Very good for a business trip to London
This hotel is ideally located just outside Saint Pancras station.
The bedrooms are spacious, the bed is 2m wide!

We visit London once/twice a year and find the Pullman consistently reliable - no nasty surprises. Location is convenient (rail, underground). Rooms are fine, and breakfast very welcome. A bit expensive.

Mixed feelings: disappointing small room but very friendly service. An exceptional warm welcome by numerous staff upon check in & every time we walk into foyer. Fantastic central location to everything you could want & nice comfy bed. But the classic room size is small depending on certain floors even by London standards but clean, tidy & suitably appointed. See my other reviews for a much better hotel nearby & a fantastic Italian restaurant just around the corner. UPDATE: Great service continues with thanks. Pullman kindly moved us to another room on 2nd floor with slightly more room. Apparently higher floor, slightly better view but smaller room. Lower floor, with not so good view & long walk to the lift but slightly more space.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Pullman. Staff (including door men and front desk) were very polite and helpful. The room was big, clean, modern, quite, and had a great view of the British Library. Nice touches like power plug built in to night stands, waterfall shower in bathroom, and complimentary glass water bottles (flat and sparkling) in the room were greatly appreciated.

Polite staff + Large, clean rooms + beautiful views = everything you can ask for in a hotel stay

We stayed at the Pullman Hotel for our wedding night. The staff there were really friendly and helpful, plus they upgraded our room upon arrival and went the extra mile to make our stay with them even more special. We stayed on the 15th floor which had an amazing view of London. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location, great room, great views

Great location, great room, great views

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Pullman St Pancras. The King s Cross area has become very cool (the Coal Dumps Yard is worth a visit) and the underground lines passing nearby make it a very convenient location for many parts of London.

Of course, nobody is perfect: The bathroom floor is cold and the bathroom sink table is small, even for a solo traveler. But that s it for negatives. The elevators are fast and rarely there is a wait. The HVAC is easy to control and responsive (not loud, but noticeable). The breakfast is very good, there is a lively lobby and bar. All the staff I ve encountered is very nice and helpful.

All in all, an excellent choice at a very good price (for central London).

This is my favourite hotel in Central London. It's good for the Underground (Euston or Kings Cross). The Pullman describes itself as "upscale" which to me means good quality facilities, but of course the price goes with it. Specifically I find you get a very comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The restaurant food is very good and the service is excellent throughout.

Our experience at the Pullman Hotel was one of the best - from the efficient service and friendly greeting at check-in to the warm and welcoming atmosphere all around the hotel. The food was great. The breakfast was amazing. Will definitely be returning!!

Really a very good hotel: comfort, location (close to the station when you come to Eurostar), delicious breakfasts, impeccable service, friendliness and professionalism of staff (a big thank you particularly to Cassandra and Theophile who, in addition to being friendly, spoke French). Thank you to the hotel that for our son's birthday had put a nice dessert to his attention in the room! In short, only positive!

I organized a group bloc at the hotel as we had an event at the Shaw Theatre. Pullman is a very chic, upscale hotel. Clean, nice facilities. Breakfast was great and the bar vibe at night was cool. The guest services manager took the time to write a personal note and had treats delivered to the room, which was a really nice touch. Something you would think more hotels would do when you bring them business.

As I have fed back 3-4 times before breakfast is awful. It s compulsory with our Company rate and although there s a wide range of choice the hot food is always at best slightly warm and the bacon inedible. 45 min after opening the bread / toast section where you have to make your own toast hadn t even been set up.
Room and reception service were ok.
For what you charge I would expect a better experience that the premier Inns, but it s no better.
I have filled these feedback forms out before and nothing happens!! I find the restaurant very poor every time.

From the moment we arrived we were treated very well. The reception was very stylish. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was quite small but very well designed with good quality toiletries

Location is prime as is within 5minute walking distance of Kings Cross station. Rooms and beds are excellant. The breakfast was wide ranging and delicious. Plenty of options to cater for any taste buds in the morning.

Great location, very welcoming staff and nice updated rooms with good facilities. Easy checkin and speedy checkout - exactly what you need if you re in a business trip or catching a train from St Pancras. Have stayed here on several occasions and it would be my choice and recommendation for those seeking similar. Good bar and food ranges / choice in restaurant.

This was our second trip to London and we like our first stay in this hotel so much, we chose it for our second trip. It is located between two train and underground stations. Great restaurants in the area. (Although, we had the hotel breakfast every day to get us started. ) The room was quiet and again. This will always be our hotel when we come to London.

We have also recommend this hotel to several of our friends who have since stayed there and also speak highly of it.

If you want a hotel in a great location with easily accessible services, Pullman is the place.

Facilities, breakfast, location, service are all very satisfied. If you are a Harry Potter Studio or a Eurostar, or if you are going to Cambridge, this is a great place to stay. The station is close to the main street but soundproofed and the fruit was good for breakfast.

The hotel was really well placed for our needs, 5 minutes from St Pancras railway station. From the moment we arrived, and were greeted by a member of staff on the steps of the hotel, to collecting our bags (held for us after check out until we were ready to catch our train) every member of staff was helpful, polite and friendly. The room wasn't the biggest I've ever stayed in but it was comfortable, clean, quiet and with an ensuite that was well stocked with toiletries.
I will definitely book again and would happily recommend it.

Very good hotel. As a regular guest I am greeted by a member of the Guest Relations Team. On this particular occasion there was a new receptionist who did not know be, but the Guest Relations Manager explained she needed to remember me as a favoured guest. My particular room preferences are all taken care of. The buffet breakfast is the best I have encountered in London and my breakfast special requests are catered for. We are always treated very well and known by the staff who refer to my wife and I by name. The doormen are always extermely helpful and the proximity to St Pancras station suits our travel needs perfectly.

Place was fine. Left some expensive headphones in my room after checkout which disappeared when called back to collect so was very disappointed with housekeeping. Fobbed off by email suggesting I hadn't left them there.

Excellent location, next to three major train and metro stations: Euston, St Pancras and King's Cross. Perfect for those in transit, but also very good to stay for a few days and get to know this charming London area better, with numerous green areas, parks, restaurants with cuisine from different parts of the world, including Brazil. Close to several museums.
The hotel is sophisticated, professional and very friendly.
The only downside was that it was on the side facing Euston road. I was on the 11th floor and there is a lot of traffic noise. But I slept soundly. The view around is beautiful. I will be back for sure.

Can't fault my stay. It's Christmas party season and needed something for an overnight stay in London. Booked online and to my surprise this place was actually very good value compared to the less quality hotels around Euston / kings cross.

The hotel itself is smart, big airy lounge with interesting features and a whiskey bar attached as well. But alas I'm more a vodka man, rather than a whiskey drinker. The room itself was modern, nice comfy bed, stylish bathroom and absolutely no complaints. Put simply, its a smart, hassle free hotel, with good service and located in a very practical part of town if you're wanting to get around london. I didn't try any of the food, so no comment on that.

I was extremely pleased with my stay.

I was extremely pleased with my stay.
Pros:
hotel staff was very friendly and polite
the room was very clean and modern
the hotel staff helped me with finding my way around in the underground (subway)
Hotel is located one block from the underground and two blocks from the train station
Excellent complementary buffet style breakfast

When I go to London next year I will Stay at the Pullman London again

I had an excellent experience at the Pullman. This is my 4th time staying at this hotel and service is always great. I arrived early from North America and was able to check in when I arrived. Front desk and bell staff are always very friendly and provided great dining recommendations in the area. Rooms are very comfortable and WIFI was reliable. The gym has been upgraded since my last stay and has everything needed for a great workout with a nice view. Location is great, nice places to jog nearby (Regent Park) and walking distance to tons of good restaurants and transportation.

Comfortable stay at a great location in a top quality hotel. As a business traveller I vslue a good locstion close to transit, fast wifi, a comfortable bed and Nespresso in the hotel room. Well done Just wish they would have recognized my stay in my Le Club account, but because i booked through my mandated company travel agent it was declined. A policy they should change as now it will give me pause or an extra effort in my part to book a stay.

My visit in January was very positive; the check in staff were lovely and the door greeters were also awesome. The room was very clean and they picked out a quiet part of the hotel; they asked which side of the hotel is my preference however I was mostly indifferent and was pleasantly surprised.

Building lobby looks very nice.

There are few accessible plug sockets in the lobby so make sure your devices are charged before waiting downstairs, as you might not be able to charge devices there.

I was not the person paying for the room (a workshop was going on, so it was paid for by the event organizer) so I cannot personally comment on the price.

Loved the option of the handy phone. I was disappointed that there no storage options in the room nor luggage racks. The room size wasn t large enough to have two full size suitcases and two adults navigate without cramming. Good overall, but upgraded rooms should be larger than the deluxe size.

This was one of the first hotels I stayed at when I came to London. At the time it was a Novotel and the lobby alone was striking and beautiful. Over time is has changed hands but I would still recommend it as the standard of the hotel has not gone down at all.

For London, the rooms are very spacious and the amenities are fantastic. The beds are extremely comfortable and I have never had a problem with noise when staying here.

The breakfast is delicious though and even the room service is good!

Though it isn't close to many attractions it is close to a tube station and a main railway station too!

Repeated attempts to call by phone over two days to ask if there was car parking went unanswered.

The TV did not work and they were not able to fix it.

Bed booked was king size but smaller Queen was provided

Bed was old and actually quite uncomfortable

Staff was very polite and courteous
