Beautiful hotel, Spacious, friendly and helpful staff. A quirky look with amazing lights!
Employees were gracious and accommodating, room was wonderful, location was perfect. We received a complementary "happy honeymoon" dessert plate after I mentioned it offhand to the person at the front desk.
I was at the Pullman for a work conference. While I found the conference areas rather cramped due to low ceilings, the areas served their purpose. The tech support team responded quickly to problems in one of the session rooms.
Superior guest rooms are spacious. I liked the layout, with the bathroom jutting into the room space to create a sitting area and a bedroom area. The ledge running the length of the room was great for storing items during my stay.
Nice clean and big rooms. Good service. Easy to get to most places.
Lovely and gorgeous, food needed more options. Also dishes needed more weight to them. I shouldn't have to order sides for a full meal. Staff were lovely tho
Quality of staff and services
Very attentive to customers
I recommend this hotel near St Pancras (3mn walk) and the Metroy
Location was good as its close to King Cross train station. Rather disappointing services though as most staffs don't speak good English and are not helpful when I inform them that something went missing from my room.
We loved the location. I enjoyed being close to the city center but not too close that it was too congested or noisy. The staff at the hotel were fantastic. It was great to be greeted every time we returned to the hotel. The food and drinks at the hotel bar and restaurant were SO great. I may never be able to have a gun and tonic again. The ones I had at Pullman can't be outdone!
The standard rooms are very small. Really bad sound insulation between the rooms and the corridor, combined with room doors that tend to bang when closing, so you won't be able to sleep from 7am when everyone goes for breakfast. Bring earplugs.
Very nice hotel, nice and smiling staff, "London" rates. Full breakfast (sweet, salty, hot, cold, vegan, gluten free ...). The view is nice especially at night and in the upper floors. One of the three lift is glazed outward which is rather nice (we would have preferred that it is the one that overlooks the main street but hey ...). Place 3 minutes walk from the train station St pancras, ideal when you come in eurostar. Too bad there is no child space so they can wait when adults wait.
Beautiful hotel with amazing views. Staff was lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great. Will definitely stay again!
Repeat Advantage Plus membership great value for money with a great deal on deluxe room, great customer service
From the greeting at the door and reception the service was faultless. Staff were friendly and most obliging throughout our stay. The only negative comment that I would make is that the hotel's refusal to accept pre-payment by debit card resulted in a visit to my bank to arrange a credit transfer as I did not hold a credit card. However, I had to open a credit card account to enable the hotel to send on an IPad that we left in reception The staff once again rose to the occasion and returned the IPad most expeditiously. I cannot fault the service that we received from the staff in any way.
Great meeting spot. Great service and drinks options. Reassuringly expensive
Always nice staff and quiet for getting a coffee and working. It's a bit on the pricy side though - particularly the teas
Fantastic! The staff is super friendly and helpful.
Clean room, but could use more drawers and counter space in bathroom. Amazing breakfast buffet and great location.
Perfectly located next to the train station Saint Pancras, rooms well soundproofed and well maintained.
Effective Conciergerie
Very friendly staff, great located, nice rooms and one of the most comfortablest Accor beds we slept in! Thx!
Checking in was slow. Room was not ready at 3pm. Room cleaning did not happen until after 5 pm next day. Never have I seen this slowness before.
Bed and shower were nice
Two nights at the Pullman, booked as it was close to both St Pancras and Kings Cross Stations. A 2 minute walk to either. A fabulous breakfast with lots of choices, staff very helpful, room spacious and comfortable. ATM machine in lobby for money changing, concierge staff ready to answer any questions.
The experience was very nice, the staff is charming, friendly and fun; with very good predisposition. The room service is very good too.
THE HOTEL . or you absolutely have to "go down" when you get to St Pancras .. when you are a "frog" !! because, this hotel, cultivates with
a rare happiness, all the qualities !!!
As soon as you leave St Pancras, you just have to look up to see it !! and the proximity to the station in London is a significant advantage when you know the density of traffic.
The quality of the welcome, also, from your "check in" is very appreciable on your arrival, quality, which will be perpetuated, throughout your stay, in the various positions .. (Bar, breakfast service) .. etc.
The rooms are very comfortable, perfectly maintained by staff who care about your well-being, and the large suites on the top floors are exceptional, marrying design, in tune with the times, and practicality, with a kitchen harmoniously integrated into the living room. all the furniture.
From the dining room, you can admire a superb panorama of monuments and skyscrapers, including the dome of St Paul, "," the Shard "or" the Gherkin. ". At night , the spectacle is magical ... The bed is really "so bed" .. cozy, and will surely relax you from your "exhausting" days of frantic shopping !!
One of the strong points of this beautiful design hotel is its morning buffet, of an abundance and exceptional quality recognized by all. A big congratulations to the Chef, who throughout the seasons brings with his fervor and his involvement , high quality work.
The great freshness of all the products, fruit, yoghurts, waffles, pancakes, pancakes, and especially the smoked salmon, is a real celebration !! The eggs, sunny set, benedikt, or scrambled in a sparkling cloud, accompanied by their crispy bacon, black pudding or mushroom tomatoes, not to mention the sacred "beans" ... are to die for ..
A very small downside, victim of its success and its attractiveness, over time, this beautiful hotel, practices higher and higher rates ... in a city already very expensive ... but promotions or slack periods exist ..
I highly recommend this hotel, close to the "tube" and many bus lines, allowing you to go to the heart of Royal London, (Buckingham., Jermyn Street, ..) Covent Garden, Shepherd bush, Camden .. . as well as all the major museums (V&A, British, National Gallery, Wallace Collection, Mme Tussaud .., Royal Accademy of Arts ..) "and the famous department stores, HARRODS, Fortnum and Mason, Liberty ..)
Enjoy !!
Good. The burger I ordered for the dinner (room service) was overcooked and almost burnt.
Lovely service with a smile and they have great hot chocolate :)
Great hotel and room, just couldn't turn the air-conditioning off
Good location, good bedding and good food. And the staff are super friendly!
Great service, good ambience and friendly staff. Bar area and lounge area is excellent and the food and drink is high quality.
To recommend. Excellent location in relation to St Pancras train station and metro. Many restaurants around. Rarely seen such a nice breakfast buffet with attentive and very efficient staff. Panoramic lift (the middle one), kids love it.
A regret, the dark atmosphere of the lobby. Receptionists very smiling and extremely helpful.
Hotel relatively expensive but good price / quality.
location is excellent.. rooms are small (as most of European hotels)
breakfast verity is limited..
staff are good and helpful.
Super helptful and friendly staff for the first night of our honeymoon. Could not have asked for more.
I love the impact of entering the Pullman lobby - great decor, music, ambience. Very chic, very French. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and equipped. Fantastic food, with the buffet breakfast a particular highlight. And your staff have impeccable customer relationship skills, which adds to an overall high-end experience.
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had traveling in my life. I am working in London for the week and when I first arrived on Sunday, I was quite pleased with the accommodations; however, when I woke up on Monday morning, my legs had some bug bites. I thought nothing of it at the time. I wasn't going to jump to the conclusion that I was bitten in the hotel, but then when I woke up with even more bug bites on my legs on Tuesday morning, I knew there was a problem.
I immediately went to the front desk and asked for a new room and for all of my belongings to be laundered, for fear that there were bed bugs. Fine. They put me in a new room. They rushed and got my laundry so I could have them the same day.
I was an hour and a half late to work dealing with this. I left early to speak with the manager and see if there were any updates to the situation as it is a very upsetting thing to deal with while traveling internationally. I waited patiently for a concierge to speak to me, but none of them would. I heard one of them refer to me as 'the lady with the bites.' How embarrassing is that?
To make matters worse, the manager sat me down on a couch in the busy lobby, surrounded by other guests within earshot. He informed me that pest control had been there earlier in the day and they hadn't found anything; therefore, the hotel would not be covering the expense of my laundry (thought it was all clean and neat and was only cleaned as a PRECAUTION). He then went on to imply that I got the bites on the tube AND that I brought the bugs into the hotel. People started paying attention to our conversation. I know that I got these bites in the hotel because 1. None of my travel companions are experiencing bug bites. 2. My legs were only exposed within the confines of the hotel room. And 3. I DID NOT HAVE ANY BITES BEFORE GOING TO BED.
I do not appreciate the manager implying that I brought the bugs with me or that I lied about it. I have bites on my body from the bed in the Pullman's room. Whether these bites are from bed bugs, a spider, or a fly, I do not know. I do know that this situation is affecting my job. I do know that this situation is affecting my overall well-being, as I have to take Benedryl just to deal with the allergic reaction I am experiencing to these bites. I do not think it is fair to make me pay this laundry bill, as I wouldn t have done laundry in the hotel otherwise. All of my clothes were clean and neat upon my arrival. I needed them washed because I feared that there were bed bugs. I understand that pest control person did not find any, but the fact of the matter is that I have bites and I got them in this hotel. I am appalled by the service that I have received. I had to cancel my stay at the Pullman and transfer to another area hotel for the remainder of my trip because the treatment I have received by the staff has been so disgraceful and horrifying. I would never, ever want anyone to go through what I am going through. Your staff has single-handedly ruined my London experience.
The staff at both of the Pullman hotels i stayed in were extremely courteous and helpful. Of special distinction was the front desk staff at the London hotel. I arranged for an early check out and transport to the airport, and the young lady made arrangements for me to receive a box breakfast as I was leaving before the restaurant opened. That was very thoughtful and I appreciate her efforts.
If you are looking for a romantic place, this hotel is one of the best ones....massive bed, walk in shower, leather bench, city view, Bluetooth speaker and coffee machine.
Nice, cosy restaurants nearby and train connection just around the corner.
Check your credit card, stayed there in November and they incorrectly took more money out of my account two days after I'd paid my bill. Finally fixed that but then they took the same amount out in December - without a stay - and they've still not returned my money. It's been three weeks now and they still have my money, just given me empty promises that it will happen. I call this theft
Very nice hotel ideally located. Extraordinary breakfast. Great gym ... in short, one without mistakes!
Great, fab room 1610 although wasn't told we had been upgraded on arrival. When we came back in after concert key didn't work so I had to go back down to reception and wait 10 minutes at least as there was only one person on reception desk, who was very helpful and very apologetic but very busy. I have since leaving sent an email about my daughter leaving an IPhone charger in room but had no response, can this be checked and if you could let me know if it was found (should be was still plugged in) and how we can get it back. Thanks.
Great location for Eurostar Terminal. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
Very comfortable room. Public space has atmosphere. Very enjoyable evening meal but wine very expensive.
Very comfortable hotel. Modern decor, clean, quiet rooms, attentive service, very good breakfast with the very nice Brazilian attendant called Gorete. The most important is the location, walking distance to the central station, plenty of transportation options on the doorstep to all the attractions of the city.
did not achieve the standard of pullman in my heart. In London,it is a good choice.
We had a lovely time. The staff were very kind and accommodating, the room was satisfactory and the breakfast was exceptional.
The location is excellent within a few meters of the tube station. The rooms are nice and roomy. The service is good the staff are very helpful.
Expensive London hotel. Poor service at bar recently- they're system was down - which apparently prevented the physical transportation of beers to table!
The noise from the traffic was horrendous - all night - I have stayed at airport hotels which have had better sound-proofing. Loved the "handy". Central to all bus services and to the trains as I had to go to Leicester. I still have not received my Accor member card & have asked several times.
Stayed for one night. It is close to the British Library and St Pancras/Kings Cross. The price is a bit expensive, but the room is large and comfortable, and there is a big bed. It was quiet here, and our fourth floor room was facing the main road, so it was isolated from traffic noise. The bathroom is large and lovely.
I have been to the property few times in the past because the rooms they gave me in the past were with large windows and specious.
This time the room was very tiny with prison cell window. Dark room giving very clostophobic feelings.
I asked for a change and ste 102 was given though large it had the worst of everything. View that was blocked by a roof, windows were tiny like a prison cell. noise mostly from the street that could not be stopped.
British library wifi would kick you off repeatedly as Pullman wifi was not strong. Wifi was overall a disaster. Yes I can work in the lobby but it's not the same.
Please let me know what do I have to ask during the reservation to get the high flour close to the elevator large room with big windows
Or I will find other property.
Check in was speedy. Team were very very helpful. I needed to print material for a presentation very late (1am) nothing was too much trouble.
David is a great waiter, but you need to sign Plymouth gin.
The best hotel I've stayed in for a long time. The food and breakfast especially is out of this world. Advised the reception my requirements due to operation and they were helpful in helping with needs. Definitely recommend and closecloseto tubes and station
Reception space was nice enough, event a bit amateur. Hotel staff didn't seem to know about it, even though it was in a privately reserved area.
Very good conference facilities. Well hosted, attentive but discreet staff.
The hotel entrance and bar was really nice but the rooms were pretty bog standard. My bathroom wasnt very clean. And my toilet seat was broke.
Some of the best service I have ever experienced at a hotel. We missed our bus that was supposed to depart late at night. We reserved our room on a third party site about 15 minutes before we arrived at the hotel. When we got there, we were told the reservation hasn't shown up yet on their systems. At this point we were both tired, agitated, and out of patience. We had to get up the next morning to catch a train at around 5 AM and it was nearing 1 by that point. Even though our reservation didn't show up, the WONDERFUL front desk manager was able to get us a great room in the upper floors, and he did it all with a smile and great attitude. He did give me his card and I wish I had it at hand so I could mention his name, but hopefully this will have to do. Thank you for the awesome service, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
Very happy.
The hotel is extremely friendly, rooms are quiet, beautifully cared for and serviced. All the staff made us feel completely at home. The doorman remembered my name, even after we'd checked out.
Nice modern hotel. Restaurant is good for drinks to wind down the day. Great location between Kings Cross and Euston stations makes it great home base to explore the city.
comfortable and friendly hotel and staff, great breakfast
The facilities were comfortable and the staff was extremely attentive to our needs. Each time I needed help, they were very accommodating.
The rooms were extremely nice, staff was polite and helpful, everything in the hotel was in splendid condition. Still, Room cleaning times were unpredictable, and the breakfast was somewhat overfatted. Overall, I would still say that we were extremely satisfied with our stay.
I have stayed in this hotel twice and the first two rooms I stayed in had clogged showers. I had to move rooms because of a clogged shower and the second room's shower was also clogged.
The second time I visited the sink didn't drain properly. Also the shower is partially open so water goes flying out into the rest of the bathroom.
My coworkers have stayed here too and all have the same issues.
There's no way the hotel doesn't know about these systematic issues and they persist purely due to general apathy from management.
Spend your money elsewhere.
Beautiful hotel in a very sparkling area of London. Nice bar with friendly and descrete staff
First time to London and believe I picked the right hotel. Great location, friendly staff, stylish decor and amazing food. Next time however, I would request to be on a higher floor to get a much better view of the city. The room was great, however being on the second floor didn't provide an amazing view.
Service was slow and coffee over priced. Although lots of spots to sit and work
Visited the bar (2nd Sept 2017) as recommended by a local restaurant as a nice place to chill out and enjoy a variety of whisky. Wonderful atmosphere and the staff were friendly and efficient. Nice cocktails and a very wide selection of More
Very pleasant, good room and also the lobby / bar were good and spacious!
