Such a smooth process. My husband bought me one of the 16x20 presses. The shipping was super fast. I was literally shocked. The press was packaged properly. It was literally plug and play. We have used a lot of these designs for our t-shirts and they are all solid. Also, the rhinestones from Pro World are much more dependable than any of the others we have used from other companies. So far the customer service they have provided us in time of need has been excellant.

I ordered large quantity logos from the custom logo department December of 2017. Re-ordered May of 2018. Both orders were the same color. The 3rd re-order in 2019 came in a deep red. They reproduced the 700 piece order 3 times. Each time in a deep red even though I sent them the transfer they created before. The last batch, darkest red of them all, was said to be the closest they can match. I now sit on hold for a manager for over 10 minutes only to be transferred to Matt's voicemail.
I have made every attempt to speak to PROWORLD about this issue and they are determined to not communicate. If you are looking for consistency in order colors, respectful and helpful customer service people, this is not the company for you.
It troubles me to have to write a negative review, this goes against my beliefs but I am frustrated at the inability to communicate a resolution to an order that represents Thousand of dollars of income to my business.

I have a small home based business so when my heat press quit working I needed one quickly. I went to the ProWorld website and found one that had the features I wanted - auto release on handle when time is up and a drawer to place my item on. I ordered the Transpro Select Semi Auto 16 x 20 Heat Press. I placed my order and within a weeks time I received the press. I love this heat press and so glad that I ordered it. I love to order from ProWorld because they have what I want, web site is easy to maneuver, and I always received my order quickly.

It took 7 days to get here for two day priority mail - blame it on the holidays.

Prices were good but some items were not the size I had expected. Also, some of my transfer were ruined during shipping. Hoping I can fix them.

Press has worked good so far and good quality patterns. Did have some missing patterns, but customer service corrected the problem fast. Will buy from again.

Truly loving the inkjet transfer paper, both the jetsoft pro and 3G opaque! It has taken my creativity to another whole level. The shirt I'm wearing (your right) was a part of my new line and coming out with. The surfboard was done with the jetsoft pro inkjet transfer paper.

I received my order but one item was missing and did not receive a follow up on when it would arrive.

I just started getting things into place for selling T-shirts so this was my first order. We have only tried a couple of the transfers so far and had not had any issues that were caused by an item in the order and more less user error.

I was using the gloves for mugs I was sublimating, but the black came off on the mug when it was right out of the oven. Not sure why. :(

Delivery was fast! But the 3D Vacuum Press was sent back. Instructions was really really bad, tutorials were incomplete. The worst purchase I have spent lately. Of course Pro World tried to help me over the phone but everything I was told to do - did not work. Unfortunately.

I buy my major sublimation items from ProWorld. They have fast delivery, great prices and perfect sub items! I will always buy from ProWorld.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE WARRANTY IS NOT REALLY A WARRANTY ... I'M CURRENTLY HAVING A ISSUE WITH MY PRESSURE KNOB, I HAD A HOODIE TO DO SO I TURNED THE PRESSURE KNOB TO COMPLETE THE JOB, BUT WHEN I TRIED TO TURN THE KNOB BACK TO THE REGULAR PRESSURE FOR A SHIRT IT WOULD NOT TURN BACK.. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD TO SEND PIC AND VIDEO, WHICH I DID, THEN AFTER THEY VIEWED THEM THEY TOLD ME SHIP IT FOR REPAIR.. OK WELL HERE'S THE CATCH (1)THEY DO NOT HAVE TO ACCEPT THE HEAT PRESS IF ITS NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING( 2) THEY KNOW PPL DONT KEEP THE ORGINAL PACKAGING SO THEY WILL ACCEPT it IF PACKAGED CORRECTLY (3)THE CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY FOR SHIPPING THE ITEM TO AND FROM THE WAREHOUSE ..OH DON'T FORGET ABOUT THE PRICE FOR PACKAGING (4) I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD GIVE ME $65 which equals up to 6500 points that could only be used to purchase a item off their website .. I'm so DISAPPOINTED ,the monies that I have to pay for shipping and packaging I could purchase a New heat press, but wait I purchased mine in March 2018 so technically it is kind of New. I haven't even pressed 50 shirts and this happen .. So I'm stuck with heat press that does NOT work PROPERLY ...THIS IS NOT A WARRANTY
