We live in Ohio and were thinking about purchasing an investment property in Cape Coral with two other couples. I had never been to the area and wanted to learn more. Ann and her team were recommended to us by a friend as someone knowledgeable in the area. We spoke on the phone several times and I was very impressed with not only her knowledge of the area, pricing and investment value, but with her patience at working with three couples who had many questions for her.
We went to Cape Coral a few months later to familiarize ourselves with the area and see some houses so we would be prepared to buy in the future. While we were there, a house came on the market that was a perfect fit for us and they helped us successfully purchase this home.

He explained the good and bad about the design, layout and structural advantages of each home. His attention to detail and passion for finding the right home for us was truly appreciated. His integrity shined as we toured each home.
Ann's passion is in finding the deep rooted information that goes into making the right decision about purchasing a home. She has a keen sense for researching the smallest key factors that give you a true value of each home. Ann digs deep into current and past statistics related to the area market and how it relates to each individual home. Ann showed us how the same statistics don't apply to each home even though they may only be a block or a mile apart. We appreciated her instinctive nature in the process.

Lorrie is the essential third leg in this team that helps keep it stable. From day one, Lorrie provided us with the direction we needed since we were totally clueless as to how Florida real estate sales flowed.

OMG, these people are wonderful. You always have twists and turns with real estate, but Ann has you covered. It began with being in a multiple bid situation where she locked in on the winning offer ( which we completely agreed with). Ann is extremely pushy, and will aggressively coach you into making a decision that will sell the property faster. Lorri is one of the most professional people I've ever worked with. Jeff is fun to work with, but is not very resourceful. I'm sure there are much better realtors in the area, and not quite sure why Lorri stays with this group of unprofessional "realtors". The reason for the 2 stars are: 1 Star for Lorri and 1 Star for the cocktails they serve in the decision room. One could argue that they get you drunk to make a purchase you aren't in clear mind to make.
