I called Procter & Gamble concerning a problem that my husband and I are having with Gillette Clear Gel Deodorant. Since we are in our 70's and have arthritis in our hands and fingers, the disc to advance the gel is very difficult to turn. After more than 1 hour on the phone, being transferred from 1 department to another, I still received no help for our problem. In fact, I was given a telephone number to call (told it was Gillette) which was a waste of time since it was an inaccurate telephone number. It appears to me that Procter & Gamble couldn't care less about their consumers. If I could give a rating of less than 1 star, I would. I am wondering how many other consumers have experienced this type of customer service ? Perhaps it is time to use a different product from a different company. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH PROCTER & GAMBLE AND GILLETTE ! ! !
