Super fast shipment and items are exactly as described. They also email exact instructions for each item when using your heat press. That is amazing!!! I plan to order more from them in the future and maybe try to make my own custom ones

We got a sawgrass sublimation machine from pro world that we had difficulty setting up. Proworld could not help us and it took us close to a month to get someone from sawgrass to help us out. Meanwhile proworld could not give us a refund tho the machine was practically useless to us. When sawgrass eventually helped us out it took them a couple of sessions to fix the problem with the software. The machine worked for a 2 weeks before the software would malfunction again and all our inquiries to sawgrass would be met with no response

Yes I received my complete order in two separate shipments. The Tshirts are a very good quality. Although the brief bags arrived later, they are a good quality too. It would have been nice to have been advised that the order was split. I am pleased with my first shopping experience with Pro World.

None of the items that have rhinestones where good; none of them attached to the t-shirts. When I try to remove the covering from the design; the rhinestones comes up with the plastic. And the same thing happened with my other breast cancer and Christmas designs.

BAD: The SUBLIMATION FACE MASKS W FILTER (SB-S-217) are not really functional/ feasible as that once you insert the Filter ... it's very hard to breath. Also without the filter, they don't really fit that well unless you tighten the elastic up with the plastic fasteners until it just not really comfortable ... so, who wants to do that.

GOOD: On the other hand the COTTON FACE MASKS - BLACK (SB-S-218) are really nice. My customers went for them, over the white because of the fit and overall design.

I had a problem with my order and called customer service and they fixed it right away. I receive my corrected order right away.I love this site.

I purchased the Oracal vinyl an long with the Oracal transfer tape. I cut the vinyl with my Brother ScanNCut. They worked much easier than I expected. I accidentally put the transferred vinyl onto the wrong side of the transfer tape backing. But, I was successful in gently removing the backing with out messing up the vinyl decal. All was well and looked great :)
