I ordered large quantity logos from the custom logo department December of 2017. Re-ordered May of 2018. Both orders were the same color. The 3rd re-order in 2019 came in a deep red. They reproduced the 700 piece order 3 times. Each time in a deep red even though I sent them the transfer they created before. The last batch, darkest red of them all, was said to be the closest they can match. I now sit on hold for a manager for over 10 minutes only to be transferred to Matt's voicemail.
I have made every attempt to speak to PROWORLD about this issue and they are determined to not communicate. If you are looking for consistency in order colors, respectful and helpful customer service people, this is not the company for you.
It troubles me to have to write a negative review, this goes against my beliefs but I am frustrated at the inability to communicate a resolution to an order that represents Thousand of dollars of income to my business.
