A vast contemporary hotel. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Hotel with many details very careful everything clean and functional the staff very friendly and attentive is right in front of the beach although not all the rooms have views and if you go for work to Barcelona it depends on the area you go to you can catch very close together to the Mapfre Tower. we are still quite rich and abundant very varied and the truth is that it is in a quite comfortable and pleasant room

Impeccable hotel - great, good restaurant room - nice, can be a little small but still very nice stay I would stay there again.

Very good hotel. I used it for a conference stay. The food is very good and the location is good too. Unfortunately the rooftop did not open until 9am so I could not use it before the conference. Otherwise top, therefore 4 stars.

The hotel was simply amazing! The location, cleanliness, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff. We had the best time in Barcelona.

Location at the top. Near the beach and La Rambla. The most appreciated attentive service.

Value for money is not there. Rooms are big but some items in bathroom are unscrewed, maintenance overall is not there. Creamer in the room is with expired date. Service, nobody in the food area is smiling. Everyone looks so serious and busy. You feel like you are disturbing them. Coffee, you cannot pour it yourself, you have to wait for someone to come and this can take a while. For lunch I got up with my plate to get more food and it was basically pulled out of my hands, restaurant policy, I cannot use the same plate. On second day the shampoo and shower gel which I was using were taken, they were half full, soap, used once it was taken, where is sustainability and efficiency? Elevator you need to put your card in order to press the floor, it takes a lot of tries until it works. Many small things which should not be there when you are at 5 star hotel paying 5 star price.

The hotel is great. But not all the guests are. Right now I am on the roof at the pool. They have a recreation area there. The pool is not too big but the views are impressing. But there are some children jumping into the pool with a lot of splashing water around. The water is on my clothes now and it leaves stains! Their parents are like what we can do! Yeah, right. Nobody goes into the water because of these jumping children! But the most interesting thing is why personnel is not doing anything. Right there next to the pool there is a sign No Jumping. They afraid to give any notes to guests. But what about the other guests??

Awesome hotel our room 333 Vives ,Super nice staff. Helped take bags from the curb to room. There was an issue with A/C in the room and they went above and beyond to make up for it but no luck hot as hell, the power outlet on the night table never worked, TV not a hole lot of channels almost all Arabic . Room was large and clean with lots of storage. Breakfast was excellent. Eggs made to order including poached eggs. Very attentive wait staff for coffee or tea , there s minimal to no security and lots of loud drunks everywhere the sound of ambulance siren all night of course next to a marina Hospital . I wanted to be near the ocean and spent the extra money to stay here. BIG MISTAKE. Night club one block over is open til 6am so if you don t mind not sleeping and listening to yelling and fights all night, then this location is perfect for you. The proximity to the night club, Hospital, lack of security and not having a ice cold room, ruined it for us.

I only went there to see Andrew Kramer, but it looked good to me.

I felt welcome in this hotel from the first second. Everything is alright.

Very professional communication took place in the run-up to the visit.

The rooms are clean and big. Sure, it is no longer the latest in design and furniture, but a well-maintained one can also live up to 5 stars.

If I had to "complain" about something, I would address the shower enclosure from the toilet, which is certainly not entirely happy.

The breakfast was very good. I like to go now, but look forward to seeing you again.

To be a five star is quite basic both in services such as kitchen and environment. I have paid less and been better elsewhere.

The staff were amazing. The room was perfect. Everyone was very accommodating. Jessica and Juan were exceptional. We will recommend your hotel to all her friends.

Very attentive employees, correct breakfast variety, nice pools and terraces with very attentive staff, but careless sunbeds and no umbrellas, modest room and bathroom in equipment and design. He needs updating.

From the time we arrived, we were made to feel extremely welcome, nothing appeared too much trouble. Staff were polite, friendly & well groomed. Rooms had a very modern look, meeting our every needs, large airy with tea/coffee & free bottled water freely available. . Hotel is positioned centrally to amenities.
Breakfast was fantastic with every possible appetite & pallet catered for.
We were visiting the Pullman Skipper to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, Jordi the reception manager made our special day with Champagne & treats in our room upon our return from a day sight seeing. A special thanks to all for making our stay an especially memorable one.

The food is divine and the treatment of the waiters as well. I recommend!!

The hotel is very well located next to the Olympic port. A good place to hold events. The staff is very kind and professional. The cocktail is very varied and complete for all tastes.

Very friendly staff, nice breakfast and two pools. The staff speaks English and is helpful and can find a solution to most requests, as is to be expected from a five star hotel. We did have a slight problem with the lock to our door, but it got fixed quickly. The location is superb, with the Barceloneta beach with multiple restaurants right at the backyard and a subway station within a 5 minutes walk.

Centrally located to all the beaches. I enjoyed the amenities of the hotel: including the pool, gym, restaurant, as well as the friendly staff. Very satisfied with the breakfast options available. Overall great stay.

I went from the airport to the hotel by taxi. It was less than 40 euros to the hotel.

The staff response was very well checked in without any problems. I made an impossible request in advance, but it was very nice that he responded nicely. The quality of the staff was also very high.

I arranged for a taxi to the airport. A lot of taxis pass by the road in front of the hotel, so it was distributed in a few minutes.

I was stolen at the door of the hotel at 5:30 in the morning and the security was not aware and was staying somewhere very far inside. And the door was locked which made the stealing much easier.

Stayed for a conference, very nice hotel beautiful beach view room. Very cooperative staff.

Very nice hotel, 100 yards from the beach and nice clubs. It is easy to get to the old barcelona or the sagrada familia from there, either by foot or with a cab.
The rooms are well decorated with comfortable bedding and do not show much wear and tear. The breakfast was really good, and you could tell the scrambled eggs were made fresh and not from some pasteurized egg mix like we find in the US.
Finally the 2 pools, one in the courtyard, and much better the heated one on the rooftop were great!!

Very left and a lot of rabble outside the premises.

Luxury installation and very professional staff, a recommended experience

We had work lunch at the restaurant and were really disappointed, rations are "minimalistic" and food isn't great, ingredients are mixed without any rationale and on top of everything, it is really pricey. There are many better restaurants in Barcelona

A quiet restaurant with good service and good cuisine. Highly recommended

Good polite service. Very attentive. Have been there for a conference for couple of hours. The facility was clean, fresh very inviting.

Great hotel. Very nice hall and rooms. The service is of the highest class. The spa zone opens with a card. A good pool with a beautiful lounge area and a super view of the famous 35-meter Gold Fish Sculpture. there are other surprises in the form of broken glass, etc. The breakfast is very tasty, I am glad that you can have breakfast on the terrace. A large hot meal area. I ordered poached eggs and they turned out great. The beach is very close. There are many night clubs nearby.

Live up to expectations. Super couple, or adult hotel.

We really enjoyed the pool area at the top, after the daily walk around magnificent Barcelona.
The hotel is tackling it fantastically that some temporary renovations are underway.

We were in the junior suite. It is a 5 star hotel, but it is not level. The reception is very common. The room is ok but small for the junior suite of a 5 star. All the elements of the room is really the minimum expected for the category. The toiletries were of the brand C.O.Bigelow. Pleasant to use, but surprisingly, the hotel did not replace them between two nights. In addition, the breakfast is really very disappointing. Little choice and quality that leaves something to be desired. The hotel is well located, close to the metro and the sea. You can easily walk and walk around.
