The staff are sooo nice, Sooo helpful and sooo warm the venue is clean and well presented and I'm happy with it

the place was exceptionally clean, staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. The apartment was large and comfortable. The only drawback was the connection fron the main hotel where the breakfast brunch was to the residences. You have to pass thru the mall parking lot

Hi , am a big fan of this hotel franchise and mostly try to find out if they have a branch in each country i travel, the last time i went to dubai pullman city center and everything was perfect as I expected.
Moreover beside the above , the people in charge for cleaning the rooms are also very nice , specially Sobhan which is very polite and welcoming person and was present at anytime i needed him.
Thank you very much pullman hotel for your services also your choices of employees.

Very nice hotel..we really enjoy..4 days was not enough in pullman hotel..next time need to come 4 at least 2 weeks..staffs very friendly..very good and tasty food..Mr zahid Hamid helped us a lot during our stay..all ze staffs r so nice n kind..we really like the swimming pool specially the kid. The rooms were also very clean and spacious.

Pullman Dubai Creek is a ideal location, just bang in the middle of it all. Easy access from different parts of Dubai, the valet guys are really helpful in case you need parking. The rooms are spacious, ideal for a meeting/ gathering for about 40 - 50 ppl. The refreshments and finger food quality is good too. They have a few restaurants and pubs which ppl can go to relax.

Good with fresh bakes and salads.
But not worth for the price.

Nice hotel with good staff. It s close to the mall so plenty of options for shopping and food items.

Food is yummy and freshly done I enjoyed and this was my second visit many many more to come.

I stayed in Pullman Dubai creek city centre, the hotel is very good the service is fabulous the housekeeping is wonderful they clean the room very well you feel home, I like the service of Mr Reshav and Mr Nabeel they are really good I ll comeback soon will be staying in this hotel

my first experience was great from reception to the room.fantastic hotel with excellent location.rooms are clean and felt homely.but breakfast spread was not good.i stayed for 5days it was too boring to hv same food spread everyday.

The location of this hotel is spot on as it's in deira city centre and located very well when travelling around Dubai, however that's the only positive about this hotel. Upon arrival it was good and checked in easily, however it was downhill from there. Broken toilet seat in room and mould all over silicone. Which does not represent a 5 star hotel. The room was changed and upgraded the next day which was nice of them especially when they tried upselling us the same room the night before.

Everyday we would have to wait around 5-10 mins for our vehicle to be collected from the car park. We where then advised to call reception to speed the process up which turned out to be worse because sometimes we would wait and no one had even been sent to collect our vehicle! Not to mention the courtesy of the staff not once did any of them open the doors which I'm not fussed about however is this not 5 star service?? Every other hotel I stay at provide this service. The staff all have bad attitude with the exception of 2/3. They cannot be bothered to do there job never mind go that extra mile something we are usually used to in Dubai 5 star hotels.

Housekeeping and cleaning our rooms absolutely disgusting to the point they leave food even though it's next to bin they don't even attempt to dust anything the shelves where full of dust and the balcony was never cleaned throughout the full stay.

Conclusion this is not a 5* by any means more like a 3/4

The staff especially on the door need retraining or replacing as your competitors definitely excel at this. All except Azmat who was very courteous.

Terrible parking experience. Roamed for about 45 min searching for parking to finally leave without entering the mall

We had a brilliant experience during our stay in the hotel especially on the house keeping done by Sunil is best in class alongside his floor supervisor Mr Haq with so much attention to detail. Along with good service, hotel is attached to a shopping centre with lot of brands and variety opened until late.

I have been staying at the City Centre Hotel for many of my trips to Dubai.
I wanted to make special mention of Junaid who
has taken extra efforts to satisfy my needs in housekeeping. I really appreciate this Junaid, and thank you very much. You are a very polite hardworking young man.

Awesome experience, I was surprised that the front desk manager sent a letter up to apologize for a complaint I made a couple of years back. He even sent a fruit basket.. And Nilanka was awesome at check in and continued. to help me through out my stay.

The service was nice. The hospitality was amazing and Faroo was sweet and attentive. They only issue was the tv never worked and the bathtubs aren t safe.
