I have been with this office for a long time and have seen all three Doctors many times , they are all very personal and care about there patients. The only problem I've ever had with this office is when I call. It's always a recording and than you transfer over to who you want to speak to it's another recording. The doctors are so personal with all there patients but the nurses not so much, they need to take the time to answer the phone instead of always just letting it go to voice mail. Sometimes voice mail is nessacery but it shouldn't be a normal practice. We all have busy lifes and we call to talk to someone not to be called back at your convenience, not convenient for us though . Sandy moving to the front desk has helped alot but I sure miss her in the back.
