PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE WARRANTY IS NOT REALLY A WARRANTY ... I'M CURRENTLY HAVING A ISSUE WITH MY PRESSURE KNOB, I HAD A HOODIE TO DO SO I TURNED THE PRESSURE KNOB TO COMPLETE THE JOB, BUT WHEN I TRIED TO TURN THE KNOB BACK TO THE REGULAR PRESSURE FOR A SHIRT IT WOULD NOT TURN BACK.. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD TO SEND PIC AND VIDEO, WHICH I DID, THEN AFTER THEY VIEWED THEM THEY TOLD ME SHIP IT FOR REPAIR.. OK WELL HERE'S THE CATCH (1)THEY DO NOT HAVE TO ACCEPT THE HEAT PRESS IF ITS NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING( 2) THEY KNOW PPL DONT KEEP THE ORGINAL PACKAGING SO THEY WILL ACCEPT it IF PACKAGED CORRECTLY (3)THE CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY FOR SHIPPING THE ITEM TO AND FROM THE WAREHOUSE ..OH DON'T FORGET ABOUT THE PRICE FOR PACKAGING (4) I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD GIVE ME $65 which equals up to 6500 points that could only be used to purchase a item off their website .. I'm so DISAPPOINTED ,the monies that I have to pay for shipping and packaging I could purchase a New heat press, but wait I purchased mine in March 2018 so technically it is kind of New. I haven't even pressed 50 shirts and this happen .. So I'm stuck with heat press that does NOT work PROPERLY ...THIS IS NOT A WARRANTY
