very light and bright. importantly plenty of space for a meeting with feeling cramped...or feeling like you couldnt hear properly

The view from the hallway is great.
It is a neat hotel and the room size is good.
Convenient access to St Pancras Station and Kings Cross Station.

The hotel's facilities are excellent, the staff is very friendly, helpful, check-in and check-out are quick and the hotel has an extremely beautiful view of the city. It is close to St.-Pancras International Station and the London Underground. I will definitely come back to live next time I come to London.

Very nice hotel and very well placed, close to many transports, the location is ideal to discover the city. I had a pleasant stay, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The breakfast is very good and complete. Not to mention the staff who are very kind. I will not hesitate to come back on my next trip to London!

Made a reservation on the hottest day in London,thankfully air condisioned restaurant,quite busy but lovely food and good wine,bit on the pricey side,but the staff are very polite and we did not have long to wait for our meals and wine to hit the table,will definately call again the next time i am in London.

We were greeted nicely at check in, got a great clean room on the 14th floor and stayed 6 nights. The breakfast was extensive, it could have been a bit more varied. Since we were there for so long, it was always the same. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was nice and comfortable.

I usually only attend the Pullman Hotel for the Golden Arrow restaurant on the ground floor. Nice setting and a good range of food and drinks, but there is no consistency in the food quality and the service is moody and miserable; literally the worst I have ever encountered, which is saying something - it takes ages to get anything and then it's a lottery as to whether you get what you asked for, or something completely different. Frankly not sure why I come here other than convenience. Fine for a coffee or a glass of something cold.

Excellent hotel, very well located and with superior rooms to the average. Very kind employees too. The one that takes all the prizes is the breakfast: simply the best one that I have tasted among many hotels. Great variety and excellent quality of pastry, cold cuts, fruits, coffee, juice: all of 10.

Lovely hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. The food was amazing. Great location. One downfall you had to wait 20 mins at the bar need extra staff at the bar that's my only fault.

What we don't like:
1. No bathtub for that size of room
2. I found out no one filling up sugar and tea daily
3. Can hear noises from next door and above

Watch doormen. Ask for black taxi only.
Dont use there car service.over priced for minicab.

I only used the bar, while I was waiting for a friend although I did not feel alone as the staff were so friendly and enthusiastic about their jobs.. I loved the decor, music and ambience, plus the drinks kept me happy also

Very elegant hotel with great multifunction interactive screens in the meeting rooms, similar to those in schools. Great attention to detail and service.

Such a lovely hotel and welcoming staff. Lovely and quiet slept like a rock on 6th floor above main road. We will definately be using the Pullman Hotel again on our next London visit.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was up to the mark and really could not have been improved.
Would be very happy to stay here again.

We had excellent service from the moment we stepped into the hotel. We had to stay an extra night and your reception staff member was most helpful in accommodating us.

Good location, spacious rooms, good mattress, only the lobby is a bit worn.

The hotel is pleasant and quiet with a modern feel. It is located close to underground station. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are nice. I am very detail focused when it comes to maintenance issues like water damage, worn furniture, stained carpet, poor drywall watches, etc. I didn't notice any maintenance issues, which is quite rare.

We stayed here for 6 nights, we booked two rooms, and the reception staff specially arranged two rooms that could be connected to each other, increasing the convenience of our travel. The service staff will take the initiative to help carry the luggage down the stairs, the breakfast is very rich, but if the dishes can change slightly every day, it will be more perfect. The location of the hotel is the hub of London and the hotel is very clean.

Pros:
Rooms are clean and quite large. Stayed in a Superior King room which has a nice seating area upon entering the room, a little hallway with bathroom and then bed area with a king-sized bed and plenty of room to move around it.

Quiet at night, especially given the central location. Our room was on the 12th floor so that probably helped with the noise but I was pleased that at night there wasn't much city noise overall.

They have a really nice gym which is located on the 5th floor and has nice windows to look out on the city. It's larger than most hotel gyms with modern equipment: ellipticals, treadmills, bikes, rowing machine, and plenty of free weights and space to use them.

Cons:
Bed was not very comfortable and not supportive. You could tell it needed to be replaced (mattress sagged in the middle). They added a topper on request which did help some.

No drawers for storage space, and no counter space in the bathroom. The design of the rooms is going for a modern/minimalist look but lacks some functionality. Other rooms might be better in this regard.

Fabulous breakfast and huge bed. Liked the phone that offers free data to use around the city.

Quick and response team. Love the customer service. I forgot my US converter and they provided one that day. The room service was quick and top notch.

I forgot my passport (dont judge me!) in my safe and the team got it from my room and had it at the front desk in time for me to make my flight! Awesome team!

Overall very nice other than an extremely unpleasant experience with a small waitress in the lounge. Completely opposite from the service I received AT the bar the evening before which was stellar, professional, and educational.

Everything excellent My only observation is that the selection in the restaurant for dinner is limited and, in my opinion, the price is too high for the quality offered. In fact, there is more variety in the room service menu, which does not have any logic. Not so the breakfast, it is spectacular, so I congratulate them widely.

Stayed here for one night. The place itself was nice enough but I felt for the cost of the rooms they were a bit basic compared to others. The conference room we used was good with fantastic views over London and amazing food provided but it only had one toilet and they didn't replace the hand towels or toilet paper till asked! The bedroom had the usual bits in it and the bed was comfy but it wasn't anything special.

I'm writing this review after staying at another Pullman location. So, I can compare. I stayed at the Pullman St Pancras at the end of July 2017. The hotel is in a great location. One block from King's Cross: a major railway hub, with railway connections to any location in London (including London's Heathrow and Gatwick). All major Underground lines stop at King's Cross. The hotel is relatively modern, with a fashionable decor, in line with other Pullmans properties. The quality of service and housekeeping could be refined /enhanced to meet the standards of an upscale business hotel. (That said, and can be noticed reading other reviews and comments, - the management is open to feedback and continuously work to improve service and quality.)
Overall, the hotel does meet the level expected from a high scale business hotel

I recommend this property. It is located a few meters from St Pancras train station. Breakfast is good and varied

With bathrobes, slippers and some sockets beside the bed would make this good Hotel, a great one. The breakfast is superb.
