It's our first day as married couple and our stay in Pullman was extremely awesome, as we enter the hotel Ms. Felicia in the reception welcomed us warmly, her smile makes us feel very comfortable, she explained briefly the facilities and the services they have. She assists us since It's our first day to stay here.

Thank you to Ravi for lovely decorations in the room. I really love it, It was terribly awesome! The extra services you've given it's much appreciated!
