Super hotel, top staff, perfect restaurant and breakfast more than perfect (shame for the pool not very hot mid February) A remake ..

Upon arrival, we were cheerfully greeted and checked in by a welcoming, sweet blonde. So sorry I didn't remember her name. She was quite accommodating and very informative about the area. Thank you. Our room was spacious and clean. Great location for a short walk to the beach.

Experience at staying in a Pullman facility was excellent. The breakfast was very good and serving staff very efficient, professional, and courteous.

Dissapointing! Our room was not ready at 3pm so we got placed on lower floor. Our sea view was not great and the floor put us closer to the noise and view of the pool refurbishment. We would have done City view if we had known. Room had lights not working, door handle on shower fell off. Needed to use a towel on floor to capture water leaking from shower. Electrical outlet was falling out of the wall. Only tried one breakfast, bad lattes and dried out muffin that was requested as a croisssnt so we told them we would seek breakfast elsewhere.
Location was good for our exploring but this hotel had nothing to offer besides sleeping.
This city has much to offer in excellent food, sights and likely better accomodations.

The hotel is in a prime location which is wonderful!

The check-in experience was not great for us but the management team understands service recovery and I have been very pleased.

Kudos to Pauline and Alejandro Horowitz- Pauline was very helpful on the floor and I believe Alejandro coordinated my birthday treat. I came to my room today and there was a bottle of Cava and a delicious slice of cake for my 30th birthday with a super sweet note.

Most things are close by but there are buses within walking distance for the further attractions.

I probably would have saved some money by not getting the superior ocean view as it's blocked by buildings. Rooms are clean, there's free wi-fi and there are two pools if you don't feel like walking to the beach.

Stayed here for work after staying at two other hotels including Hilton. Pullman is by far the nicest of the three.

We stayed one night at the Pullman. We enjoyed the splendid suite with Jacuzzi and private lounge.
Breakfast very rich. Excellent hospitality and impeccable service.
We recommend without problem.

It is not far from the rest of the city and the metro but near the beach.
I was on the 4th floor, the room was comfortable with a balcony and sea view. Small downside, there is a building opposite which spoils this view so it is more of the horizon.
Otherwise the staff are super friendly and helpful. Some speak French.
The breakfast is well supplied and tasty.

I had no idea how fantastic this Hotel would be. First let me say that the entire staff has been great to us. Always so nice and full of information. Our room is great and always kept clean. And then to top it off the staff wished me a Happy Birthday and delivered a bottle of Castellblanc and cake with side fruits. Wow. Now that's service with a smile. They personally delivered it to our room. Thanks for showing us a great time. We will never forget this great team. Everyone from the doorman,front desk personal to the cleaning team. Two thumbs up. Great job everyone!!!!!:-):-):-):-):-)

One of the best hotels in Barcelona, great location and charming service. I recommend going to eat at your restaurant, Tendiez.

Customer Service for both the Front Desk and the Restaurant were excellent on any day we had questions or service provided. The staff members you have are excellent! I would definitely stay there again. The location was perfect right next to the beach, the view from the Roof top pool was great. Location is close to tourist areas and Metro so very easy to get around.

Location is near the beach. Breakfast is great. Unfortunately, major renovations take place, which leads to noise pollution. The pool on the ground floor is closed. On the roof terrace there is a small pool and a bar. Here you have a view of the sea. The sink did not drain properly. From the ceiling a plate came off. Socket was loose. Blotchy linen. The door in the ladies' room on the roof terrace is stuck, etc. From a five-star hotel, I expect something different.

Not worth the cost per night, about 20% too expensive. Good breakfast, uncomfortable pillows, starting to get worn, hence the deduction in grades.

Unfortunately the discriminatory treatment of the receptionist-Laura-made us have a bad time, in addition to posing as boss, at no time did not have any detail to apologize for his arrogance. Apart from this incident everything was great, both the service of the waiters as the drinks and the food. We will return despite what happened.

The pool on the 0 floor was dirty and cold, bad cleaning. We stayed with 4 years old son and was given the last room 444 on the floor near the exit with smoking odours in the room, we had to have window open all the time not to feel it. Overall that's not fresh hotel and it's not 5 stars at all.

I don't know your service as a hotel, of course the company dinner was expensive and scarce. They do not provide a stereo. We will not repeat.

Stayed here and had a mastermind conference, excellent place , I highly recommend it!

Fantastic hotel! Great location near the beach but also close to central! Decent sized rooms! Good service.

Not recommended for business trips. Check in and check out takes forever as they cross sell products to tourists and give extensive tourist information at the check in counter and are fairly slow in general. Other than that decent quality

1 five star which is still not 1 five, the staff very nice, great tapas. Clean hotel, on the other hand noisy. Swimming pool on the roof heated but despite the good weather and pool quite busy no service, have to go down 7 floor to go get yourself to drink . No turn down, no bathrobes. Good if I pay 50 to 70 euros a night I do not complain but to price

Very disappointing experience. Not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. Unprofessional staff at reception, no clear customer service protocols to deal with issues. Our experience throughout our stay was less than impressive. Do not recommend this hotel, despite its good location.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Pullman Skipper Barcelona.
The hotel is design and looks nice, but...
_ the window in our room was broken, impossible to close, despite overlooking a highway. We tried to call but the phone next to the bed did not work. After finding a phone that worked, we were moved swiftly to a new room - good service, apologies, nothing to be said.0
_ in the new room however, we tried to have a bath but the water tap was broken and could only deliver boiling water. Too tired to change rooms again we had to fill it up with glasses of cold water. The bathroom was also noticeably worn out and very dirty at the junction between walls and floor.
_ once finally in bed, the mattress was in an awful state, totally ruined and both our backs ached for the whole weekend. Note: we are 30 and 32 yo.
_ finally on our second day evening we wanted to use the pool. The leaflet at the entrance specifies that one pool closes at 9pm. It is printed daily with events of the day, which is cool. What the leaflet did not specify is that this pool is not heated in winter, and thus de facto not usable ! Why not write it?? The warm pool is only open till 7pm, so impossible to have a swim (or a bath because of the tap problem)
_ last but not least, elevators were broken upon check out, really perfect.
_ please also mind that the hotel is relatively remote from center (about 15-20 min walk from the sea port)
All in all, I definitely advise against staying there except if you want to hurt your back. Good point for the staff who was always charming and helpful (but not maintaining the place properly)

Charming hotel, nice location (few minutes walk from the centre of Barceloneta) but disappointing on some aspects. I was there for a work meeting and internet was mostly not accessible (too many connections at the same time) or very slow anyway. I understand technological limits, but not from a pricey 5-star hotel.
Rooms are fantastic, cleaning staff expected late morning showed up only late afternoon when I was having a call.
Staff in general is friendly but not always helpful (not all of them understand English).
During the meeting, it took more than an hour (and many requests) to bring some water for the tea. So definitely a great place but something is missing to be considered a 5 star in all aspects.

We were there for 3 nights on our 30th wedding anniversary. I had arrange champagne chocolates and flowers which were all in the room on arrival, the flowers were beautiful, a big thank you to Jorge & Raquel for organizing all this. Pierre on reception was very informative and helpful as were all the others we spoke with. The ladies who cleaned our room were excellent and unobtrusive. Will definitely come back to stay in the same style of room PS Roof pool fantastic

Good location at the Barceloneta beach. Service, food and rooms are good.Be aware, they will automatically add you to their hotel chains loyalty program without asking, even asking for information claiming it's for something else. That not the hallmark of a serious business. Otherwise it would get 4 stars.

Hotel was nice and now it is getting old. Maybe it will be better if the renovations are completed. Unfortunately, this Pullman did not convince us compared to others.

Great location and friendly staff, room was fine and bed comfy. Would stay again.

Fantastic, this is a lovely hotel right near the beach.

Everything you would expect from a five star hotel is there, very attentive staff, recent facilities, very good on-site restaurant, good WiFi internet connection. It would lack a charging station for an electric car worthy of the name because the 16A socket is a bit fair for recharging a Tesla with which we would like to move around Barcelona.

Lovely hotel, very well located, by the beach. Many restaurants around. Nice rooms. Great staff. Breakfast with a large choice of healthy food and kids corner. Highly recommended.

Cost per night is not in line with the current state of the rooms as it is clear that there is a lack of maintenance. Staff is very friendly

nice cosy and perfect location ,
without forgetting the friendly and professional staff .

Standard room. Not very clean. In 6 days the sheets have never been changed, the quilt is too heavy and the bed too soft. The room on the street side is very noisy. Housekeeping is done superficially to be 5 star. In the bathroom (clearly without a window) a decent aspirator is missing, not to mention a toilet brush or a water jet (!!!); there is no slip on the shower tray, so you risk slipping whenever you take a shower. ... Not to mention the wet that you do on the floor as the shower stall doesn't hold anything.
Breakfast in the morning is abundant but repetitive .... always the same things. For those who are intolerant to gluten there is almost nothing ...
The location may be convenient ... but not worth the relative expense.
In my opinion, the 5 stars are not deserved at all.

Hotel currently under renovation, swimming pool not accessible and very small gym.
Caesar salad in the hotel salt restaurant is not famous ....
Hotel very well located and nice staff as well as comfortable rooms. Attention to the noise of external works ...
