Superb hotel very well located (metro 3mn) close small friendly "village". Reception and very pleasant staff, especially the girl at check-in very attentive. Giant breakfast! Only downside, the atmospheres in the corridors that are ubiquitous and unpleasant.

Very nice and cozy, warmly the pool (in September perhaps!)

Friendly staff, they offer good service, but there is no pool.

Clean, comfortable bed, good service and delicious breakfast!

Very Nice place to stay as long as you have a Metro app! Right across from Bercy Village where wine used to be stored. Now it's a Chic (but reasonably priced) "Yuppie" area full of bars, bistros and restaurants as well as a few shops. Great Place to stay and Highly Recommend.

This was an outstanding hotel in a fantastic location and the staff was very very helpful. I mistakenly thought it was the second hotel I had to go to owned by the same company which was just terrible from the front desk through the less than mediocre room. The fire alarm went off for almost half an hour there and when I called the front desk they said don t worry it s just a malfunction. Yikes! But hotel pullman was classy and highly professional on all levels. Sorry for my mistake initially!

Very nice even though building work was going on during my stay.

Price creates expectations that are not being met, at least not constantly. Dinner-restaurant: Four people are busy doing nothing, dirty tables are not cleared in the meantime. The quality of the meal is excellent, compliment to the chef! Bar: bartender makes a very lean gin and tonic (lots of ice, a drop of gin) and then asks 16 for that !! euros. Here too dirty tables.

We chose this hotel because we were going to the concert and the hotel was walking distance from the stadium. The hotel room was sparsely decorated, no paintings on the wall to make it homely, plastic mugs in the bathroom and cardboard cups if you want to make a coffee - cheap and unpleasant! We did not eat breakfast at the hotel to pay 28 per person / night is too expensive !! "Free mini bar" = "complimentary water" is called and nothing else, not even a cola there were only 2 bottles of water and 2 different kinds, why can't you get 2 bottles of the same kind because we were 2 who lived there? The bed was super comfortable, slept as gone every night. Close to metro and many restaurants and a small Carrforre supermarket.

Luxury hotel, now at reasonable prices for work in progress, the buffet breakfast is very useful as the prices are quite high outside.

My wife and I had a great stay at the Pullman in Bercy. The hotel was clean, classy, and modern in a great location. The Cour Saint-Emilion subway station is a very short walk away. Just walk through a small outdoor shopping area next door and you can access any popular site in Paris in 10-20 minutes. The shopping area has plenty of restaurants and even a movie theater. We highly recommend this hotel. Ps- I am an airline pilot and stay in many different hotels everywhere. This is definitely a high quaility hotel!

Brand new gym, has all the latest equipment and has virtual classes that are easy to follow. The rooms are amazing and the staff are very friendly.

Impeccable. Very comfortable and modern. It has many shops, cafes and restaurants right on your doorstep. And a metro stop 2 min walk.
Very friendly staff, they helped us in managing reservations. They lent us an umbrella totally free. And also on the last day they kept our bags in their free locker.
I would go back if I go back to Paris.

10/10. From the staff to the room and the facilities - it was everything we expected and hoped.

The hotel allocated us a bad room (1 missing bed for the 3rd occupant) and had a hard time admitting its mistake before finally fixing the situation. It is a striking fact that in France, you have to raise your voice to win your case. A simple apology would have totally satisfied us and we would have changed rooms without any problem. A little customer service training would not be superfluous, especially for a hotel that has pretensions.
Fortunately we ended on a much better impression with Laureen who obviously knows her job perfectly. Thanks to her!

Very good hotel, close to metro station on line14. Although you are not in the center, you are 10 minutes away. The large room, clean and well equipped.

An excellent room at our disposal, a bar with a good atmosphere and a delicious breakfast!
I have never seen such a good staff like Benoit at the reception without forgetting Hamid with his great advice and Dylan who gave us a good start.

Stay of one night in this hotel, everything was fine apart from the maid who came to wake us at 9:30 to make the room and a second time 15 minutes later.

Heartwarming welcome.
Royal just room overlooking the capital and equipped with all the necessary comfort.
Hearty and gourmet American breakfast.
Only downside, we got rid of breakfast when it was not finished.

My reservation did not appear anywhere when I arrived, but Julien took everything in hand, and when I got back everything was settled. (I was invited to a Baptism)
The reception staff are super pleasant and very efficient.

Large air-conditioned room and very clean. Well soundproof and very comfortable bedding. However, check-in and check-out very long and poorly organized. The receptionists are only 2, which generates waiting, it ruins everything ...

Brief stay at Pullman Paris Bercy. Excellent hospitality, lovely staff / smiling / available. Restaurant not tried because many restaurants are within walking distance Cour St Emilion in Bercy Village.
Full French or continental breakfast of very good quality.

Great hotel. Excellent confort and service overall. Best breakfast buffet we have ever seen. Proximity to Bercy village for dinning. Metro (excellent line 14) just minutes away.
