Room with a view of "the area", for a 4 **** ...
We had supposedly been upgraded because the room was not ready, and in fact we ended up in a classic room, on the 1st floor, with a view on a small street looking rather shabby and very noisy from from 5 am because located just above the entrance to the hotel deliveries !!!
What a disappointment for us who are regulars at Pullman in France.
Also, room staff don't check the lighting for proper operation, and I had to go to reception to let them know that the headboard sconce was out of order (and there was at least 3 days that it was not working ).
This is how to spoil the pleasure of staying at the Pullman !!!
NB. The walk-in shower floor is a very dangerous ice rink and the non-slip mat provided is tiny !!!
