Very slow and unprofessional movers. When asked why they were moving slow, one of them replied you know there s a 3 hour minimum, we can slow down we were at hour 3 and a half!!! Then they asked us to stop helping them move stuff in because according to one of the movers if you help us, you probably won t tip UNREAL. Also they said they d take a 5 minute break, but they were sitting in their truck for 15 min... I have time stamps on pictures I took of them to prove it. Also, I called in the morning to make sure they had plenty of wardrobe boxes and whoever I spoke with at the company said there would be plenty in the truck.... THEY HAD 3 WARDROBE BOXES. All of our clothes that didnt fit were thrown into boxes or bags and wrinkled. Will not use this service again.
