Pro Movers Inc Review

I used pro movers to move for the first time in a long time. Joe and Ambro were so professional and handled all my items big and small. They came on time to their appointment and finished super fast. I would definitely suggest them for any move you have. I used them for moving from a two bedroom to another two bedroom. Nothing but great things to say about them. I highly recommend them for any size move!! thank you Pro Movers!!!!

I've used Pro Movers in Irvine several times and they are always amazing. This time was especially tough. With 1 day notice, Joe and Jessie came thru as always. Professional, fast, efficient and fun. I love these guys. So grateful for their help.

These guys are excellent! Cameron and Xander handled my long distance move from California to Arizona superbly. Both the start and end destination had their logistical challenges and I had a lot of trickier items to move like two pinball machines, framed art, and a very full truck load all of which they handled with great care and professionalism and arrived safely.

They worked really hard and efficiently and had a great attitude throughout.

This couldn't have been easier. The crew was prompt, professional and knowledge. They went out of thei way to be helpful.

The movers were great, very strong & quick to move my things! I had a one bedroom apartment with lots of boxes and furniture needing to be loaded onto a truck and it was all done in under 2 hours. The only reason I m not giving 5 stars is because they arrived 2 hours late which slowed us down a bit but the swift service and careful packing definitely made up for it. Very satisfied despite the delay.

Good team, easy and fun to work with. Only thing I want to recommend is they should just list a tipping section on paper.

Pro Movers is definitely on the ball and very efficient. I was lucky to work with Eric on a move and he had people, including myself, amazed at his sense of urgency, experience and his ability to take the job on independently. I used Pro Movers on 7/14/19 for a Local move in Irvine, CA. The whole experience from start to finish was nothing, but pleasure. The person I spoke with on the phone to get a quote and schedule the appointment, was clear, precise and courteous. The day of the move, I had a call ahead of time. The movers showed few minutes before the scheduled start date and started exactly right on time. They were also very clear communicating, professional and careful with all the pieces. We had TV sets and glass top tables, and everything has been moved safely and put in place in working condition. I highly recommend using this company (Pro Movers)... MKE/Irvine, CA.

The movers worked really fast and were nice. I had a billing issue and the back office corrected my payment without any issues. I would recommend them and use them on my next move. Also the pricing was great!

I m no stranger to moves and have hired professional movers quite a few times, but Joe and Charles from Pro Movers were absolutely the best I ve experienced. They never skipped a beat while they loaded my home, fastest I ve witnessed and never did I once feel that my belongings were being handled carelessly. They also carried my upright piano down from the 2nd story.

I would hire this company again in a heartbeat. Great people, great prices, great service.

Joe and Jesse did a fantastic job helping me move in to my condo which is on the 3rd floor....Not an easy move. Moving is stressful enough and they handled it with ease and lots of humor. I called The day before and they accommodated me by fitting me in the next day. They were on time (and beyond professional) which is a dream come true. I would Recommend Pro Movers to anybody looking for super adorable (and safe) movers.

These movers were absolutely the worst I've ever experienced. I've moved about 6 times the last couple of years and this was the MOST expensive and worst service. My move usually takes 2 men 1-1.5hours to move out and another 1-1.5hours to move in.

This move with "Pro" Movers took 2 hours to move out and 2.25hours to move in...WITH 3 MEN!! I intentionally paid for 3 movers instead of 2 because "it would go faster", as the customer service representative sold me. There was one guy that was obviously getting trained, and I was later told that he's in training. He stood around waiting to be told what to do and I caught him texting in the stairwell, thinking I didn't see him, for about 15 minutes. I eventually went downstairs and he was on the phone talking for another 5-10 minutes. I wouldn't have mind if they took a break so I didn't get charged, however they didn't.

Other upsetting things to note from my experience:
- This move was during COVID. They claim that they will wear masks, they only wore them when they first arrived and took them off after 5 minutes.
- The movers left drink containers in the stairwell, they couldn't pick up after themselves.
- Since it took them so long to move out, I started moving furniture (yes, furniture - all by my 5'1" short self). I asked for them to leave all boxes in the garage - I didn't want to have to pay more for people just standing around -- I wanted my stuff out of that truck ASAP so they could leave.
- Words from two of the movers: "I've been working 9 days straight.", "My cardio is not ready for this." -- This is extremely concerning for the mover's safety if they are so tired to move anything.
- One mover tore the plastic mattress wrapper so he can hold onto the mattress itself...what is the point of us paying $15 for a mattress cover for them to rip and touch the mattress?!
- There was no sense of urgency in any of the 3 movers. They dragged their feet. I can recall 5 times where the trainer mover walked into the house and left without grabbing anything. Towards the end I had to put some urgency into them.

I've called customer service to hopefully rectify my dissatisfaction of their service and get some credits back that I paid them for being on their phones. I want a business to succeed without customers being cheated out on their money.

Save your money and anxiety, I would not recommend these movers.

ProMovers were excellent. Very efficient and reasonably priced. Cameron and Ambrose were fantastic!! I was the second home they moved that day and they were relentless, thorough, efficient and very personable. Cameron explained the fees, contract and process when they arrived so I understood what was happening throughout the packing, loading and unloading process. Highly recommend! 5 + stars

joe and carlos were excellent , they didn't dilly dally around , they worked hard to get the move done fast. I was extremely pleased at the excellent job done by the both of these movers.

Our movers Jose and Armando were wonderful. In this case we were moving our belongings from the second floor (without elevator) into a large pod to be shipped out East. They were extremely careful with everything, but especially our most valuable or sentimental pieces, kept asking how they were doing, if everything was to our liking, how we wanted the loading order done...Some of our bins were pretty heavy too, but they just smiled and said it was ok, that it was just part of the job. We appreciated their professionalism, courtesy and hard work very much. If it weren't for these two guys I believe we'd still be struggling to get our stuff down the stairs! I'd recommend ProMovers to anyone in need of a reliable, pleasant moving crew!

Charles and Edwards were stellar. Their truck broke down a block down and they still found a way to show up early- by walking all of the equipment over. They not only finished early but assisted on parts of the move that I did not even request. They not only went above and beyond but were beyond tentative with my furniture to make sure nothing was damaged. Moved in 12 hours with the 3 hours of help from them and can not be happier. If you prefer old school, hard working, to the point companies that focus on customer satisfaction and not only getting the job done but getting the job done efficiently. These are your guys. Will be using them for all of my future moves. Respectful and hard working. Can t ask for anything more. Thanks guys!

I've tried to bite my tongue however I'm super frustrated by the end result of my move from July 2020 and I tried discussing with Pro-Movers directly before I move to another forum however I received a giant f-off essentially from a secret manager named Sam A who refused to give me the full name, company ID, or management/ownership information. First and foremost, my fridge which was moved and not reassembled is essentially worthless. I tried to plug in the fridge after the move was completed however it was not reassembled properly and thus would not cool. I was told by Sam A that they "do not assemble or disassemble" so I guess my fridge was just disassembled by itself during the move. So I pay to have it moved and now I have to pay to have it hauled away, and then I have to pay to get a new one. What is the point of hiring movers? Generally the movers were ok however it's terribly apparent to me that they work by the hour so breaks happen frequently and several items were left which I had to move later. I'm of the opinion that spending over $2,000 I should be able to simply walk into the new house, within reason, and items would be at least put together within reason. For $2,000 I shouldn't have to come back the next weekend and continue to move items which I requested be taken (ie a bbq grill, 2 rugs, desk chair). I should not be staying up until midnight trying to put my bed together so I can have somewhere to sleep. Additionally for $2000 when I reach out to discuss an issue with my move I don't believe I deserve a Manager named Sam A to tell me "I signed a contract and paid for the job, meaning I was happy and satisfied". Its amazing being told how I'm feeling about a job! Final frustration, I was asked to go back to the other house for their forgotten tools and even to get them lunch! I did not ask for a refund, I asked Pro-Movers to respond and rectify the situation but again was just given attitude.

The guy were very friendly and work very hard. It took longer than I feel it should have, I had to ask for the miscellaneous items to be moved. I also had two items that were broke..reason for the four star.

I was looking for movers on a short time period. Larry at the office set me up on Tuesday for a Friday move. The whole process was painless. I had Joe and Carlos which were a great swift moving team! They were extremely professional and took extra care of my belongings and had no issues with the move. This team made it an easy move for me and I highly recommend them!

Charles and Miguel and Steven were great. I recommend using them and they deserve a good tip. Great with kids around and friendly overall. Busted their butts going up n down stairs and assembled pieces to eliminate the hassles and stress of moving. Took extra good care of valuables and gave verbal updates and making sure we were pleased with the progress through the move. That s professional. Courteous with time and looking out for the clients is what stood out for me from Charles. Highly recommended.

Great service..however . over priced .. feel nickel and dimed

Our movers were quick and efficient, however, I did notice a rather large scratch on the wall after they moved the couch in. Assuming that s what made the scratch as it was not there before.

Cameron and the gentleman that helped him did an excellent job. I've always moved myself but this time I decided to hire someone to do it .I called around and got some salesy people and even had some company ask me for an inventory of everything I'm going to move so they could give me a custom quote... But Pro Movers were great from the initial phone call to when the guys showed up to move me. I moved from a third story to another third story but Cameron and his assistant had great attitudes the whole way.

Great price for the amazing service; quotes were on point and the service was great. Don't look farther for your moving needs! Carlos and Joe went above and beyond :)

Wow, how blessed I am to have found Pro Movers just by an off chance going through my computer, no referral, no friend telling me how great they are. Joe and Carlos came to move an huge Bedroom set from my upstairs bedroom down to my living room, through a maze of stairs and railings and they guys were amazing. I just spoke to you about your customer service member John about this driver of yours that was inexcusably unprofessional today. He was blocking my parking space. I asked him to move he refused and tried to make me wait for him to hold a lengthy conservation with a woman. I had to pull up on the side of him and ask him to move a second time. He then started screaming at me and punched on the gas petal so hard he almost hit me. I'm so upset!! This happend today at 11:20 am at the Harbor Village Apartments in Costa Mesa, California. He is a Middle Aged African American Male with an additional diver in the truck. If this is the kind of business your running I am disgusted. No one should have to inconvenienced like this and almost killed when trying to enter their own home. If i could give you zero starts I would.

My husband and I just did a local move in Orange County with Pro Movers and had a great experience! Dennis and his team were efficient, careful with our belongings, and friendly! Both the pickup and delivery went very smoothly - we would highly recommend their service!

Joe and Steven really lived up to the name, Pro Movers. They were super professional and friendly (and funny!). They move fast, but still manage to handle everything with care. When we got to the storage facility, I was worried that it wouldn t all fit. I was literally on the phone with the front office to upgrade the unit when Joe stopped and asked me to wait until he d had a chance to examine the space. The guy s got some high levels of spatial intelligence because, before long, they were done. He d puzzled it out and they got all these bulky pieces to fit together with space to spare. Steven even taught me the trick for getting the storage unit door open when it seems stuck. (Pro tip: Step down on the handle while pulling on the latch.) They went the extra mile even though it would have been easier for them if I d just gone ahead and gotten a bigger unit. So they basically saved me a bunch of money. Thank you so much guys!!!

Typically, moving is the thing that I would look forward to the least. I have never been happier that we decided to use Pro Movers. Joe and Carlos made this an amazing experience! Joe and Carlos are ultimate professionals. They have a solution, to every hurdle and hiccup. We had some tight doorjams and large appliances and they made it look easy. We didn't go I've time and they were the hardest working movers ive had the pmeasure of working with. I would definitely recommend this company to friends!

When i noticed a lull in downloading my belongings i went down to see what is happening i did not see the second guy nowhere but my stuff is in front of the elevator then i saw john at the truck fixing already their stuff only when he saw me that he went ahead in download our stuff. These guys upon stepping inside my apartment they impressed immediately to give a generous tip. In short these guys have the nerve in asking tips and still know how to extend their time. BEWARE

Had Pro Movers move me yesterday. These guys deserve 10 stars. Daved and Mike were super careful with my wife's china and our piano. Iv'e never had movers this fast and professional. I'm glad I hired them. If you want the best, call these guys!

Awesome experience! Called when 15 minutes out, arrived on time and both guys were very professional. Wrapped everything up and carefully took it to the truck. I also felt the cost was very fair. I will call Pro Movers again next time I move. Fully recommend.

I can't say I entirely understand the unbroken 5-star status of this company. We booked them for a move from Huntington Beach to Pasadena in April 2017, and we felt the service was thoroughly mediocre. It wasn't terrible, but it definitely wasn't 5 star. We were left with the distinct feeling that we wasted money, not least because they required us to book three movers for a 1 bedroom apt. when two would have sufficed (it's particularly annoying to have to pay three guys to sit in a truck in traffic). Again, it wasn't horrible-- Nothing bad happened, the movers were polite. It was just mediocre. Our move was just as stressful, only it cost more money.

Adequate movers. Teamwork was poor. Job took 7 hours to put a one bedroom apartment into storage and load trailer. The poor teamwork resulted in more time needed in my opinion. The loading of the trailer was good and the movers showed care for my items. It was hot, but they both worked hard.

My move was done last month, Pro Movers were awesome! They arrived on time, completed everything as estimated, were very careful with everything that was moved, and were very nice! Pretty efficient and accommodating. Jessie and Joe took care of my move and man what a headache they helped me avoid had I tried to move myself. Totally worth it.

They're very kind and have good web site to request moving. That is very comfortable and really useful. (very easy to contact, communicate with them. also they called me to check moving date and time days before) They arrived exact time and did best work for moving without any problem. They just finished 4 hours and half for 3 bed room + 2.5 bath houses with loft. They were fast and well done. (looks very professional). I'll use Pro Movers next time also!! I hired Pro Movers last week to do my move. They did an excellent job. They were fast and careful with my stuff. 5 reasons why you should hire these guys:

1) They kept me in the loop. They called me to confirm the day before and the movers called when they were on the way.

2) They gave me a window of 9-10 am and they showed up at 8:50 ready to go.

3) They padded and protected everything as if it were their own. They even placed a moving blanket at my entryway to wipe their feet on before they entered our home.

4) These guys are fast. They got the job done in 2 hours less time than my last movers I hired.

5) The price was right! They gave us great service for a cheaper price than any other company I researched in Orange County.

Do yourself a huge favor and call these guys. They are great!

I've never used movers before in my life until I had to do a small move from Anaheim to Santa Ana last week and these guys did a GREAT JOB! They were on time, super friendly, fast and efficient.

All of our stuff arrived in perfect condition, no scratchers or dents; the movers were really careful about our belongings, but super quick at the same time. It took less than 3 hours!!! I was impressed with their professionalism and amazing attitude towards everyone and everything, they made sure the move went as smoothly as possible! Definitely worth every penny spent and a five-star rating!

Highest recommendation for anyone moving in OC or LA.

We rented this service though uhaul and did not expect how awesome our movers turned out to be.

Uhaul screwed us on truck size , they include overhang in their measurements so our 20 ft truck was really only 17ft. We though there was no way to cram all our stuff into that truck but these guys managed it. I wish you could see how meticulously they wrapped and arranged our items into a 3D game of Tetris. Not only did they accomplish a masterful packing but they did it all in under 2 hours. My only regret is that i only had $20 for tip. I hope this review gets you guys more business :)
