I appreciate all of you folks at Pro World, the helpful training videos you guys post and the wonderfully large quantity of quality transfers! I experienced great customer service when I called to inform them that I had received a damaged box with my first order; I was sent replacements of the few items that had been damaged in my order which I received two days later.
