- No where near the trust and credibility that I have in other Proctor & Gamble products

I left 2 items to be sewn and cleaned - and before cleaning, they were supposed to call me back with a quote for the sewing,

Instead, they went ahead and did the sewing and cleaning.

I did not get the quote and the sewing was VERY EXPENSIVE (i.e., $27 to sew a 7 inch rip in a bed sheet).

I tried to get the store manager to call me - nothing.

Then, I emailed the TIDE CLEANERS Customer Service - nothing also, as they told me to contact the local store (in other words, Customer Service is a referral system).
