We enjoyed our
stay at this hotel.

So we had the unique pleasure of enjoying the Presidential suite but this wasn't our first visit to.the hotel and we have enjoyed cheaper options! How to describe.

We are absolutely in awe of Marina, Joseph and Tiago - they have to be my favourite people in the world !

The rest of the team were absolutely awesome too. We felt like it was our home - not a hotel.

We couldn't be more.grateful and honoured by the service we received. I think the stay (2 and a bit weeks) has ruined any sense of normal for me.

But thank you so much to the team again. We feel like friends and hope.you feel the same !

It is one of the best hotels to be able to stay good tension near the sea near me Rambla near the metro near the zoo in order highly recommended

Checked in at 5pm. Room not ready!!!! 5.30 pm allocated a room! Another guest's luggage in room. Our luggage arrived at 5.45!!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Considering the booking was months ago. No explanation , just a half hearted apology.

Nice location with all amenities and supporting staff.

Nice location close to the beach. Good breakfast with a lot of alternatives.The pool area is nice but the pool is not that big. The rooms have plenty of space and all the equipent you need including an iron.

The location is good, but not perfect. The hotel, especially the rooms, is not a 5 ***** hotel, everything a bit dated and worn, but we were there with our small 2kg dog, maybe we have Therefore, not the nicest room get the staff is super friendly and animals that has compensated us for a lot 50 Euro per day for the dog is a proud price, which we knew in advance, but we thought that this price might not be in full is charged, if you see, that the dog is clean and absolutely unobtrusive, the was not so Buffet breakfast is great and the staff at breakfast very, very friendly. In the restaurant and at the bar the staff was a bit chaotic. Around the corner The bus station towards Ramblas, so ok. The spa, specifically the sauna, is only available, if no massage takes place, so, you have to arrange a date for a sauna quasi an appointment, that's not, we had one n rainy day and my husband was 3x and the sauna wasn't accessible costs for drinks and food quite high, but *****

Exceptional hotel,
The receptionists and waiters all speak English and French Spanish.

Housekeepers do their jobs very well.

The porters are very helpful.

The hotel is perfectly located, with very nice rooms and two great pools.

The breakfast is simply magical, it lacks just nothing, just the best of all hotels. And if you have special requests just ask one of the servers.

We were very well received a big thank you to Alexandro Horowitz the general manager and especially to Pierre the receptionist who helped us during all our outings for bookings of our activities, transport etc.

The beach nearby is not super clean, it's the only downside.

I will return to this hotel without hesitation during my next visit to Barcelona.

Rooms are great, very clean and a nice view from the balcony. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel welcome everytime you see them.

A hotel that makes you want to stay. All the amenities and more. Very spacious rooms with very good design and taken care of in every detail. The attention was excellent, all very kind. Tip: the restaurant surprised me because I asked for a simple and it was a delight! Excellent. A place to return.

The room facilities are old and the sound insulation is not good. The cars on the road can hear the traffic clearly. The stars in the bathtub are broken. The basic services of other five-star hotels are charged separately here. Playing a price war in this way makes the consumer experience worse.

Excellent hotel and nice location on the sea I did not notice anything negative possible adjustment was taking time when it cooled and the elevator was old but in general a very nice hotel

This hotel has great location and good for couples, business and families with teenage children. The beach is literally around the corner and you can walk to lots of restaurants and bars. Fantastic area to visit. Can t recommend it enough, so much to see and do in this area and all within walking distance.

This is a beautiful hotel, but it's the staff that make it 5*.
Every member of staff from reception to restaurant, to even the maintenance man are pleased to see you and always happy to help.
Will definitely be back.

We've been there on January 2020 from 04th to 7th, the room was spacious with a beautifull sea view. Good Service and amazing breakfast. We reccommend.

Hotel super well located, the staff is very friendly and polite.
The rooms are spacious with a balcony that overlooks the pool and the sea.
I would go back without a doubt.

I went for coffee while I waited to go to a meeting. Very good as any 5 star hotel worth its salt.

So far our stay has been great. Barcelona is pretty warm and sunny in February (for those of us that are used to the weather in Britain). The staff here are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comprehensive and comfortable. The swimming pool on the roof looks amazing - we will try it out tomorrow. The location is great: a very short walk to Barcelonetta beach one way and the park the other way. It's a fair walk to Las Ramblas but an enjoyable walk. So far, so good. Update: today I was spat at by a guy by the Cathedral - he was spitting on children and families too... not sure what that's about.

Was there for a conference. Very good.

The facilities were extremely good. Everything was well air conditioned. And you can't put a price for practically being on the beach front. Beach was less than 100m away.

It is just behind the beach in Virocellona, close to the subway station and delicious breakfast.

I went to have a drink at the Hotel Bar with some friends who were staying there. The atmosphere is very good and pleasant, although the prices are consistent with it.

We came for the first time to this hotel for dinner, we had the best dinner ever!! Chef Antonio cooked a wonderful and exquisite array of dishes from starters to main courses.

We will definitely come again to try more of Chef Antonio culinary creations.

For Barcelona a very good hotel with excellent service and good offer in the restaurant and bar. Worth the trip !!!!

We were won over by the photos of the rooftop and the sea view, but other than that nothing justified the price paid.

No reception, no one took care of our luggage, not even a free glass of water during the long Check in,
paying parking in supplement,
sauna access paid per person for an exorbitant price,
pool towels cannot be left in the room but brought back to the pool against exchange of a card (the loss of which would cost you 30!).
clean room comfortable bed but few bathroom products (too short for 2 people),
extremely slow bath filling,
No power socket near the kettle,
The architecture generates views beyond 1.50m,
Room not redone after passage.
Drinks at the pool bar very expensive, And no snack offered.
The location of the hotel is not ideal either, too far from the center,
It is also not possible to ask the hotel to arrange a taxi, it must be stopped in the street.
In short, very disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay. Near the beach and major night clubs. Quite convenient.

A beautiful hotel with a great staff that took care of our every need. The rooftop pool and bar made for a perfect refreshing way to end each day. The concierge made great restaurant recommendations and took care of making the reservations for our group.

I had the opportunity to be in this Hotel a couple of weeks ago, as soon as I arrived the welcome was very welcoming, going through its revolving doors or if you want more the normal door. In itself the hotel staff com well commented was attentive from beginning to end, added to its spectacular breakfast menu.

Perfectly hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms and close to the congress center

Let me start by saying the staff is amazing polite helpful their customer service is top notch our room was clean comfortable and even tho no ocean view and is a bit loud in the street side we had a great view of la sagrada familia and were really comfortable the room service was great from front to housekeeping to room service and security everything were great I highly recommend this hotel while your in Barcelona

Good Hotel, but I don't know if it's 4 or 5 stars
The hotel is comfortable and pleasant, reception staff very attentive and helpful. Very good buffet breakfast with long opening hours, but room service is only once a day so if you use your towels you do not have automatic verpertino change as it should be in a real 5 stars, it should still be ranked in 4 stars and charge as such.
It is somewhat removed from the center and on the seashore which makes it a pleasant place to rest and there is a Metro station and

One of the best hotels in the city with high quality cuisine

The Pullman, like all the other Pullmans over the world is really almost perfect. The rooms are really large, the bathrooms are very confortable and the lighting gives you a relaxing sensation. The rooftop swimming pool and Jacuzzi give you an amazing view of the Marina and Tibidabo. Great experience.

Great hotel with very nice staff.
They are renovating right now, it doesn't bother us, but just so you are informed.

It is convenient because it is close to the sea, and the center city and the Sagrada Familia can be reached within 2.5 km.

Great facilities for leisure, good location for those who want to enjoy the beach and relax in the pools. Reception at the reception leaves something to be desired. Untrained professionals. Management leaves staff can improve.

Hotel location is good and lobby area is nice but the hotel rooms are very very bad also the air condition in whole hotel and room there is no cooling in the room I complaint so many time but they didn t do may be they need to change the air conditioner

I think the lobby is more beautiful than others. It is so cold that I can not use the swimming pool because it is still cold.

Because it was near from the sea, the view from the room was also good, so I could feel the resort feeling. The customer service is also perfect. It was a hotel that I would like to stay again.
