PULLMAN PARIS BERCY Review

Very nice hotel, I was very satisfied with my stay at a seminar and the breakfast was excellent.
Friendly staff and clean room with excellent location,
Unfortunately I had a room with a building opposite, but it seems to me that it is possible to have a good view depending on the room.

Very good brunch. A lot of choices. Tasty. Warm room and waiters to care.
There are activities for children with animators so parents can relax too

A bit far from the airport, but close to the Tower, among other sights. Next to the subway. Very practical for short and long distance travel.

Excellent hotel, high standard. The breakfast is simply royal.

An ideally placed hotel with metro nearby. Staff caring. We stayed two days to enjoy the master of Bercy. Thank you thank you for this moment

Despite the current renovations, the Hotel Pullman offers an extensive service, very good food and good rest

Superb hotel very clean, design, excellent hospitality, mini bar offered, continental breakfast of exceptional quality with a great choice for all tastes, gym very well provided with tools of the latest generation. Very well located near (3min) Bercy village and metro Cour Saint Emilion. Hotel parking a bit expensive but cheaper parking around.

The staff is attentive and welcoming. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast very varied. We will come back!

Very nice establishment located 2 minutes walk from the St Emilion courtyard.

The lobby is splendid and majestic, yet you feel at home when you enter it.

Valet and valet service. An excellent restaurant that I highly recommend that serves breakfast, but open for lunch from 12pm to 3pm.

The bar is warm and welcoming. Chic casual atmosphere.

The Pullman Bercy is a business and tourist hotel. Many rooms are available and dedicated to meetings and other conferences.

The welcome at the reception was very appreciated, the charming young lady who took care of my check-in was dynamic and efficient, smiling and considerate. A very good point.
In addition, the room was allocated to me earlier than expected. Thank you.

The superior room is very pretty, warm, soberly but tastefully decorated.

In short, everything is going very well and I am delighted to be there.

A really good 4 star hotel. Convenient location near the Cour metro station and close to the Bercy restaurant block.

Everything was perfect from the warm Welcomers to the services offered.

The hotel room was not ok, fresh air was not necessary. The breakfast buffet was ok. The staff was ok, but as in other hotels in this class, no one was willing to talk in German, they spoke Russian, English, Spanish

I spent two days working with my company in your hotel.
The positive points: well placed, very nice hotel, very friendly reception, well equipped for work.
Negative points:
- the workspace is small. It is not suitable for around 100 people.
- the food is a bit average for my taste.

Pity ! It's a bit of a station hall.
Although all the staff are very nice and friendly, the places are cold. A little rush at breakfast, but very decent that suits everyone.

I am a regular visitor, and this establishment is quite remarkable! The location, the comfort and the staff as discreet as effective!

A bit like a Hilton, but finishes are better, beds are very comfortable, food is great, service excels. Gym was a bit lacking in the weight department, but has a cycling studio which made up for it.

Amazing hotel. Most people know English here and are very accommodating. The hotel is right by the Metro station which u can take for 1,80 euros and go pretty much anywhere in the city. The rooms are nice size and beds are extremely comfortable.

We were there in April and there are positives and unfortunately also negatives. The staff at the front desk are very good, helpful and very friendly. I also think the location is great, as the Bercy Village is right across the street with various shopping and dining options. Only at breakfast and at the bar urgently needs work to be done on the attitude of the employees. Long waiting times until someone comes. The room was very nice and spacious, only the bathroom wasn't that nice. The ventilation did not work, then there was hair and brown stains on the ceiling, the shower head sprayed in all directions and the bathtub had many corners.
Unfortunately there was a fire in the hotel on the last day and everything had to be evacuated, but the reception staff there was great and still so helpful and friendly in the hustle and bustle. Hats off!!!

A unique place!

I am really delighted with the stay. My brother who accompanied me during this weekend, also.

From booking to departure, including reception and breakfast, everything is perfect.

Despite the sanitary conditions, we were greeted warmly and with kindness.

I booked a duplex suite, we were served, on the 10th floor, at the top of the hotel.

The well-appointed suite was very spacious despite the fold-out rollaway bed in the living area.
You could easily go everywhere.

The bedding is very comfortable. And the soundproofing is bluffing, whether it is on the internal noises of the hotel, or the external noises, we hear nothing.

2 bathrooms, one with a shower, the other a bathtub. Bathrobe and slippers provided as well as of course the usual products, soap, shower gel, shampoo ... (Bathrobes are available for sale for 80 euros).

The breakfast is very complete, from the classic croissant to the sausages, there is something for everyone.

We were not able to use the pool, under construction, we will come back!

Amazing staff, always there to help. Rooms of good quality with good noise canceling walls. Perfect location to enjoy the city.

The building looks good, but the location is far from the center and the view is bad.
Staff are not friendly. The air conditioner is broken, and even if I talk a few times, I don't check or fix it.

Comfortable, accessible and petfriendly. The only disadvantage is that if you come from tourism, everything is at least 8.5 kilometers away. It has a small shopping plaza nearby with good brands.

We planned a family dinner in new year Eve. The menu was poor, let alone the amount of food, on top of this the food was served scattered over a period of 2 hours and a half and not all the guests could eat at the same time.

An absolute disaster that was brought to the attention of the hotel management who didn't take responsibility of the events.

The result, a 500 Euro bill and a waste of time

Not necessarily up to the expectations that one can have in this kind of establishment. Staff attentive and the whole is rather clean.
However, the maintenance of the details that make all the difference is not up to what we should not see!
On the side of breakfast, do not expect to be transcended, the products offered do not leave feelings of quality, we graze the arbitrary and it is a shame.
Please note that the aquatic areas are not currently accessible for renovation!
