I loved! Rooms very comfortable, welcoming, the treatment of the wonderful staff, the cleanliness: impeccable, excellent location, I would go back again ... ahhhh the food very rich ...

An amazing hotel. The amazing cocktail bar and the cocktails that they prepare great. In addition, the cocktail bar terrace has an incredible sound system in which there are days that a live DJ plays.

The hotel is in a very good location. Only 3 minutes walk to the beach and the clubs and bars. Friendly staff and a fine breakfast buffet with a lot of choice. The rooms are clean and modern. Only the "gym" is very small for this size of a hotel.

We have gone today to eat at the hotel restaurant in family. The food, spectacular and taking care of every detail, and the treatment of the waitress, Marina, excellent. We will repeat!

Without any logic the reception of the hotel is hidden behind the elevators and the stairs, that allowed that an indetermine group of people will strain in the rooms for conferences of the floor below to vindicate their differences ... In addition another one of the rooms had leaks and the only solution was to put a plant under ...

Decent hotel, but its small and just a bit to far from the city center

The place for our stay both for business and private. convenient location, very friendly and service minded staff.

Disappointed with the poor attention of one of the waiters! It is painful that you go to such a cozy place, a good dinner is served, but you have to listen to the misfortunes of one of your workers! Pedro Vega! We do not care if your partner does not make you happy! I do not recommend it

Very nice hotel with pool and solarium but be patient for the elevator

Never been there as a costumer but I been working for them as extra in the kitchen I would avoid to be host there because the chef Is a racist against other people that are not local,he prefer to give shift to locals before foreign (I heard him to say that),I mean your hotel is full of foreign or" guiri"how they call us (I'm Italian and I live here since 2009)so what is the problem...

Friendly but uneducated staff - Veeery slow check in in spite of having registered everything online prior to arrival. Nice and clean rooms but our room had an unpleasant odor that they didn't manage to do anything about. Furthermore you hear a lot of what is going on outside your room. Insufficient lighting in the bathroom for shaving and putting on makeup. Great breakfast. Food at the pool bar was a disgrace. WiFi was not up to European standards. Lifts were running very slowly and had a logic of their own for when they would stop at your floor or not.
For a five star hotel I cannot give it more than 'OK' (3 stars).

Excellent location of the hotel - by the beach. Room clean and comfortable with sea views. This is my next stay in this hotel and I recommend it to everyone. Very nice service. Breakfasts very tasty and sensational dinners. Two pools from which my favorite on the roof with great music and extra service. I love this place.

A pity that you are not allowed to enjoy the pool when you go to eat being completely empty

Nice clean rooms with a nice weather forecast card on the bed every night, good food and drinks, very friendly personnel. Would recommend and would visit again

The ubication. The treatment of the staff.An excellent interior design especially the entrance of the hotel lighting. Etc ...... the room had some faulty flaws. I think there are better rooms in this hotel for the price that was paid. But we had 608.

Friendly staff, nice lobby, but the rooms are unfortunately getting really old. Broken bathroom door, the furniture in the room all significant signs of wear. Too bad

Disappointing stay. Issues every day, won't stay again.
Keys wouldn't work: front desk looked at us like we were stupid. After multiple trips up and down to the reception we found a maintenance person who said the battery was dead in the door. Next day key didn't work because the receptionist programmed the wrong departure date. The next day, when I plugged in the iron the power went out in the room, more waiting for maintenance. We had an early departure Friday morning and had to get up at 4am. The hotel played loud flamingo music until 10:30 at night on Thursday night. Not what I would expect from a "business" hotel. Final day...forgot to call us at 4am for our wake up call. Good thing I set an alarm as well.

Location is very good, very clean, orderly, tidy hotel, breakfast nice and rich.

Nice hotel very close to the beach the service is friendly and accommodating. As expected from 5 star hotels. The rooms are spacious but a bit old. You can tell that in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the toilet gets wet through the shower's well-drained cabin. Service as expected room unfortunately worse. It is still very loud from the street.

It was an amazing stay at this hotel .. Everything was outstanding the room the service the breakfast .. It would get the fifth star if it was a little closer to the centre

I went to a convention, and in the cafeteria they go up a bit to the vine ... 3.5 each coffee and it is not a wonder either, at least they bring you a glass of water.

Beautiful room and good service, but very disappointed that the spa hours are so odd. Didn't get to use it once and had booked the hotel especially because it has a spa.

The staff were very helpful, particularly as we were there at a unusual time - arriving on the day of voting for independence and leaving the day after the general strike. The hotel is in an excellent location very close to the waterfront. The staff were excellent as was the breakfast buffet. We spent most days walking around from the hotel. We would like to return and spend more time in Barcelona.

Lovely hotel near the beach but our stay was spoiled by renovations taking place in the pool area. When finished it will be fabulous.

Its location is beautifully frankly around the sea with its restaurants, and next to you there are almost 3 nightclubs and restaurants

I attended an event with some friends, very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

50 Euro / day for a small dog is absolutely usury.

The room was clean and comfortable also the breakfast was various and very good but everything nice which we met in the hotel was gone because of the treatment of someone who knew himself that he is a front desk manager, he treatment as we stayed at his own hotel and without paying the value of rooms.
I think if he was really a front desk manager, he does not deserve this position at Pullman hotel that it has brilliant reputation

Very nice room and hotel. Well placed near the beach and multiple city attractions. Very clean and comfortably designed with a lot of facilities. It also has a very good team in all of its departments, ranging from the front office to cleaning and the bar. The bar, the pools and the restaurant are also excellent. Overall an extraordinary and enjoyable place, great for visiting this city.

Good hotel with great service! Nice pools. However, there is little lack of service and reception in the restaurant (applies to both breakfast and dinner) to get 5 stars.

Had a fantastic stay here. Room was spot on and the breakfast had enough variety and quantity to set us up for most of the day. Hot tub and pool on the roof are a must. Location is great for the beach, Olympic Port and a walk into the city centre. Would recommend.

Nice hotel but expensive. Great service, lovely swimming pool with roof terrace and 100 meters from the beach.

Very nice hotel however, there s minimal to no security and lots of loud drunks everywhere. Even in early April. I wanted to be near the ocean and spent the extra money to stay here. BIG MISTAKE. Night club one block over is open til 6am so if you don t mind not sleeping and listening to yelling and fights all night, then this location is perfect for you. The proximity to the night club and lack of security ruined it for me.

I stayed two nights at this property. Guaranteed availability and courtesy. Beautiful, bright and spacious suite room. Sin of some forgetfulness of dust around and of some striking defect on the furniture due to wear. As an interior decorator, even the small details are striking.
I purchased a package with a late check-out that they told me didn't exist. Then instead they have given me even a courtesy room for a shower in the late afternoon. For the same price I have stayed in better hotels. anyway i would recommend it and would stay there again!
