These reviews are lies!!! Don't believe in this trap! I did and they charged me additional trip! Want more tip and they ruin our furniture. Not wrapping our stuff. Bad customer service and worse movers in Orange County!!!!

Joe and Jesse, a Dream Team if you have precious cargo to be moved at the last minute. Prompt, courteous and efficient!! They even offered suggestions when some furniture didn t fit where I thought it would and patiently moved it to other rooms. Special thanks to Joe for the extra careful and considerate service.

My review is based on 2 different experiences. I hired Pro Movers OC for packing services on one day and moving on the next day. My experience with the packing services was less than ideal. Cameron & Gersom left quite a bit UN-packed and I don t feel like I got my money s worth. That meant more work for the moving crew at a higher hourly rate. I wish the move could have started earlier in the day since i was moving from OC to San Diego but that is more likely a company issue. Luckily, the moving crew was up to the task. Joe, Jesse & Carlos were great!! They hustled from start to finish and Joe made magic happen getting all of my stuff in that truck. I couldn t have asked for a harder working crew.

Be sure to ask for Joe and Jessie. They went above and beyond to make our move run smoothly.

Pro Movers were recommended by my sister who used them a few years ago to move her residence. Today I moved my floral business of 25 years to my new in-home studio. Steven and Carlos showed up on time, we re super friendly, and got the job done quick. The whole experience with Pro Movers was very painless. Not to mention, extremely affordable. Will definitely recommend!

The two guys I got were amazing hard-working and customer-focused. I would imagine what this type of service individual results may vary, it's not really the company your rating it's the two people that showed up.

If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would. Jaesy and Jacob put all of their effort into packing and unpacking out valueables. They were very kind and I would highly reccomend them.

Cameron and Marcello were great! They kept in touch with me about their arrival time and showed up with a great attitude. They helped me with my move and cleaned up the boxes left behind. Worked fast!

Extremely unprofessional service, I have my boxes move from Orange County to Arizona, it took them a month to reply me. I had to call them hundreds of times to get an update and the time was postponed twice! The whole team is in a mess, they lack of effective communication and management.
When they deliver my boxes the mover told me I can find my missing items with the manager, and he sound like this is normal !
Later I did found out I am missing one box !!! I am the only one that is moving and I only have less than 15 boxes !!! Worst moving experience

I needed to move a fridge from a second story to another second story. They called when they were close to let me know, then were friendly and gentle with my fridge. I would definitely use them again if I need help moving.

Vincent, Carlos, Juan Carlos, and Samuel from Pro Movers did an excellent job moving my wife and I from our apartment in Irvine to our new home in Ladera Ranch. I told them that we just got new floors and walls and asked if they could please be careful to not scratch any of it, and at the end there wasn't a scratch anywhere! I definitely recommend Pro Movers to anyone looking for a smooth move.

Joe and Carlos did an absolutely fabulous job for unloading our two Pods yesterday in Laguna Woods. The way the Pods were packed was a real nightmare, but these two guys were so accommodating in getting everything unloaded - sorted thru - bringing in to the condo - then repacking the pods with the "stuff" we did not have room for. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. A dear designer friend recommended them and I definitely would do the same. Thank you - thank you - thank you!!!

Where do I even begin with JOE and CARLOS! First, it s rare to find two guys to move a 2 bedroom apartment with a LOT of little things that weren t in boxes (because we ran out last min) in the amount of time they did. They were here after breakfast and were done before lunch. We were anticipating spending the entire day moving (and that s with all hands on deck), but we were pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and care that was executed by Joe and Carlos. Second, we are anxious people. Even though we ve moved every year the past 5+ years, we still have our reservations when it comes to our belongings in the hands of others. Joes confidence in handling our things was unparalleled. I even had uncovered lightbulbs from my studio lights in a shopping bag and he reassured me it would be delivered in the same condition and wouldn t break under his care. Even if they did crack during the drive to the new place (which they didn t!!!), Joe s ability to gain your trust AND follow thru on it is what people need when they are about to move. Carlos did not disappoint either. He is hilarious and very personable. He made an effort to get to know us, which was not necessary, but very much appreciated!! On a final note, with all the experience we have had with moving companies and movers, Joe and Carlos are ones to remember for their honesty, efficiency, personality, and transparency. We thank you two for all the effort you put into helping us today!!!!! (FYI, we re calling you two the next time we move)

I chose Pro Movers to perform my 3 bd house, I called few places; but felt comfortable to Pro Movers, I ve never hired a moving company before, so I was a little worried at the beginning. But thank God, everything went smooth.

Let me start with saying how awesome Angel Jeremiah, Gerson are the are absolutely the best and professional and did my move so great I will highly recommend the pro movers and will use them again. Also both John and Larry did a great job at the front office.

I used this company back in July and the only positive thing I can say is that the owner is very nice and respectful. I wish I could say the same for his crew.. they were damaging furniture before it was even on the moving truck to go to the new house and then after unpacking and looking at everything, they damaged over half of our stuff.. we also discovered their trash that they so kindly left in our bushes. I will never be using this company again.

While the workers were nice, I would NOT use this company ever again simply because of their bait and switch pricing and bizarre unauthorized practices, such as moving items midway from one truck to another without us present resulting in damage and missing items.

We received notice after living "Displaced" after our house sold that our new home closed Escrow ~ first company I called that was referred by a friend Father and Son movers spoke to Javier ~ gave me the what for on how they were booked and I should have booked 2 weeks prior nice lecture not knowing our needs....then I found Pro-Movers they had openings it was 4th of July Eli and Sergio met my friend at our Storage Facility loaded the truck - wrapped the furniture that needed it - put all of the loose stuff into a huge box which I purchased so we could go through the odd and ends ourselves. Drove an hour and 20 minutes to our new home and unloaded . We had them put everything into 3 area's so we could take our time putting items away. Excellent service, professional conduct the entire time. Explained the breakdown of the charges to me it was a great experience all the way around I recommend this company and these two men. Everyone I spoke to on the phone very courteous and wanted to know what they could do for me and not an issue when I needed it moved! Lovely service.

Pro Movers are the best movers in Orange County. This is the 3rd time we have used them. Joe and Ambros were on time, took care of our belongings like they were their own, and kept us laughing in a stressful time. These movers are TOP in the business. No one likes moving but this company makes it as pleasant as possible. They are reasonably priced and these guys hustle, so they are not running up the bill.

They were on time, EXTREMLY FAST AND EFFIECENT, and made sure everything we needed moved was taken care of! Jesse and Joe went above and beyond to load and move our stuff from our old place to new home. We ended up having more things than expected yet they were still able to get everything done in our 3-hour window. On top of that, they even helped disassemble and reassemble our bed frames. We found Pro Movers on Google and read a few reviews and decided to use their services for our move. We spoke with the office staff on the phone and by text and they always had an answer to our questions or concerns. Seven days before our move we received a call from our remodeling contractor saying that do to Covid our appliances would be delayed and we wouldn't be able to move in when we expected. We called the Pro's and let them know that our moving day would need to be changed to a later date but we didn't know an exact date yet. The Pro's reassured us that they would be able to work with us and that's what they did. We were able to give them a seven day lead time and they were at our door on our new rescheduled date and the move went great. Two friendly, seasoned movers helped us through what is almost always a stressful day anyway, with professional reassurance throughout the day. My wife and I were very pleased with the entire process. THEIR NAME IS EXACTLY HOW THEY PERFORMED!

Ok so I ve moved every year for the last 5 years and this was by far my best moving experience ever! I would also like to note that I m the worst mover ever . Like I get so stressed and anxious. This time was so relaxing and I was able to just kick back and let the movers do their thing. Pro movers emailed me almost every day assuring me they were going to show up . They showed up on time and moved everything efficiently and carefully. I also called around to probably 10 different places and the price of pro movers was the best. Please do have cash to pay them though . When I move again I m going to make pro movers drive up from Orange County to move me THANK YOU THANK YOU

I had the pleasure of having Jo and Kevin move my belongings from my apartment to storage. They moved extremely fast and handled allllll of my items with care . They were extremely friendly and made the experience enjoyable! I appreciate you two for your hard work!

The guys worked really hard and were very friendly and helpful. However, the owner/manager who arranged the move should have made a more accurate estimate. We had 3 men, but 4 men would have been better.

We had a long distance move, two places being combined into one and one of the sets of stuff needing storage all happening at different times. Pro Movers was amazing!! The guys were fast, helpful, efficient and even came with great personalities! They unloaded to (very) full trucks in record time, so fast that my pointer finger couldn't keep up. All of the guys listened to where things went and took the extra time to even ask if we needed things shifted around once everything was inside. Jessie, Tim, Cameron and Matt were awesome and helped make our move fun, memorable. I would use Pro Movers again in a heart beat!! thanks guys!

I was very impressed with how much care was taken to cover our furniture and protect it.

Dennis, Matthew and Payden were very friendly, accommodating and efficient. The time window for them to start was between 8-9am but after waiting until 9:15 I called to find out when they would be arriving. They came at 10. They were able to pack up the whole house in 2.5 hours. The unpacking took a bit longer only because our new house is smaller and we really had to figure out how to squeeze the the boxes inside! The team kept on working, were very friendly and would accommodate all of my requests. Nothing was damaged, they were very careful with all of the items and wrapped all of the furniture. I would recommend ProMovers !

Best movers I have ever had! Joe and Matt were both really funny guys who packed up my studio apartment in an unbelievably short amount of time. The rate was very fair compared to other companies and the whole move into my new second floor apartment was done in a mere three hours. They even helped pack up the stuff I hadn't finished packing yet to speed things up!

Pro movers is the ABSOLUTE best moving company I have ever dealt with. I moved a lot in my life and used a lot of professional movers. However, pro movers, especially the two gentlemen that assisted with my move, Angel and Gerson, were the two best ever movers.
They communicated effectively, worked super efficiently, set the expectations and executed as promised.
I really suggest going with pro movers as they are very professional and courteous. If you can ask for Angel and Gerson to help, that would be a HUGE plus.

Very slow and unprofessional movers. When asked why they were moving slow, one of them replied you know there s a 3 hour minimum, we can slow down we were at hour 3 and a half!!! Then they asked us to stop helping them move stuff in because according to one of the movers if you help us, you probably won t tip UNREAL. Also they said they d take a 5 minute break, but they were sitting in their truck for 15 min... I have time stamps on pictures I took of them to prove it. Also, I called in the morning to make sure they had plenty of wardrobe boxes and whoever I spoke with at the company said there would be plenty in the truck.... THEY HAD 3 WARDROBE BOXES. All of our clothes that didnt fit were thrown into boxes or bags and wrinkled. Will not use this service again.

I am VERY happy with my move. Marcos and Kristopher did a GREAT job. Both guys were friendly, professional, and never complained. The move was not easy moving out of the second floor. I give these guys credit for the hard work that they do.They did it fast and everything went smoothly.

I hired US Pro Movers to move us across the country; a very charismatic broker named Michelle made it all seem simple. After our stuff was on the truck we were handed paperwork with a different companies name on it, Oasis Moving and Storage. A bit surprised, but not questioning the situation, we trusted that things would go smoothly, as promised. After three weeks , and a week of daily phone calls, we still have no idea when our stuff might reach our new home. We get the run around from both companies -- it has been a complete nightmare! Make sure that they don't use third party brokers and third party movers when you hire them!

Pro Movers was completely careless and reckless in moving my imported Cantoni Italian furniture. The movers managed to damage practically every piece of furniture that was moved as well as damaging my wood floors. This is the service I received after requesting a "White Glove Service" I have never experienced anything like this before. Please do not use this company to move your belongings. Please do not let these people in your home. The damages to my furniture will cost more than what I paid them for the move. Unprofessional and unbelievable! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

You will not do a better job than Pro Movers, they make you feel like family! They handle your items carefully and they will do it in a much shorter time and no headache to you.

This is the best moving company we've ever hired. They wrapped everything and were very careful not to damage anything. I've never seen movers move so fast. They were polite, courteous and saved us a few hundred dollars from our last move. There was no communication problems like we had experienced in the past. The next time we move, this will be our go to company.

Pro Movers did a great job with my 88-year-old mother's move. They were right on time, and the move went MUCH faster than we expected. My mother can't do a lot for herself, so movers Tim and Jesse were kind enough to do some extra things for her like hanging her paintings. It's great to see a company who's willing to go the extra mile to help a senior citizen.

My experience with Pro Movers was fantastic! This was my first time using a moving company and it was the best decision ever! On my first contact over the phone I was told we would have our moving done by a professional team and that Joe was one of the best professionals in the company. They weren't wrong. Appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM, they arrived at 8:58 AM. Joe, Carlos and Payden were great. Very professional, wrapped up important items, always with a smile one their faces for every request. Moving was fast and smooth. We truly recommend this company for their professionalism, competitive prices and their good will to fulfill requests. We d like to give a huge shoutout to Joe and his amazing team of movers. Those men know how to get a move done quickly and efficiently! We were amazed at how quickly and carefully they took care of moving our 3 bedroom house. I loved their huge box carts they saved the day for all the loose little items that didn t fit well into a box. They exceeded our expectations!

I give you a very serious warning regarding these movers. If you re alone, or a woman, or have children, STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

My ordeal with Pro movers started shortly after they began to pack up my apt, and fill their truck. I had 11 boxes, a bed/mattress, a wood book shelf, and a hand made dresser. I was moving 11 blocks, and thought the move wouldn t take more than 3 hours as I was prepared at both locations.

It began smoothly - the two movers told me they move large homes with very expensive furniture all the time. They showed me videos of other people s homes and all their belongings that were recorded to prove that they did great work. On the other hand, before they began they had me sign papers that said they weren t responsible for anything broken, and if they broke something I would be paid 60 cents on the pound. WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN??

After signing the forms, they also told me it was customary to tip 50% or more, which I also found strange. Then they started the move.

I had some things to pack while they moved me into their truck, so I couldn t supervise them, nor did I think I needed to. One of them came back in to tell me a bizarre story about someone attempting to steal my large wooden dresser from their truck, and they had to fight them off. I asked if I needed to call someone, but he emphatically explained that he had the situation under control.

After they had finished loading the truck, I went ahead to my new apt waiting for them to arrive. I waited for two hours at the new location, and started to worry. Again, only 11 blocks.

A TOTAL OF 6 HOURS LATER, they arrived and very slowly moved boxes in, then asked me to come to see something that happened to my dresser (the same one that was apparently about to be stolen). The middle door had been completely broken off. The mover said he could go to Home Depot to fix it and not to worry. By this point it was 7:30pm and I didn t want to have this continue into the night with strangers in my new home. I took a look, and realized why it took so long - they d attempted to glue it together.

I asked them to call their supervisor to report the damage. The manager, John, was on speaker phone. They said that the door had been broken off in the struggle with the would-be robber - a new twist in what happened to my dresser. John said he could give me 60 cents on the pound for the damage. As the piece was solid wood, it wasn t repairable. I didn t understand what 60 cents on the pound meant. Would they weigh the door of the dresser? Are they going to weigh the dresser? How would they calculate this?

At this point i just wanted this to be over, so I asked John if they could just remove the dresser to the trash on the movers way out, and he informed me that this would be an additional charge. ???

I told John I would pay by credit card and take it up with them to see what they wanted to do. THIS IS WHERE THE STORY GETS CRIMINAL AND DANGEROUS. John begins to scream profanities at me that I would do a charge back. He then, still on speaker, instructs the movers to pick up one of my flat screens and leave with it as collateral so he could sue me.

I tried to stop them, telling them they were just instructed to commit a crime. One of them began filming me with his phone. I called 911 while in my doorway, to report a robbery. The police alerted the building and had security come up to my unit. Security luckily came quickly and was able to diffuse the situation. I felt safer with witnesses. John relented and ask for the 6 hours worth of pay. With building security still there, the movers now feel pressure to remove the dresser on their way out.

So In closing, I payed $500 for pro movers to move 11 boxes, a mattress, and a book shelf. They destroyed a dresser, and then extorted money in order to leave.

This was very scary and dangerous, and I strongly advise anyone moving to have your cameras readily available to document EVERYTHING.

Joe, Carlos and Jessie were amazing. Very nice and hard working guys. Every step of the way the guys would consult me before placing furniture or if they weren t sure how I wanted something moved. The guys were very professional and worked quickly. Oh and everything that was uninstalled was also reinstalled at my new location. I highly recommend this company if you have to go through the hassle of moving. Great job guys!!

I am pretty sure that the high reviews are either paid for or people who work for or are related to the people who work for the company. The gross level of incompetence and negligence is outstanding. Out of 3 movers who came to pack, only one knew how to tape a box... They didn't label any boxes and didn't pad electronic when putting in boxes. They would have not padded our glasses and plates if my wife hadn't caught one of the idiots just putting cups and glasses in a box. I ended up opening up one of my boxes to find that they put kitchen utensils in the same box as a canvas print picture, with the picture at the bottom facing the sharp objects of course. How this company is still in business baffles me. I could have gotten a better job hiring some high school kids or day laborers.

Joe, Jose and Daniel were great! They came into my two bedroom condo and had me moved out in 2 hours. They moved everything with care and protects my valuable items. They had great personalities and worked very well together. I will recommend them to all of my friends!

BEWARE! Do not believe any of the positive reviews. The bad reviews are all too similar and exactly what I experienced! Five hours late, they charged me double the quoted price. Rude movers. What I was told would be a 3-4 hour move turned into 9.5 hours! They do not cover your furniture or protect floors. They threatened to not finish unloading. Purposely wasted time. I ve never seen anything like it! Quoted $129 hourly price come to find out that is the cash price. Nothing about Promovers is professional or even on the up and up! The invoice I received was just the total. No details what so ever! BEWARE!!! (A reviewer mentioned that they claimed someone had tried to steal a piece of furniture, that s because they leave your belongings out on the street unsupervised for hours while you are headed to the new location! I have pictures to prove!)

Where do I begin?? Our movers Joe, Jacob and Jacob D were life savers! Originally, we were scheduled to have this incredible team come at 3pm, however, my husband was driving the Uhaul truck from the Bay Area and ran into some bad LA traffic. As a result, we called their customer service and they were extremely accommodating to our needs and pushed our appointment for 4pm instead. The 3 J s were timely and punctual and in fact by the time my husband arrived and took the auto transport off the Uhaul it took another 30 minutes until the movers could actually begin unloading the truck! They introduced themselves and ensured everything would be taken care of. They asked for a walk through of our apartment and storage unit and discussed what my expectations were and addressed any questions I had. For every box they unloaded from the Uhaul truck was done effectively with strategy. I assisted with pointed out which boxes needed to be moved to our onsite storage unit and the rest to our apartment. They were personable and very professional! At the end of the move, they walked up and rolled my area rugs out, connected my sectional, moved my mirrored cabinet not once but twice in two separate areas because I was not pleased of the location I originally had it in. They removed all the wrapping that was around my furniture and cardboard boxes and took them down to the dumpster. Talk about white glove service! I highly recommend the all star crew and company for all your moving needs. You made this day less stressful and we appreciate your hard work!

Charles and his co workers were very helpful and finished the move quickly. Nice guys, professional, I will use them again to move in to my new place!

Joe and his crew with Pro Movers were fantastic! The were on time, efficient, and very careful with our belongings. Any extra care we asked for some of our more delicate pieces, they made sure to do. This is our 3rd time using Pro Movers and we would highly recommend them.
