & everywhere was all immaculate. Great location - just a short metro journey away from the centre of Paris. Would love to stay again.

The hotel is amazing and the staff is very helpful and is serviced with a touch and a smile that does not make a living. Breakfast only needs to be developed and paid attention to.

The entrance and the reception are very trendy and appreciable. Nevertheless the fixing of the TV on mast in front of the reception denotes in this refined frame! But what does the (at) photo of the defense plaza to the left of the toilet door, behind the cactus? The location of the hotel in quiet area with parking, transport and the course st emillion suits me very well

During the work at the bar we welcome you in a kind of improvised canteen overlooking a guarded courtyard ..

Location right next to Bercy Village. Taxis and metro close by. Rooms are very clean, quiet and stylish. Service in general very good. Breakfast buffet excellent. Highly recommended.

I stay always at the Pullman Bercy when I come to Paris because it is in my opinion ideally located to the extent that we avoid entering Paris and so the possible traffic jams (idem to come out) the metro is nearby and the Court St Emilion too (restaurants and shops)
The bedding is very comfortable.
The varied breakfast is worth the price
By cons I found this time the staff at breakfast quite stressed (although very friendly) and not very discreet (I surprised some thoughts between them and also on customers who are not done in the presence of other customers )
No doubt a bad day but I would have appreciated not feeling this atmosphere at the beginning of the day.
