Hi, I went to the Marriott hotel for a charity event. The venue had been nicely decorated and excellent service from the staff serving foods/ drinks. I would go back to this hotel branch as my stay for the night was great too.

Stayed here many times. Great location for visits & shopping. Rooms are v. comfortable and quiet even though it's on the corner of Hyde Park and Oxford St. Staff are welcoming and very helpful.
Staff and hotel is a joke. I am a Platinum Premier Elite but due to an emergency my wife arrived one day before I am able to. They treated her like a criminal on WiFi and Concierge lounge access when she asked. Customer Care at Marriott was no help. 1750 life time stays and this is how you get treated. They won the battle but lost the war.
The service was lovely. The staff was more than accommodating. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The beds are soft and comfortable. It was a very enjoyable experience.
The spa has only one swimming pool and a steam room. As we booked 50 mins massage each one and those cannot be done together, the other one needed to be alone for an hour switching in between the swimming pool and steam room only. Very boring. The massage was beautiful though and thanks to Roberta, who did an amazing job for us!
The tea was nice but nothing special to mention. We didn't get to cakes as the kitchen run out of those items, so they gave us two regular biscuits instead... Definitely not what we expected from a 5 stars hotel. The waitress even said this was due to my boyfriend molluscs allergy (the items missing were two tarts, not including any molluscs!) We only got told the true when we asked again for those lost tarts not served as it was written in the menu and paid for in advance.
Before leaving, we explained what happened to Miguel, the restaurant assistant manager who was very embarrassed and apologised with us many times. Nice to see him really caring about the customers.
Unfortunately our experience was only a 3 stars one...
Great hotel, lovely rooms. Perfect location next to Mabel Arch. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Afternoon tea was lovely. My friend and myself had a lovely 4 days stay. We will definitely stay there again when in London. Thankyou.
The hotel is great and really nice room, but I think they have a problem with the house keeping stuff. They kept the tea cups unclean for days, and if they clean it and then we reuse they also stays unclean for another few days until we ask again from them to clean it. But despite this issue, we enjoyed our stay there.
I work in this hotel and I'm telling you the staff is absolutely amazing. I couldn't love my workplace more than I do now and working with amazing people motivates us to provide an incredible customer service.
We had an afternoon tea booked with free flowing champagne and we were not disappointed, they food was fantastic, the champagne top class and the staff amazing. Highly recommend this place for afternoon tea.
I loved it, the rooms were very cool, but what bothers me is that when I go to the bathroom to do poop, how is not the one in my house I do not feel the same, DEFECO INCOMODO
Attentive and polite staff. The room was not huge, but was the perfect size for the two of us. The room was impeccably clean. The bathroom was marble-tiled with a delightful electric heated toilet. The location was great, close to many attractions and to the tube.
Our favourite hotel in London. Outstanding location, wonderful rooms and the best and most friendly people from doorman to reception to the restaurant team and housekeeping. Always perfect.
Im a guest Marriott park lane and I didn t like anything in this hotel ..... the only advantage is the location . Rooms are small and although I make request 3 months ago for rooms with twin beds and near each other I didn t get nothing ! Although I told them I have kids !! And they put me in room in front of service elevator and the view is only wall with stairs!!! Beside that my kids are far from me !! This is the last time to spend my money here ..... not worth it
Lovely bar/ food area and classy as expected but disappointed with the room as no projector and danish s with Morningstar was nothing more than from a supermarket...booo!
This is a fantastic hotel which I have been using for my trips to London over the past 3 years. Exceptional service with attention to every detail. Having only 150 rooms it is quieter and has more of boutique hotel feel.
Not safe. My money was stolen from inside the room from a locked suitcase. I had placed it in my laptop bag and locked it in my suitcase as I was in hurry and the safe was not working and I didn't have time to report the case. I locked the suitcase with the number combination. The money was stolen and the suitcase was relocked. I cannot believe this. A 5 star hotel is not safe and someone in the hotel opens the suitcase. I'm never staying in this hotel again and will never advise anyone to stay as you cant feel safe and your things will be checked. I'm surprised even about the staff's reaction no empathy at all. I reported the case very calmly and they were telling me you can report to the police. I'm a tourist and the last thing I want is to go to police stations while I'm on holiday. You could have shown some empathy. You claimed to get ready for a boutique service and I got one. Don't stay there it's not safe.
This hotel is exceptional in every way. I stayed three nights here and they go out of their way to make sure every aspect of your stay is great from the welcome drink to checkout. The rooms are very nice. I was upgraded to a room on the West side of the property overlooking Marble Arch which was nice! While I was in London the temperature was at least +30 every day. The air conditioner in the room worked great and cooled the room down quickly to make sleeping very comfortable! The lounge here is very nice. They have a good assortment of drinks and snacks through the day and the staff are very attentive!
The location of this hotel can t get much better. You are right next to Marble Arch tube station and right on Oxford street.
If you are visiting London, I would highly recommend this hotel! You won t be disappointed!
A really high quality Marriot hotel, I would say close to the JW brand, than standard Marriot. Room was spacious by London standards, and staff couldn t be more helpful. An excellent stay.
Wonderful place and what makes it even better the staff. Jessica at the Lounge is one of the sweetest person always asking if we need anything. She s very hard working. Jessica made our trip even better. We thank you very much for making our trip amazing and being very caring.
Exceptional Service! The staff was highly professional. Interior was so beautiful. Overall my experience with this hotel was positive. Highly recommend.
Got executive room as a platinum premier member at room 240 with Park view, from Christmas period. The overall hotel is nice, upscale and just got renovated. The location is super good. The stuffs are very attentive and helpful. The executive lounge is pretty good with quite a lot of food selection. Much better comparing to North America standard but slightly below the Asian standard. The price is very expensive and cost more than 850 gbp during Christmas time. I used my points for the stay and will probably not stay with cash. But overall is a very good place and I will consider it my priority for my next leisure travel in London.
I did not stay at the hotel but attended a 2-day course here. The facilities available were great as was the level of service offered by the staff, making for a pleasant atmosphere.
The meeting room space used was of a fantastic standard and there was also free Wi-Fi in the public areas.
The hotel staff gave us excellent service ,very friendly and accomodating starting from the manager on duty who checked us in and so with the rest of the hotel staff. Vivian at the restaurant gave us superb service as well. Hotel location, cleanliness, facilities are the best.
