Horrible set up not user friendly 3days trying to ...

Horrible set up not user friendly 3days trying to print coupons and no real help available even emailed several times! Guess they really don't care. Had to put a star so my frustration could be posted. The particular coupons I need are not in my cities Sunday paper. Only resource is to print and that is a joke! This is horrible! Continues to ask survey questions but printing is blocked!
