Where do I even begin with JOE and CARLOS! First, it s rare to find two guys to move a 2 bedroom apartment with a LOT of little things that weren t in boxes (because we ran out last min) in the amount of time they did. They were here after breakfast and were done before lunch. We were anticipating spending the entire day moving (and that s with all hands on deck), but we were pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and care that was executed by Joe and Carlos. Second, we are anxious people. Even though we ve moved every year the past 5+ years, we still have our reservations when it comes to our belongings in the hands of others. Joes confidence in handling our things was unparalleled. I even had uncovered lightbulbs from my studio lights in a shopping bag and he reassured me it would be delivered in the same condition and wouldn t break under his care. Even if they did crack during the drive to the new place (which they didn t!!!), Joe s ability to gain your trust AND follow thru on it is what people need when they are about to move. Carlos did not disappoint either. He is hilarious and very personable. He made an effort to get to know us, which was not necessary, but very much appreciated!! On a final note, with all the experience we have had with moving companies and movers, Joe and Carlos are ones to remember for their honesty, efficiency, personality, and transparency. We thank you two for all the effort you put into helping us today!!!!! (FYI, we re calling you two the next time we move)
